What truly sets Kelly and James apart is their commitment to communication. Not only did they send us daily updates with photos but they also proactively reached out with questions and observations about our dogs' behavior. It was reassuring to know they were so attentive and truly cared about Nala and Trouble's well-being. We especially appreciated the daily photos of them snuggled up. – it definitely eased any worries we had! Beyond the basic care, Kelly and James went the extra mile. They took the dogs on walks, played fetch in the backyard. It was evident that Nala and Trouble received plenty of love and attention during their stay. We wholeheartedly recommend Kelly and James to anyone seeking exceptional dog care. They are truly passionate about animals and provide a loving and nurturing environment for your furry friends.
