About: I'm a retired RN. I've owned dozens of pets. All of them, from precious newborn babies to seniors. Pets have always been a huge part of our family lives in all of our homes. Their sweet innocence is so heart-warming to experience as they grow old with you. My mantra is, Treat them like they're your own! Pets, as well as their Humans. I'm retired and have plenty of time on my hands to play with and enjoy your fur-babies. And pet care fits perfectly because it brings so much joy to my life. I have a dog and a cat. They are both well-trained, which is why I generally leave them in the house to roam. These 2 are the best of friends;) In a client's home, of course, I will respect their wishes and rules for a great sitting experience, which we all can enjoy!
“Outstanding personality with my babies. She had to give my dog meds due to bad thunderstorm. Lauren played inside by outside and just kept my babies from not missing me when I had to go away. With Laurens help, they did not suffer with separation anxiety and it was as if I never left them. Thank you Lauren. We will have you sit again. They love you already.”

“Sydney was great with our two pups while we were out of town. Our Malinois got sick just before we left and I let her know we gave him rice and he should be ok. She responded that even if he was still sick, she would take care of it. She let them out frequently and took great care of them! Will be utilizing Sydney again. Thank you! 😊”

“Sam was absolutely perfect with our pets and our home. Everyone was happy when we got back and Sam even left a light on for us as we were returning after dark. Highly recommend him to take care of your pets and home. He’s such a calm presence that even our high strung Chinese Crested took to him in no time.”

We recently used Alex for the first time, to care for, and stay over night with our dog Kali, while we were out of town for a few days. Alex was in full communication with us the entire time, and shared many pictures while we were away. We felt very comfortable, and at ease, knowing that she was taking good care of our girl. We will definitely be using her for our next trip.

Diem is a terrific pet sitter. She is friendly, reliable, punctual, trustworthy, dedicated, professional…and she loves pets! She was available on short notice, and her support removed a major hurdle and put my mind at ease as attended an out-of-town event. I needed care for 4 fur babies. After asking neighbors for assistance and investigating boarding kennels, nothing seemed right for my 4 high-energy Shih-Tzus. I wanted to keep them together as pack to prevent anxiety during my lengthy trip. My sister suggested I try ROVER. I searched the site for pet sitters. I located Diem, looked at her profile and reviews…I reached out around 10:00; she responded within 15 mins with her availability, and we scheduled a same-day meeting to discuss care for my doggies. She arrived on time and prepared for that meeting with treats, dog toys, (to meet and socialize with my dogs) and a notebook to document any special instructions, phone numbers, etc. I was impressed by her care and professionalism from the start and throughout my trip. I am definitely a satisfied customer and will book her again for sure.
Lydia was an outstanding house sitter for Lily. She was able to bond with her immediately and kept Lily happy, healthy and safe for the week that we were gone. Lydia also kept us updated with regular pics of Lily enjoying her vacation, so we never had to worry how she was doing. I would highly recommend Lydia to watch your house and pup!
