About: Our home is your dog's home. We start out with a walk, breakfast and groom or and social play time. R & R in front of a good tv show for a few hours. Now we need a snack and time to check out the back yard for a quick potty. Then we have some more cuddling, playtime, new toys are introduced in appropriate sizes. Now it's supper time and a short walk before bed.
“Cindy did a great job with my dogs. After getting home I can tell they were well taken care of and were able to get some energy out on their walks. She also took some great photos. She was on time and communicative.”

About: Hi!! I am a full-time college student who is looking to help out over the summer!! I am ready to take on last minute jobs and am very communicative and dependable. During the academic year, I may be available for drop-in visits so please reach out to see if my schedule aligns. I am a very busy student, but for weekends or some afternoons I should be able to help. During summer or winter break, I am free to help! Whether this means walking, feeding, sitting or bathing! Dogs or Cats! Depending on the pet, I will play with or just keep watch over them. I do an exceptional job of following directions and keeping tidy!

“Wendy is my dogs fave!! He enjoys their time together! Wendy’s time and attn has been such a help since I work long hours at times! She is very reliable and always gives a great recap of their walks! Thank you Wendy!”

About: I have been around dogs all my life. Currently mom of Benji he is 4 years old lhasa apso/shitzu. He is the light of my life and he loves being around smaller dogs like himself. Im a dog mom so I know how important is to have someone we can trust, count on when we need to leave them for a few days. I will treat them like my own. I work full time but most of my weekends are off. Just reach out and we will figure something out. I am a dog mom so I know and understand the importance of having someone taking care of our fur babies when we are gone. We have a fully fenced yard and closed lanai. Our home is pet friendly and secure. Benji has plenty of toys to share and extra bed.
“Kristin was able to come walk my dog very last minute for me! I work 12 hour shifts and my roommate last minute wasn’t able to be home to take my dog out. I sent Kristin a message the night before and she instantly replied saying she was able to. This helped me so much, will definitely use her services again!”

“Words cannot express how grateful we are to found Michele, she was super sweet, sent us beautiful pictures and videos and gave us that peace of mind that we needed. Definitely 5 stars rating is what she deserves, thank you Michele ❤️”

About: I currently have 3 dogs and a hamster. I love pets of all kinds, I don’t discriminate🙃. I am totally okay with medication and special requests. I can make time for any dog! I do have school and work part time, but my nights are always free. I can stop by before and after work/school. My dogs are obsessed with fetching, so that’s how they spend most of their day. We feed them once in the mornings, they share a banana in the afternoons, and then they’re feed once again at night (that’s my dogs’ schedule though, so feel free to let me know yours💕).
“Kim was fantastic and a pleasure to work with! She was very attentive to Buster’s needs and he took to her straight away. Her reports of their walks were detailed and thorough. Highly recommend Kim!”

About: I have been caring for dogs for about 16 years now. I got my first dog, Sammy, in 2009 and I got my second dog, Penny, in 2017. My dogs were my best friends growing up. They both sadly passed away in 2023 and I miss them everyday. I have pet sat for multiple people around our community for both dogs and cats. I have done several volunteer experiences throughout the years with animals, including equine therapy and fostering a dog in college. During my breaks home from college, I worked in boarding at a local veterinary clinic. I gained valuable experience in grooming and administering medications with pets of various ages, sizes, and temperaments. I moved home from college after graduating from FSU in May 2025 and I’m now completing graduate school at University of North Florida. I am currently taking online courses for the rest of summer, and looking for ways to spend my time when I am not doing school-related activities, homework, or volunteering. I am currently flexible to any pet care needs throughout the week and would be happy to help! For boarding, I am currently living at home with family in JCP. This summer, I will be spending a lot of time at home. We have a spacious fenced in yard. There is no smokers, children, or other pets in the house. For drop ins, I have a car to get to any place needed. Safety is absolutely my number one priority for your pets. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
“Allyson was great with my dogs. She was on time for the walks, followed our detailed directions, and kept the dogs happy. She even took in a package I didn't realize was coming.”

About: Hi! I’m Natalya, a dedicated pet caregiver who treats every dog like family. Whether I’m taking your pup out for a walk or keeping them company at home, my priority is always their safety, comfort, and happiness. I believe dogs thrive on routine, affection, and engaging activity, so I make sure each outing or visit is more than just a quick check-in. I spend real quality time with your dog—playing, offering mental stimulation, giving them plenty of praise, and making sure they feel relaxed and cared for. Every dog has their own personality and needs, and I love getting to know what makes each one special. While walking, I stay attentive to surroundings, maintain a steady pace suited to your dog, and ensure they’re well-hydrated and comfortable. During dog-sitting visits, I provide a calm, reliable presence—whether that means cuddles, playtime, or simply keeping them company in their favorite spot. You can expect frequent updates, adorable photos, and peace of mind knowing your dog is in responsible, loving hands. I take pride in being dependable, communicative, and genuinely passionate about caring for animals. I’d love the chance to meet you and your pup! Let’s make sure they get the care, attention, and fun they deserve. 🐾 I'm currently working toward my long-term career goals while doing something I genuinely enjoy—caring for animals. I've always been the person friends and family trust with their pets, and I'd love to earn that same trust with yours. Safety and trust are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or my client’s home, I make sure they feel comfortable, secure, and loved. In my home, I keep a clean, pet-friendly space with safe areas for play, rest, and quiet time. I’m attentive to routines, feeding schedules, and any special instructions. I’m experienced with both energetic dogs and seniors, so I adjust the environment to match each pet’s needs. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow their pet’s established routines closely. I make sure doors and gates are secure, keep a close eye on pets during outdoor time, and give them plenty of companionship and reassurance. My goal is to maintain the same level of comfort and structure they’re used to so they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. No matter where I’m caring for your pet, I treat them with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own dogs.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
