About: I’ve cared for cats since I was 6 years old and have experience watching both cats and dogs for families in my neighborhood. I’ve walked dogs while owners were out of town, cared for senior dogs, and babysat while also helping care for family pets. I’m reliable, patient, and always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. I’m available most days for walks, check-ins, and overnight stays, aside from a few times when I’ll be out of town. I can give pets lots of attention, playtime, and consistent care throughout the day. I provide care in my client’s home and always follow their instructions to keep pets comfortable in their own environment. I make sure they are fed on schedule, get plenty of attention, playtime, and any needed walks or care. I’m respectful of the home, keep things tidy, and make sure pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away.
“Dawn always answers so quickly and is very informative and helpful after every visit, even giving love to my kitties on a dog visit & filling up the water bowl after a walk :) much appreciated”

“Wyatt did a great job with my dog. He was punctual, took time to understand exactly what I expected, and really liked my dog. My neighbors reported seeing Wyatt walking and they told me he was great. He is now my official summer dog walker. I highly recommend him.”

“Heather came for a meet and greet with Coco before we started our walks this week which was great. But on the first scheduled walk Coco was a little nervous and Heather really took the extra time Coco needed to feel comfortable with her. After just a short period Coco was ready to go outside and play with her.”

About: I grew up surrounded by animals on my Granny’s farm, so caring for pets has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. In my own home, we had three dogs and four cats, and animals were never just pets, they were family. My mom was a veterinary technician for 15 years, and she regularly brought home injured or recovering animals that needed rehabilitation. Through that experience, I learned how to safely handle pets in all kinds of situations and environments. She passed down extensive hands-on knowledge to me, including how to recognize warning signs, respond calmly in emergencies, and administer medications. I’ve even assisted with IV fluids for a dog when needed. Because of this background, I’m comfortable caring for pets who may need extra patience, medical attention, or routine based care. I bring more experience than the average sitter and take your pet’s safety, comfort, and while still giving them plenty of love, attention, and reassurance I have an open and flexible schedule, so I’m able to give pets plenty of time, attention, and consistency throughout the day. I’m available for early mornings, mid-day visits, evenings, and weekends. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes so pets can stay in the environment where they feel safest and most comfortable. I follow your pet’s established routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any special care instructions. I’m attentive to behavior changes, health needs, and comfort levels, especially for pets who may be anxious, senior, or require medical care. I keep the home clean and secure, ensure doors and gates are properly locked, and respect household rules at all times. I prioritize communication and send regular updates and photos so you can feel confident knowing your pet is well cared for while you’re away
About: Dogs have always held a special place in my heart, and I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member. What sets me apart is the love and attention I give every pup as if they were my own—I don’t just “watch” dogs, I make sure they feel safe, cared for, and happy. Whether it’s extra belly rubs, long walks, or simply sitting by their side, I pay attention to their unique needs and personalities. I want you to have peace of mind knowing your dog is not only in good hands, but also with someone who truly enjoys spending time with them. I currently work as a nanny three days a week, which gives me plenty of free time to dedicate to caring for your furry friend. My flexible schedule means I can give your pup the love, attention, and exercise they need while you’re away. Whether your pup is staying with me or I’m coming to you, their comfort and safety are always my top priority. At my home, I have a fenced-in backyard that’s perfect for playtime and exercise, giving your dog plenty of room to run and explore safely. If I’m caring for them in your home, I’ll follow your instructions closely to keep their routine just the way they like it—whether that’s feeding, walks, or cuddle time. No matter where I’m caring for them, you can count on me to give them the same love and attention I would my own.
About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. When I was a kid my mom always knew if there was a lost animal it would find me so she was not surprised when I brought random animals home. My very first job was at a vets office taking care of the boarded dogs. I have raised two large breed dogs and help a friend who is a dog trainer sometimes when he needs help and I learn a lot from him every time. I learned a lot while working in the vets office and love to continue to grow my knowledge with animals. I work full time at Mayo Clinic. I work almost any day and get off everyday 2:30. I am not married and don’t have any kids and my dogs stay with my parents while I am at work so I am flexible with my schedule. I have 3 clients I pet/house sit for year round when they travel. I also have 3 dogs myself, a yellow lab, Siberian husky and English cream retriever (they are like my kids). I have been pet sitting for as long as I can remember and I just love bonding with animals. I work full time in an office in Nocatee. I can also work from home as needed as long as I have notice. I prefer to work from home when pet sitting so the animals have someone with them. As long as there is Wifi, I can hang out with your babies all day! I love being able to stay at the pet's home. They do not have to be stressed going to a new location and being away from what they know. my very first job was at Sawgrass Animal Clinic when I was 15. I have always been very in tune with animals and their behaviors.

