Fur babies are those wonderful creatures that love us unconditionally. As your pet sitter, I will give that same love and attention back to your fur baby. I've cared for animals on and off my whole life. After college, my husband and I rescued a German Shepard who came from a K-9 program. He needed a lot of care and re-training. He learned hand signals and his commands in German. Eventually he became a great family dog. We've helped a neighbor take care of her sweet and elderly Great Pyrenees. He needed medication at times and assistance with the front steps. We have cared for pets from 6 months old to 16 years and everything in between. I'm confident I can handle your pet at whatever stage of life they're at and meet any special needs they have. I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby! PLEASE NOTE: We may care for up to 3 dogs at a time, sometimes 4. If your dog(s) does not get along well with other dogs, we won't be a good fit for you. DROP OFF/PICK UP TIMES: 7am to 9pm LATE FEES: Our time is valuable, as is yours. We schedule our family time and tasks around pick-up and drop-off times. We ask if you are going to be late that you communicate that as soon as possible. Late Fees - 2 hours past the pick-up time you will be charged 50% of the nightly rate. Thank you!

This past week, my husband and I went away on a week-long vacation and wanted to avoid putting our dog, Skippy, in a kennel. He's used to either traveling with us or staying with a trusted house sitter, so finding the right caregiver was very important. We found Kelly and James on Rover.com and immediately felt they would be a perfect fit. Before our trip, we visited their home to meet them, and Skippy was completely at ease in their beautiful, welcoming home. We all agreed it felt like the perfect match for both their family and ours. During Skippy's stay, every evening Kelly sent us photos along with thoughtful updates about how he was doing. It was such a comfort to see him enjoying himself, playing in the yard, relaxing in the house, and interacting so happily with Kelly, James, and the other dogs. She truly captured both his playful spirit and his sweet personality. Knowing Skippy was safe, happy, and well cared for allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation without worrying. We highly recommend Kelly and James to anyone looking for loving, dependable pet sitters. We look forward to having Skippy stay with them again on future trips!
Our Bridget had a wonderful time with Kelly and her dog friends. Kelly gave us thorough daily updates and pictures. Bridget came home clean and well adjusted, not like other past sitters when she came home very dirty and depressed. This was our second stay with Kelly and we feel very comfortable leaving our pet in her care.
We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Kelly and Jim were so good with our dog and kept us updated every day, which made traveling so much easier. My fur baby came home wagging and happy. The best sitter in town, hands down.
Kelly & James provided excellent care for our doggos while we were out of town. Lots of great communication and pictures too!

Schedule
I work from home, so I am very flexible in my schedule. I am an early riser, so I usually take the dogs out first thing around 6am followed by a walk around 7am. Then we are outside every fews hours for playtime and potty breaks. Bedtime around 10 pm.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a neighborhood with miles of sidewalks which are great for long walks! We also have a fully fenced-in yard for outdoor play sessions. We have no other dogs, just one sweet cat who prefers to hideout when other pets come to visit.
A typical day
I love to go on long walks. Your fur baby will get plenty of exercise! I also love to be outside playing in the yard at whatever games your dog likes...frisbee, fetch or even learning a new trick.
