About: I got my first puppy when I was 8 and have been babysitting my sister's 3 dogs whenever she goes on vacation. I'm experienced in giving extra attention to one of her dogs that needs ointments for his allergies and bathing them when needed. Additionally, I'm comfortable handling various pet care tasks, from feeding and walking to playing and administering medications. My dedication to ensuring pets feel loved and well-cared-for sets me apart. I have three cats and one bunny I play with them 3-4 times a day before I go to work and after and feed them on a schedule every 2 days I administer an ointment medicine onto one of my cats eyes to help with his feline agenesis seeing and caring for them is my favorite part of the day I focus on feeding, exercise, and providing attention. I also handle any medication and grooming needs, making sure they feel safe and loved in their environment.
“Aja was great! I injured my foot and needed someone last minute to walk our dogs. She was quick to reply, prompt, friendly and my dogs took to her quickly! I also do River sitting and I got nothing but good vibes from her :) Thanks again Aja!”

About: I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities through both professional grooming and hands on pet care. As the owner of a family oriented grooming business, I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your pet. I’m experienced with puppies, senior dogs, anxious pets, and multi-pet households, and I always make sure every animal feels safe, loved, and comfortable. In our home, pets are treated like family, with patience, attention, and lots of affection. Pet care is part of my everyday routine through owning and operating The Lux Dog Grooming. Because I work with animals daily, your pet will receive consistent attention, supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of affection throughout the day. We keep a smaller number of pets at a time to provide a calm, personalized, family-style environment with no kennels or overcrowding so every dog feels comfortable, safe, and cared for! At the salon during the day with free back area roaming and in our home at night, sleeping on beds, sofas or their own dog bed! Family style environment with no kennels or overcrowding. Dogs are supervised closely and treated like part of the family while they are in our care. I have experience handling dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and anxiety needs, and I always take introductions slowly to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. I also keep owners updated with pictures and communication so you always know your pet is happy and well cared for

I look forward to meeting you guys! While in a clients home I’ll give your fur baby all the attention in the world but also respect when an animal wants their own space. About: My mom was a pet sitter when I was younger and I loved going with her to check on the animals. I have a dog and 3 cats of my own that I adore:) I also watch my close friends dogs and cats anytime she is out of town, her pets love me and she would highly recommend me. I am currently a stay at home mom available 7 days a week! The most ideal times for me would be after 11am, though I can make earlier times work tho if needed! I would have my baby with me when caring for your pets. I have a fenced in yard! I take my dog on walks occasionally during the week! If crating is needed I can accommodate to that as well.
About: I’ve owned all sorts of pets since I was young. Dogs of any and all sizes are welcome here, I love all breeds. I currently have pit bulls, a Great Dane and a bernedoodle. Also comfortable with cats, ferrets, chinchillas and even hedgehogs! I currently have open availability, any time is always great with me. I’m available days, nights and weekends. I also don’t require much advance notice. When caring for a pet in a client’s home, I try to stick to their normal routine as far as feeding and walking, no need to stress out the pets!
About: I absolutely adore every breed and personality! I have a special place in my heart for brachycephalic (flat-faced) breeds like French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, Pugs, and Boston Terriers. With my veterinary technician background, I’m very familiar with their unique needs, including breathing concerns, heat sensitivity, skin care, and medication management. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, a senior who needs a little extra TLC, or has medical needs requiring medications or special monitoring, I’ll care for them as if they were my own. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. As a wife, proud mama to my baby girl, and pet mom to 10 cats and 5 dogs, caring for others is simply who I am. My days are full, but they revolve around the things I love most—family and animals. Pet sitting isn’t just a side job for me; it’s an extension of my everyday life. With 10 years of experience as a veterinary technician, I’m used to managing feeding schedules, medications, special needs, playtime, and lots of cuddles. Caring for multiple pets every day has taught me how to stay organized, dependable, and attentive to each animal’s unique personality and routine. When you trust me with your pets, you’re trusting someone who truly understands that they are family. I know how important it is to have peace of mind while you’re away, and I’ll care for your furry family with the same love, patience, and dedication that I give my own every single day. Whether your pet stays in my home or I care for them in yours, my goal is always to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have a fenced-in backyard where pets can enjoy supervised outdoor time, play, and fresh air in a secure environment. My home is truly animal-friendly. My cats and dogs are all used to being around other animals and have friendly personalities. I understand that every pet is different, and I am fully able to separate my animals from visiting pets when needed to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe.
“Danielle is very conscientious and took very good care of my quirky pooch, including taking pictures of her plopped on the ground and refusing to get up. She did a good job of coaxing her home. My dog really likes her.”

