“Wendy was fantastic! Great with communication and took good care of my dog when she came to visit. Highly recommend and will do so for anyone else in the area.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and owned several dogs for 10+ years. I have some volunteering experience at veterinary hospitals and basic medical training. I love dogs and they love me! I have several dogs and cats at home, and my schedule revolves around their care. I always take time to keep their routines comfortable for them, and work in training, playing, and of course cuddling! My animals are my top priority at all times. I deeply understand that I am responsible for their health and comfort. I always put their needs ahead of mine and make sure they are as happy as they can be!

About: I've fostered my whole life and started pet sitting when I was 16. I've got experience with all ages and sizes of animals. Elderly or new born I can care for them. I work a bit but am off on Sunday's, Monday's and Friday's. I work typically from 4:30 pm - 11 pm, before work i am at my clients house then after I get off I immediately go to my clients house about 30-40 minutes is how long I typically stay unless I can stay longer. If there is an emergency my mother or boyfriend of 5 years can help take care of your fur baby's. I have a fenced in yard 4 dogs and 11 cats (7 are spayed and neutered outside cats that just came with the house) a bird a snake and a crested gecko!

“Angie did a great job caring for our kitties. And she is thorough with care and keeping the house clean in the areas the pets utilize. Great to see pictures are a report each day about the kitties. A very caring setter!”

About: I have always had an affinity towards taking care of animals, specifically dogs! I have walked and taken care of many of my friend's pups and I had a beautiful German Shepherd named Tavi for many years whom I loved dearly. After my autoimmune and cancer diagnosis, I am looking to spend more time around dogs since walking is one of my favorite things to do. I also love to hike and spend most of my time outdoors! Most of my schedule revolves around doctors appointments therefore I am available most days usually after 10am until around sunset. I will block out appointment days in advance! I am very organized and will stick to/adapt to you and your pet's needs. I love to play with dogs and will also make sure any medication is taken if need be.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
