About: Growing up, I cared for two wonderful dogs who taught me responsibility, patience, and companionship every day. One was a playful miniature poodle, and the other was a loyal cocker spaniel, each with their own unique personality and energy. Spending time feeding, walking, grooming, and playing with them helped me develop a deep appreciation for the joy dogs bring into a home. Today, I own a golden doodle that continues to strengthen my love for working with and caring for dogs. I’m currently working part-time, so there is flexibility throughout the week to care for your pup! I am also available on weekend days. I have a fully fenced in yard at home and have had crate trained dogs. I ensure that there is time to explore the outdoors!

From dogs and cats to rabbits and even flying squirrels, I’ve had the joy of caring for all kinds of creatures — and that deep love for animals is exactly what I bring to every sitting experience. At home, I share my days with three beloved pets of my own: Molly, my sweet 14-year-old chocolate lab; Tom, my spirited 11-year-old Catahoula leopard lab mix; and Harley, my 3-year-old cat. Living with senior dogs has given me firsthand experience with the extra patience, attentiveness, and gentle care that older pets need — and I genuinely cherish that slower, more intentional bond. I can’t wait to meet yours. 🐾 During the school year, I teach culinary arts at the high school level and coach volleyball in the fall and lacrosse in the spring — so my schedule is full and purposeful. But my love for animals doesn’t take a season off. Weekends, afternoons, and evenings are when I’m most available, and summers and holiday breaks are when I’m all in. Those stretches are my busiest and most dedicated pet care seasons, and I genuinely look forward to them. When I’m with your pet, I’m not squeezing it in — I’m fully present and happy to be there. When I step into your home, my goal is simple: your pet shouldn’t feel like anything has changed. I follow your routines, respect your rules, and bring the same warmth and attentiveness I give my own animals. About: I have lived with and been exposed to pets of all kinds and ages. Almost all animals seem to love me, and I love all animals! I am currently unemployed and just finished my senior year at Carbondale Community High School, so I will have plenty of free time to take care of all pets. I am very flexible and tend to learn quickly, so any special care or routine needs for your pets don't have to change while you're on vacation or traveling!

About: We have had dogs for most of our life, we are away from our lovely dogs so we will take care of your pets as if they were ours! We love pets more than we love people! Currently working from home and new to town, so we both have lots of free time to dedicate to your lovely pets and give them all the scratches, head pats and treats. We will treat your pets as our own, we miss them a lot so a lot of cuddles are in order! The apartment has a closed balcony with mosquito net, there's a lot of green areas to walk around and we love walking to get to know the neighborhood.

About: Fur friends are enjoyable to be around, whether they are my pets or yours. When I am caring for pets, I am especially aware of their individual needs, their body language and their need for physical activity. My pets can tell me through their body language when they have had a good or bad sitter experience. When I care for your pets, I want your fur family to tell you that they had a good sitter experience. Happy wags and meows! During the week, I work from home but I have flexibility to drop in to check on your pets. I am also able to take them on walks or run around the back yard, if that is what they need.
