“Excellent service!! I was recommended by my friend and this was my first time using rover. Great communication, she did everything that I asked for (even though I asked a lot) She came to the house to meet my dog before the appointment which went smooth. She took 15 pictures, her rover card was a whole book! I could literally imagine exactly what she did with my dog. I would definitely love her to take care of my dog again.”

About: I have experience with all types of animals from small to large! I don’t remember a time in my life where we did not own and care for animals! I have cared for horses, goats, chickens, rodents, cats, and dogs. I have experience with animals with specials needs as I have a dog that has seizures, a diabetic cat, and a rescue who is very timid with humans; so I have a lot of understanding and patience with all animals. I can administer insulin and give oral medication to both dogs and cats if required. I am open to meeting you and your pet ahead of any care so that you can meet me and feel comfortable with me watching your beloved pets! Please feel free to message me if you have any questions. I currently work part time on the week days usually only 2-3 days a week and only between the hours of 8-5. My days rotate every other week In your home I can do any routine with your pet that you normally do. Scheduling feeding times, potty breaks, play time in the yard, medications, or anything else they may require. In my home I do have two dogs who love every dog they meet, and a cat who keeps to himself most of the time but does fine with other pets. They have all been around plenty of other animals. We do have a very well fenced back yard. Unfortunately at the moment I will probably not be taking in our home care as we our doing renovations so our house is a bit of a mess for guests.

About: Hi! My name is Kyndle and I have 11 years experience in dog walking, and pet sitting. I used to be a veterinary technician and animals have always been a huge passion of mine. Absolutely nothing in the world makes me happier than bringing animals joy. I have three pups of my own and always treat your loved ones like my own. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions! I’d love to build a client basis and do reoccurring services if possible. Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me! I work full time as a behavior therapist with a maximum schedule of 08:30-17:30. I am happy to modify that with enough notice! We can always work something out! I love when I can meet with my clients owner before being left alone. This gives me the ability to understand and exceed all expectations.
“You know someone is a true dog person when your pets fall in love at first sight. In less than a minute my pets were enjoying belly rubs and pets in Kaitlyn’s lap. I should mention, my dogs are not socialized well and can tend to be fearful of new people (to the point of aggression). Because of this, I have to be extremely picky in my dog walkers. I was so thrilled to see them warm up to Kaitlyn so quickly. We were in a bind and she was not only responsive and available to be booked immediately, but my dogs think they have found a new best friend! Thank you Kaitlyn for taking such good care of Leo and Luna. I will definitely be booking with you again!”

“I was so worried using Rover especially with a big dog finding someone who will continue to walk him has been hard and they were amazing. Maru absolutely loves Carole & Scott.”

“Aja was great! I injured my foot and needed someone last minute to walk our dogs. She was quick to reply, prompt, friendly and my dogs took to her quickly! I also do River sitting and I got nothing but good vibes from her :) Thanks again Aja!”

