About: Since I was 5 years old, I have had a family dog as part of my life. I take special care with my now current elderly dog to make sure he is hydrated in the summer heat. I will give the same care to your family member. I am retired and available most days for drop in visits in the morning, afternoon and evenings. I will make your pet's needs are met and keep you informed of their care. In your home I will use the upmost respect for your animal's care and home. I plan on each visit to spend time not only taking care of their needs but talking and playing with them too.
About: I grew up surrounded by animals on my Granny’s farm, so caring for pets has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. In my own home, we had three dogs and four cats, and animals were never just pets, they were family. My mom was a veterinary technician for 15 years, and she regularly brought home injured or recovering animals that needed rehabilitation. Through that experience, I learned how to safely handle pets in all kinds of situations and environments. She passed down extensive hands-on knowledge to me, including how to recognize warning signs, respond calmly in emergencies, and administer medications. I’ve even assisted with IV fluids for a dog when needed. Because of this background, I’m comfortable caring for pets who may need extra patience, medical attention, or routine based care. I bring more experience than the average sitter and take your pet’s safety, comfort, and while still giving them plenty of love, attention, and reassurance I have an open and flexible schedule, so I’m able to give pets plenty of time, attention, and consistency throughout the day. I’m available for early mornings, mid-day visits, evenings, and weekends. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes so pets can stay in the environment where they feel safest and most comfortable. I follow your pet’s established routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any special care instructions. I’m attentive to behavior changes, health needs, and comfort levels, especially for pets who may be anxious, senior, or require medical care. I keep the home clean and secure, ensure doors and gates are properly locked, and respect household rules at all times. I prioritize communication and send regular updates and photos so you can feel confident knowing your pet is well cared for while you’re away
About: I grew up in a home full of animals and loved every second of it. At one point, we had five dogs and six puppies running around house. Being surrounded by dogs was such a special part of my childhood and helped shape my love for caring for them. Today, I have a 3 year old dachshund of my own who has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. As a pet parent, I understand how important it is to know your baby is in safe and loving hands when you’re away. That’s why, on my days off, I enjoy providing that same peace of mind to other pet owners. I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, walks, or simply keeping your pet company, I’ll make sure they receive the attention and care they deserve. As a full-time Nurse Practitioner student, my schedule can be busy, but spending time with dogs is one of my favorite ways to unwind and recharge. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life, and I genuinely enjoy incorporating pet care into my weekly routine. Whether it’s going for walks, playing, providing companionship, or simply giving them extra love and attention, I find so much joy in being around dogs. They bring a special kind of happiness and comfort, and I love having the opportunity to care for them when their owners need a helping hand. have a home with a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely play, explore, and get plenty of exercise throughout the day. Inside, pets are treated like part of the family and are welcome to relax, play, and roam comfortably in a safe, supervised environment. I make sure each pet receives plenty of attention, affection, potty breaks, playtime, and exercise based on their individual needs and routine. I understand that every dog is different, so I do my best to maintain the schedule and care they are accustomed to at home. Whether your pet loves playing outside, going for walks, cuddling on the couch, or simply having companionship, I will provide a loving and comfortable environment where they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

My love for dogs began when I was 9 and my family got a mini dachshund named Ernie. I don’t have a dog of my own but have fostered several dogs ranging from 8 week old puppies to senior dogs. I work remotely Monday-Friday and will have plenty of time to play with your pups and take them outside. I am very active and love going on walks and spending time outside. I spend most the week nights at home on the couch cuddled up. About: I have had big rescue dogs (Labs and Great Danes) for years but I love dogs of all sizes! Unfortunately my Great Dane passed away a few weeks ago at 11 years old. I spoiled Hailey like crazy and just adored her. I was always giving her cuddles and kisses (she didn't mind 🤣). Since I work at home, Hailey enjoyed the constant attention and companionship. I believe every dog should have a loving family and be treated like the angels they are. They bring so much joy! I am attending grad school part time and have flexibility in the late morning and afternoons. I am available on a days notice for drop ins and walks. Since I have worked from home the last 10 years, my dog was used to constant companionship and attention. She was not crated and just wanted to be near her people. Whether it was play time or snuggling on the couch, she was always by my side. I treat clients dogs exactly how I'd want my dog to be treated. The pitter patter of their paws and the wagging of their tails when I walk in to greet them absolutely delights me.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Jacksonville Beach
Addie truly is exceptional! She’s always dependable, professional, caring, and so good with my dogs. Today, one of the dogs had an accident in the house before her arrival time, and Addie graciously cleaned it up for me. She always goes above and beyond! Absolutely recommend her!!

Kayla is amazing!! I have booked with her twice and she is very friendly and communicative. I enjoy her updates and visit pictures she sends. My two dogs look so happy after her visit and are always grateful for an after walk treat. Will definitely be booking with her again, thanks Kayla :)

Mackenna is an exceptionally thorough, patient, and professional caregiver. She is reliable, experienced, and possesses excellent communication skills. Mackenna has taken wonderful care of both of my dogs—Indy, a female Doberman, and Oakley, a male Boxer. Both are high-energy and require plenty of exercise, attention, and patience, all of which Mackenna provides with genuine care and enthusiasm. Indy, in particular, is a rescue and tends to be nervous around new people. Mackenna has been incredibly understanding and gentle in helping her feel safe and comfortable. Her ability to build trust and connect with animals is truly impressive. I have complete peace of mind knowing my dogs are in her capable and compassionate hands. I highly recommend Mackenna to anyone looking for a responsible and caring pet professional.
