When I’ve boarded her in other homes she comes back so lethargic and just sleeps for days, when boarding here she was her normal self when we picked her up and brought her home. Jeff was great with Ozzy, our Great Dane. He gave me an update later in the day after drop off to let me know how Ozzy was adjusting to his little vacation and gave me the reassurance I needed to know that Ozzy was in good hands. Will definitely use Jeff again for any future trips.
