“Melissa and family has really been god send for us. We had to travel at very short notice and found them on Rover. With just in business, we did a meet n greet and felt that this family would be right one to board Heaven. I am really pleased with the way Melissa and her husband along with her 2 boys and 2 dogs treated Heaven. Always felt like he was family… Not only that, we had to extend his stay for 2 more weeks for work and Melissa gracefully accepted. She has been very diligent in giving updates, sending pics and vids. We are extremely happy with her work ethics too and I don’t think I need to look anymore to board Heaven in future.”

“Jessie came to the rescue after another sitter we had booked (Allison Y) canceled on us, just 15 hours before our week long trip. She responded to our request immediately and offered a meet and greet at our home since she was out running errands. The drive was out of her way - way above and beyond. It was obvious when we met her, she loved animals. She was genuine, kind, friendly and asked all the appropriate questions. Because we were leaving the next morning, she offered to take our pup with her to save us some time in the morning. She administered medication for our dog Mel and made sure she was comfortable with her 2 dogs. Mel took to her 2 dogs right away with no issues, enjoying runs in their large fenced in backyard. Jessie gave us peace of mind during our trip, sending pictures and videos throughout the day. Pictures of Mel were proof that she was happy and having a good time. We were actually worried Mel would not want to come home. We highly recommend Jessie and will be using her again!”

“Totally happy from the drop off to the pick up. His dog bowls were cleaned, he was completed brushed, and the brush was cleaned with a tooth pick! Any time we leave again I will absolutely try to bring Apollo to them first. 10 out of 10 and must importantly they are a Navy family please trust them with your little loved ones. Apollo is depressed since he left them and I have to spend extra time to get him out of it. Which is a clear sign he really enjoyed being there and spending time with them and the other dogs.”