My dedication to ensuring pets feel loved and well-cared-for sets me apart. I have three cats and one bunny I play with them 3-4 times a day before I go to work and after and feed them on a schedule every 2 days I administer an ointment medicine onto one of my cats eyes to help with his feline agenesis seeing and caring for them is my favorite part of the day I focus on feeding, exercise, and providing attention. I also handle any medication and grooming needs, making sure they feel safe and loved in their environment.
About: Hi there, my name is Hannah! I love animals and helping others so it only made sense to join Rover as a sitter. I work fully remote which is the ideal scenario because I get to stay home with my 2 dogs and senior cat. I found my cat, JD, as a stray kitten on a golf course back in October of 2010. At the time, I was volunteering at the local animal shelter to get my fix of animals before the cat distribution gods picked me. I got Packer, my 3 year old female designer mutt (sheepadoodle) as a puppy while living in Denver, CO. My boyfriend has a 6 year old male lab mix, named Maverick that he rescued as a puppy. We have a house with a beautiful fenced in backyard for the pups. Our dogs love people and other dogs. They love to play, cuddle and sleep My cat is a grumpy old man. He is used to dogs but doesn’t care for them and keeps his distance. I’m an anxious pet mom and my animals are my children. My goal is to make every fur parent feel content while their dogs are in my care because I know what it’s like when roles are reversed. I work remotely and my schedule is flexible when planned in advance. I have plenty of time to fit pet care needs into my routine. I have a very sturdy fenced in backyard that is well maintained for all the pups to frolic safely while scrolling Twitter aka sniffing around.
About: I’ve been fortunate to have dogs for most of my life, and their unconditional love and companionship have brought me immense joy. At one point, I had four furry friends: three Labradors and a Golden Retriever, who were a significant part of my family. I have also become a certified dog trainer (C.C.T.B.S.), where I focused on all things canine: training, health and nutrition, behavior, and enrichment. I’ve had the pleasure of working with all kinds of dogs and puppies, building obedience and handling skills in a fun and engaging way. Additionally, I’ve enjoyed breeding AKC-registered Labradors, always prioritizing their health and friendly temperament, along with socializing the puppies to ensure they grow up to be happy and well-adjusted. With my passion for dog care and training, I strive to create enjoyable and fulfilling experiences for dogs through exercise and companionship. My goal is to build trust with both pets and their owners along the way! I have a flexible schedule that can accommodate your needs and lifestyle, whether you require regular walks or occasional visits. My goal is to ensure your pet receives the care they need, while also providing you with peace of mind. I prioritize ensuring that dogs have a safe and enjoyable experience during our walks, paying close attention to their unique personalities and needs. I focus on building a trusting relationship with each furry friend by using a gentle approach and respecting their comfort zones, so they feel secure and relaxed. Additionally, I maintain open communication with pet owners to foster a collaborative approach to pet care and well-being.
About: My name is Courtney, I love dogs. I am a wife and mother of two children. I have been around dogs my entire life and we have had our miniature schnauzer since May 2022. I can’t wait to help take care of your furbaby in any way you need. I work full time from home with a big fenced in yard. This allows me time to go on daily walks as well as play in the backyard or give your pet some free roaming time outside in the fenced yard. I have a miniature schnauzer that loves friends and 2 pre-teens that are homeschooled and love to cuddle with animals all day. I have a big fenced yard and I live in a neighborhood with sidewalks. We do daily walks and lots of free time out in the backyard playing fetch or just relaxing. Pets are allowed on the furniture so they can snuggle with us when we’re on the couch and sleep with us at night. We have a miniature schnauzer dog that loves playing with new friends.

About: I have taken care of multitude of animals since I was 7. I have a true passion for any and all animals. Ever since I can remember I’ve had snakes, horses, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, and hedgehogs. I’ve house sitted, I’ve walked animals, fed animals, provided medicine and other types of medical care to animals. I’m truly available for anything and will help when needed! I’m currently working part time. My schedule varies but usually I’m schedule 7am -3 on Monday, Wednesdays, and Sundays. I also have college classes on Tuesday’s and Thursdays from 10am -2:15pm. I can still provide care on those days as long as we can work around my schedule! In my home, I feed my dogs, walk my dogs, play with them, I also feed and play with my cats, I have to clean out my snake enclosures, I feed the chickens, and I also feed and play around with our bunny. I had one client for a while and I used to stay at their house while also going to work, but I would take care of their older dog who struggled with dementia and ear problems. I would give him medicated baths and rub ear drops in his ear to make sure they were clean. I also would do small chores around their house or any chores they asked me to do. I would spend the night until they came home! I have a lot of animals but I currently have none living with me since I’ve moved for college, except for one cat but it’s my roommates.
About: I have been a volunteer at my county animal shelter for more than 12 years. I specialize in socializing and earning the trust of scared dogs. I'm comfortable with all breeds. I am also an active kitten and mom/kitten foster for the shelter. I assist medical staff in surgery prep and recovery. I am able to administer medications including insulin for diabetic animals. I am retired from a long career in health insurance and my 2nd career as a REALTOR. I have full time availability to care for animals. I have a fenced yard. I have 3 dog friendly dogs and 5 cats. Short term boarders can be housed in a bedroom with full comforts and will be integrated as everyone is comfortable. Safety is paramount and not all animals will always appreciate each other so case by case analysis is required.
“Morgan is such a sweet and caring dog walker. She always keeps us updated and takes such great care of our dog. We feel completely at ease knowing he’s in her hands”

About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was 9 and dogs since I was 10. I usually bond with animals quickly and have been trusted to care for family pets since I was a child. I walk, run, feed, play, bathe and give medicine as needed (recommended by veterinarian) with love and undivided attention and always make sure to go that extra mile to make a pet feel loved and cared for, according to their needs. I’m available 4:30 am- 11:30pm on weekdays and weekends. The only time I may not be available is Fridays after 7pm and Saturday up until 7pm, but I’m extremely flexible. I can easily feed, play, walk etc according to your “fur baby’s” needs, no task is too difficult. I make sure the pet feels safe and keep them away from hazards and anything/anyone that would put them in danger.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