“Suzanne did a fantastic job!!! She took great care of our Lola and kept us updated on her walks by sending us photos and a map that showed where they walked. We are so glad we found her on Rover and will definitely use her again the next time when we go on vacation.”

During the time I spend caring for your fur babies, I will send frequent updates and pictures so you can enjoy your vacation without worrying about your fur babies. I am flexible to administer any medications they may need, any special diet scheduling, and special walking/exercise programs. If you have questions just send me a message, or if you would like to see if I am available just send me a message and I promise to get back to you as soon as possible. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I work 3 days a week so I have tons of availability to spend time with your fur babies. Just reach out with a date to see if I am available. As a RN with over a decade of experience, I know trust is a very important component when choosing someone to look after your loved ones.
About: From the early age of 6, I have had 4 special pups. A husky, a pit bull, a razor back American bully, and 1 shits poo. My oldest was the Dude, a full bred pit bull who came with many allergies. I’ve had to administer many types of medications to the poor guy-oral and ear creams. Thankfully, my youngest, Titan, has not had too many health issues. I exercise him a lot and it’s kept him in really good shape. My family and I learned from the Dude that fresh made food makes a significant difference in our dogs health. So every night, I make Titan fresh food. Just graduating from high school has given me lots of free time. I can care for as many pets as all I do is workout, study languages, and read books. At my clients home, I spend my whole time with their dogs. I take them on frequent walks—if they are up to it we go on runs. Playtime is all the time. I want to keep the dog as happy as possible with belly rubs, outside playtime, and treats!
About: I’ve had pets my entire adult life, my house is not a home without my fur babies. I love dogs of all breeds and sizes, as well as cats. All of my pets have been life long family members from babies through senior age. I’ve potty trained, crate trained, cared for my babies from skin allergies to arthritis and surgeries. Some of my pets have been perfect angels and some have had past trauma that created behavioral issues that we had to work with and do special training. My fiancé and I would love the opportunity to care for your fur babies as if they are our own. I’m the primary pet sitter and organize but he is my partner and back up. I know how pets stress when with new people and a new environment and I strive to make your pet’s stay as easy for your pet as possible. Please let me know their routine and any special care needed and I will do my best to make your pet comfortable. We have recently adopted our 2 foster dogs, they are sweet with kids and other dogs. However, we do have the ability and will keep separated from Rover dogs when needed if requested. My main concern is that your pets as well as mine are kept safe and happy. We both work full time but we have time in the evenings and weekends to care for and love your babies when you can’t. We would love the opportunity to care for your babies. We would love for your pets to enjoy our large fenced in backyard with a cool, clear pool to cool off in the summer. We love to play with your pups in our yard throwing balls or frisbees to burn off some of that pent up energy. If you don’t have a yard we would be happy to take them on a leashed walk. We know being away from home and their families can be stressful not only for your pet but also you. Bring all their favorites and feel at ease knowing they are being cared for just like part of the family.
“This was our first time using Rover and Allison made sure we had a wonderful experience. She is an excellent communicator which put my mind at ease. She shared so many adorable photos and our pets loved her. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you so much, Allison!!”

“Morgan was fantastic. I was visiting for a medical appointment and needed someone to walk and watch my dog (a nine month old puppy) who is usually my shadow. Moppie took to her and was perfectly relaxed with Morgan. She showed up early, sent me pictures, and was very caring. I would recommend her without hesitation.”

I couldn’t be happier with Brooke as my pet sitter. She was so caring and responsible and it was clear she treated my pup with affection and kindiness. . She gave me updates, sent pictures and messages each time. She was even thoughtful enough to consider how hot it was and that she would play inside instead of a longer walk.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
