“Savannah was so good with Rocky! It takes him a while to warm up to people and she was so patient with him and even came an extra time to sit with him and make sure he was comfortable. I was able to enjoy my vacation so much more knowing he was so well taken care of. Thank you Savannah!!”

I have experience with large and small dogs as well as cats and even exotic animals like snakes and lizards! My husband and I are home throughout the day at different times and fully on the weekends! This would mean lots of time and attention for your pets. I love being outdoors and walking and will make sure you're let does the same if needed! I will also make sure your pet gets plenty of time to play lots of pets and love while they are under my care. We have a fenced in yard that will allow your dogs to run and get lots of energy out as well as play with my dog.

About: I work fully remote so I have great availability, and can keep your fur babies company. I have experience with cats, dogs, and bunnies. I will treat your fur babies with care and can’t wait to meet them! I work completely remote as a Mental Health Therapist (licensed clinical social worker). I’m very empathetic by nature and I’m flexible being able to pop in to take care of your pets or board them in my own home. :) I keep a very clean and organized home environment. I have two pet bunnies of my own who have their little house and cage that they stay in at night. During the day they like to roam around the house. I have multiple rooms if I were to board either your dog or cat, I would keep my bunnies in a separate room while your pet stays with me.
“Karine was such a savior coming in at the last minute to help with my pets! They seemed to really like her right from the start (when they’re usually hesitant with new faces). She sent cute photos and updates along the way, and she responded to messages quickly. I would definitely use her again!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs in a variety of settings and genuinely love spending time with them. Growing up, my family had a dog that I regularly helped care for by taking her on walks, playing with her, feeding her, and making sure she got plenty of love and attention. I’ve also helped friends by dropping in to care for their dogs while they were at work, taking puppies on walks, playing with them, feeding them, providing fresh water, and even taking them to the park to get their energy out. In addition, I fostered a young puppy for about three weeks, where I was the primary caregiver. During that time, I was responsible for potty training, establishing a routine, feeding, walks, playtime, and making sure the puppy felt safe and cared for as they adjusted to a new environment. Most recently, I’m caring for three dogs while their family is away for two weeks, providing dependable, attentive care and making sure they stay happy, comfortable, and on their normal routine. I understand that every dog has a different personality and energy level, and I always strive to provide patient, reliable care while treating every dog like they’re part of my own family. Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, or simply having someone keep them company, I’d love to help! I’m currently going to fscj for school and working as a waitress only night shifts, so during the days I am free. I love dogs plus it’s exercise and a little extra cash for my rent lol! Since I won’t be house sitting I would only be stopping by to take you doggy for a walk around the near area your in!

About: Hi! I’m Darby, and I’m a lifelong animal lover based in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Caring for pets has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve been pet sitting and house sitting for over a decade for friends, family, neighbors, and local families. While attending Auburn University, I fostered over 10 dogs through the Lee County Humane Society, caring for puppies as young as 3 months old as well as senior dogs. This gave me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, personalities, and care needs. I also grew up around service dogs because my mom worked with K9s For Warriors for several years, so caring for and understanding dogs has always been second nature to me. My family has always had dogs, and I now have a 7-year-old dog of my own, so I know how important it is to find someone you can completely trust with your pet. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just sticking to their normal routine, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available for walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, and last-minute bookings whenever possible. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family! I am currently working part-time at Hawkers in Neptune Beach so my availability is open and flexible! Feel free to message me with any questions. I live in a gated condominium with my sweet girl dog, Roe. She loves other dogs and would love a friend to keep her company.
“I will definitely be rebooking Jenna for future pet sitting. She is very friendly and professional. You can tell she definitely cares for your furbabies as if they were hers. She sends photos each visit and I can see my cats really enjoyed her company. Thank you Jenna!!”

“Mindy is awesome!! She has done visits for our senior dog several times now and she takes great care of our senior dog, not to mention the dog in question loves Mindy and we get the impression she loves our dog right back. Mindy always takes detailed notes, and sends us cute pictures of our pup when we’re missing him. We have no worries when Mindy watches our pooch.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Ponte Vedra Beach
Gabrielle took the absolute best care of Caviar while I was away at a conference. Leaving your fur baby is never easy, but I trusted her completely, and she exceeded every expectation. She kept me updated, loved on him like he was her own, and I could tell he was genuinely happy and relaxed when I returned. That peace of mind is priceless. I’m so grateful for her and would recommend her without hesitation.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Ponte Vedra Beach with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
