“Sanja was just what we were looking for!! It was obvious from our first meeting that she really understands and cares for dogs and she is not just doing this for some extra cash. I felt completely at ease knowing our baby was in her care. Next time we need a sitter we will be asking Sanja first!”

“She is amazing! she took care of my golden doodle like it was her own. I will definitely book her again ❤️ her dog summer is the best and got along with mine very well. Don’t hesitate and book her!”

“She was very attentive, always responded quickly, and kept me informed the entire time. Most importantly, my dog Milo came back happy and very calm. I would definitely leave him with her again!”

“My chihuahua and I haven't been a part in forever. When my family and I went on a one week trip, I knew I had to find the perfect dog sitter. My dog is picky and I was worried, but she was immediately comfortable at crystals house. She is so kind and attentive, and became best friends with my chihuahua. She was comfortable around everyone in the household and very well taken care of. Will certainly be using her services in the future and am beyond thankful for her and her family. Thank you SO much”

“Zarria did she great job. Good communication throughout their stay and lots of pictures! My boys loved the morning walls and were well taken care of. Thank you so much!”
“Whitney is kind and responsive and took wonderful care of our dogs. She sent lots of pictures and videos while we were away along with frequent updates. We will absolutely have Whitney watch our dogs again!”
“We couldn’t be more grateful to Jacob and Cheyenne for taking such great care of our 4 month old puppy, Leia! Leaving her at such a young age was nerve wracking, but they made the whole experience stress free. They were attentive, patient, and treated Leia like part of their own family. We loved the updates and could tell she was having the best time playing, cuddling, and being well cared for. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in such loving and responsible hands. Highly recommend Jacob and Cheyenne to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and kind pet sitters. Leia can’t wait to visit them again!”

“Janet and Chuck did an amazing job watching our two boys, who were being left with dog sitters for the first time! Our dogs were healthy and happy when we returned, they gave us updates, and they have a fantastic backyard for fur babies.”

“Sylvia was great! She was able to administer medications to Hazel while in her care. She made Hazel feel very comfortable in her home. She constantly kept me updated throughout the days of her stay. Hazel returned home happy and relaxed. Sylvia is a very good sitter and I definitely recommend her.”

“I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jodi and the care she gave my dog, Evy. She kept me updated throughout the day with photos and messages about all the fun activities they enjoyed. Jodi truly created a safe, loving environment for dogs, and I felt completely at ease knowing Evy was in such great hands.”

“We are so grateful to Anolan for taking such amazing care of our two dogs, Maisy and Hendrix, this past weekend while we made a last-minute trip to New Orleans for the birth of our niece. From the very beginning, Anolan was incredibly kind, patient, and responsive. She sent us updates and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing our doggos were both happy and in good hands. Maisy and Hendrix absolutely loved her (and her sweet dog, Benji, who they got to go on walks and play with!), and they were clearly spoiled with love and treats. Anolan’s boyfriend was also great with them, and it was heartwarming to see how comfortable and relaxed our pups were in their care. We ended up being delayed in picking them up, and Anolan was nothing but understanding and gracious about it. We would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog sitter. Thank you again, Anolan—you’re the best!”

“Last minute get-away and Henry was able to stay for the second time with Hailey. So thankful for her pictures and that he is making sweet doggie friends while we are away.”

“Laura was incredibly kind, accommodating, and understanding to the last minute changes to Buttercup’s stay! Her children were amazing with Buttercup and they spent all weekend cuddling and playing with her :)”

“Jason is always great with Kaiser. I’m honestly so glad he’s usually available to me so often. He’s flexible with your schedule for pick up/drop off , sends you update pics while your away from your pup and kaiser always comes back just as happy as when I dropped him off.”
“Jabo had the most amazing time! They sent me photos and kept me updated on my baby. He was so exhausted when I got him so I knew he had a blast there. Definitely bringing him back”

“Sarah was kind, communicative, and thoughtful. She sent pictures and made us feel very comfortable during Teddy’s first stay with her. They even baked homemade dog treats!! Will definitely reach out to her again in the future.”

“We have only used Rover a couple of times and this is our first experience with Mary. She is flexible and easy to work with. Our dog, Ellie, had a great time and received super care. She had lots of outside time/play and received all her meals and meds as requested. Mary frequently sent us pictures of Ellie during play and when resting. We could tell that Ellie was happy and content there. We will definitely be reaching out to Mary again to board Ellie.”

“Cassandra was awesome! She was super accommodating and sent multiple updates throughout the days my puppy was with her. She’s great at what she does and I will definitely be rebooking again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Orange Park
As first-time Rover users, we had a really great experience. Communication was consistent and thoughtful, and the pictures and video while we were away gave us so much peace of mind knowing our boy was doing well. When our return flight was delayed and we thought we might need to extend, they were incredibly understanding and willing to accommodate, which meant a lot during a stressful moment. It’s such a relief to know you can trust someone to take good care of your pet when you can’t be there. We’re very grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Janet and Chuck were great! Our dog was well taken care of. Janet was very communicative and sent multiple pictures during our time away. They were very accommodating in setting up a pre-visit even when my schedule changed a couple of times. If necessary they will even keep their dogs separated if your dog may be a little a skiddish. I would definitely let our Joey stay again.

Yanesty was amazing! She welcomed my pup as her own, and her two babies welcomed my baby as family. I will be back again in a few weeks and I plan to book with Yanesty! She kept me posted on my pup’s activities through out the day with cute pictures so I always felt her presence. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Yanesty

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