“Amanda was great! She has been easy to work with, first to come to my apartment to meet my dog and then to take care of Reese. She also sent me a bunch of photos and videos which I really appreciated. I will definitely book her again!”

About: I am a responsible individual who has taken care of animals from different types of dogs, cats, goats, hamsters, etc. I am 26 years old and when I was receiving my bachelor's degree in Health Science , I would go to the humane society in my free time to foster the dogs or kittens from there. This would be a great bonding for the both of us and I had gained knowledge from the variety of breeds I've watched over the years. For a few examples, I have watched golden doodles, border collies, lab, golden retrievers, domestic shorthairs, pit bulls, German shepherds, etc. One summer for a few months I routinely took care of a blind and deaf cat and the other cat that was there. I accommodated to the special requirements of this specific cat to ensure she knew where her food/ water bowl was as well as her litter box. In the area where I had lived for a while, I was fostering an Australian shepherd who was older age and had bowel issues. They had given me the medication to take care of him and I felt comfortable and responsible enough to do so. During my week, I have structured hours for my job currently that allow flexibility for availability to watch your loving furballs! I am available for every evening and weekends I am available at any time. I stay active so I would be able to make sure your pet gets a healthy amount of exercise. As well having a routine structure for myself already allows the discipline and knowing that your pets would be fed on time. I am in a safe neighborhood, I live at a duplex that has a fenced-in decent-sized backyard. This allows easy access to their bathroom breaks and playtime with them. The neighborhood stays at a quiet volume and has areas to go on safe walks with the pets. I will ensure to keep to the schedule of their typical day-to-day routine so they feel as comfortable as possible and can still have some fun! I am responsive and will always have my phone or apple watch on me to receive text/calls asap.
About: Have had dogs and cats. I’ve worked with senior dogs, puppies, every stage in between. I think it’s important to have a good time with your pets, and give them the best care possible. Life is hard, pets make it easier! :) I work from home, so the animals are always well attended to and cared for. I am never away for more than an hour or two, and am able to provide frequent updates whenever requested because of my schedule. I usually provide an update around feeding time (if they’re fed twice then twice a day) with pictures and or videos and a small update when they’ve eaten, how they’re doing, and any changes I ask the client to provide a schedule of what their pet is used to. Some pets have special diets, certain amount of food, certain feeding times, special treats, etc. In general, owners like having things done a certain way. I ask for the client to provide as much detail as possible, this way I can provide the best care.
About: Experienced with walks, feedings, house-sitting dogs—both small and large breeds. I'm responsive, I'm comfortable with long stays, and giving dogs the calm, consistent care they need. I've had experience with puppies and senior care through my own previous pets. Also experience preparing meals for raw food diets. I’m a part-time student and research assistant at UNF, but my schedule is pretty flexible! I typically have one class a day and can manage most of my workload online at home, so I'm never gone for long. Besides that, I try to keep my availability open only on days I know I will be mostly home like during breaks and holidays, so your dog will have plenty of company and care! I provide attentive, consistent care—feeding, walking, playtime, and plenty of cuddles. I’ll follow medication routines, offer treats as needed, and never feed scraps. With your permission, I’d love to take your dog on beach trips, or park visits for exercise and enrichment.
“Kacie was awesome. This was my first time using Rover and I was very anxious at first but by the end of the week both my dogs and I were much more at ease - I definitely felt that I could trust her with my home and my pups . She went above and beyond to address anything I was concerned about and to make sure both of my pups were safe and happy. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking with her next time.”

Wyatt did a great job with my dog. He was punctual, took time to understand exactly what I expected, and really liked my dog. My neighbors reported seeing Wyatt walking and they told me he was great. He is now my official summer dog walker. I highly recommend him.

Jackie has been great. I had a dog walker cancel the first morning I needed a walker that I did not find through Rover. I searched Rover and found Jackie. She made herself available within 45 minutes of my search which ensured my dog could be walked promptly that morning. My dog is not easy to walk as he has high energy and becomes a bit erratic when garbage trucks and fire trucks are present. Jackie handles the situation with no problem. I’d highly recommend Jackie as a great candidate for any of your pets needs. Cauley and Marty
