About: When it comes to dogs, I’ve done it all! I’ve cared for puppies, seniors, high-energy pups, couch potatoes, and dogs who need a little extra love and support. No matter their age, size, or personality, I treat every dog like they’re part of my own family. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up in a family of dog lovers, I learned how to care for, train, play with, and understand dogs from an early age. As I got older, I became the go-to dog sitter for friends and family. Before long, coworkers began trusting me with their pets too, thanks to my experience and genuine love for animals. Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away I work remote and can be very flexible not only with the time you need me but with the location. I’m available 7 days a week. I have a fenced yard and 1 senior dog named Junior. Junior has been around a plethora of other dogs in his 15 years and is very friendly. Don’t his age discourage you, he still loves to run around and play. I can easy crate your dog if needed. I have a fenced yard and 1 senior dog named Junior. “Stacey is super dependable and communicative! Very thankful for the great care she took in regularly feeding our outdoor cat Zelda daily while we were out of town!!”

“Brittany took great care of my 2 cats while we were away. She was always on time for the drop in visits, took great photos and made sure the kitties were well cared for. It gave me great relief to know they were in good hands while we were gone. Hope to have Brittany care for them again.”

About: I’ve been house and pet sitting for many years to help my family and friends. It’s time to be rewarded for my love for animals and be paid by others for my services. It’s hard to find good “customer service” these days; I am the opposite, your pets will get great service/attention from ME! Bonus: my career has been as an Administrative Assistant so I’m very organized and can assist with other things too, if needed, requested and discussed. I am currently unemployed and have all the time in the world to care for my pet and yours. Toodles of course would stay home. Toodles is an inside cat. She is proven healthy and well fed, I clean the litter box and her food bowls daily. She gets treats and love. We just bought her a new perch to watch the birds and lizards outside the window. In someone else’s home with their pets, I care for them exactly as asked. Walks, feed, love, crate (if necessary), it is what the client wants that their pet shall get!
“Amanda was absolutely amazing! This was my first time using Rover, and I felt so safe and comfortable with her watching my kitties. My apartment unfortunately had a leak while I was away, and she went above and beyond to make sure that it was taken care of. She provided photos every day of my boys and spent time getting to know them and building trust by giving them treats and hanging out with them. 10/10! Thank you, Amanda!”

“Marah is wonderful with our two dogs! She's reliable and actively plays with them during her visits. She communicates well and as needed to keep us comfortable and involved in their care while we are away! She will be at the top of our list next time we go out of town! Thank you Marah!♥️👍🏻 Billy & Bianca”

About: I have grown up having pets and over the years house sat or taken care of many family, friends and church family pets. Love to play with them as well!! I am more available in the evenings and weekends. I have the flexibility to help out when and where I can when needed as well. I treat other people pets as if they were my own and would care for them the same way. My home is clean and safe and do what it takes to keep your pet safe too.
“We are so glad to have chosen Danielle to check in on our cat, Mo. She’s a really nice gal and more importantly Mo approved……and he’s not easy to please! She visited everyday and sent us pics. We’d definitely use her services again if we need to!”

About: I have 8 pets of my own. 1 Dog (Cane Corso) and 7 cats, I also care for community animals as well. I have always walked my dogs, so I’m used to dog walking not just letting them out in the yard (if that’s what you’re looking for). I have fur-baby sat my friends and neighbors dogs. Most of the time it’s large breeds, like APBT, Akita, Shepherds. I used to have a Belgian Malinios as well, so I am familiar with high energy breeds. In my free time I also help my friend with her mobile pet care business. Since I have my own, I know how important it is to pay attention to the owner’s directions, when pet sitting. I have a full time job, and can do morning drop and evening drop ins. Depends on the days I can do middle of the day as well. It’s all based on your needs, and I would obviously not commit to anything that I can’t follow through with. I prefer a meet and greet with the owner and the pet before the actual service, as I want to make sure the pet is familiar with me, and also that I can follow the exact instructions the owner has for me.
About: I’ve been looking after pets my whole life, dogs, cats, chickens, goats, geese, and even a peacock one time! Right now I have two lil kitties of my own that are the light of my life. I am available at anytime to play with your pups and kitties! I can visit at least two- three times a day to look after your babies! I will do my best to send a picture or fun video every visit for you and your families peace of mind. Please give list of instructions for me if you have specific preferences on how to care for them.
“Jennifer was responsive and kept me fully up to date while I was away. My cat was relaxed and chill when I returned home which is always a sign that he didn’t miss me while I was gone. Would rebook Jennifer in the future for sure.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Jacksonville
Steven was wonderful with my staffy/pitty mix & lil dachsund mix, did a meet & greet, communicated well the whole time & navigated their separation anxiety, very different personalities, and barking neighbor dogs with ease. I was struck by how automatically steven interacted with my smaller dog in a way that helped him feel comfortable with a new person, and indulged my big dog pretending to be a lap dog 😀 thank you! Will book again

I needed someone to drop in on Brodie over the weekend while I was traveling, and Jess was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, and her communication was excellent from start to finish. She was even happy to have a FaceTime call before the first visit, which gave me great peace of mind. Jess came by four times in total, always on time, and sent tons of pictures and videos so I could see how happy my boy was with her. It’s clear she truly cares. 10/10 I would definitely recommend her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
