About: I’m a retired Real estate agent, and I’ve always helped my clients during the stressful time of moving with their pets. I grew up with Fox terriers, and have had many stray, dogs and cats. They seem to find me! I love animals and want the best for them. I recently retired to Florida, and do some volunteer work, but would love to help you with your pet. Pets will have free roam of the house including the fully fenced in back yard. Dogs and cats are allowed on furniture. I have a 4 year old beagle mix who is friendly with other dogs and cats. About: I’ve cared for dogs since the age of 13 and grew up with them in my home from a very young age. I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, including those with special needs. I’m naturally very in tune with animals, and forming a connection with them comes easily to me. I’ve trained three Australian Shepherds, including my own, and there truly hasn’t been a day in my life without walking, playing with, or cuddling a dog. I treat every dog as if they were my own and always strive to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. I currently work part-time from home, which gives me flexible availability throughout the week. I currently have a very flexible schedule allowing me to prioritize pet care throughout the day. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening walks or drop-ins, and I’m able to give pets consistent attention and timely visits. For drop-ins and walks, I focus on keeping pets comfortable and maintaining their normal routine. During visits, I provide fresh food and water, bathroom breaks, exercise, and playtime based on each pet’s needs. I also make sure litter boxes are clean for cats and that the home is left exactly as I found it. I provide photo updates and quick notes after each visit so you know your pet is safe and doing well.

We were constantly fostering (and usually becoming foster failures) dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. Before I got my first full-time job, I was also walking dogs and taking care of cats for families in my neighborhood. I can help with anything from walking, to feeding, giving medication and giving your pets love and affection. Being a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to get amazing care for your babies. I always expect my dog sitters to keep me updated with photos and messages, so I will do just the same! I live in Neptune Beach and work from home from 9am-5pm, so you can expect routine potty breaks and feeding under my care.
