I visit Orlando to help my awesome Mom take care of my sweet Dad on about once a month for several days. Other than that I’m free from 0900 to 0200 (my usual sleep schedule is different than most).

I have an almost 1 acre yard fenced for playtime outside. I play with your doggy for a bit outside and also watch my doggy play with your doggy outside while I’m just sitting and watching. As for housesitting, I follow directions. 🐾🐶

Information Melissa C. would like to know about your pet
No pit bulls, mastif, German shepherds, or other potentially aggressive type dogs. Except I love Dobermans. I love all doggies. I’ve taken care of many total sweetheart pit bulls and a few German Shepherds with no bites. Was attacked as a child by a German Shepherd so only fear of German Shepherds, but hubby asked me to put no aggressive dogs. All the pit bulls I’ve taken care of have been sweet as pies, though. Dobermans hubby doesn’t mind me caring for (we are Doberman nuts, awesome doggies). If I do make an exception for a nice large dog, just in case during walks I wear a heavy iron pellet filled weighted vest for walks so they can stay safe of any triggers during walks. I played softball and rollerblading so I’m pretty good about falling on purpose until doggy gets bored, trigger is gone, then we start our walk back up again.
A typical day
Around my quiet neighborhood. If okay with owner, there are several parks close within a few miles I can drive to with pup/s :) Also a small but beautiful bridge to walk over during doggy walks. Also an antique horse leash wooden to sniff and explore. Lots of play and cuddles in large yard and inside house. Following feeding, sleeping instructions.

Hi. I’m Melissa. I have been caring and loving pets since toddler age, and professionally for 4 years. I am flexible with days and times. I am a retired Registered Nurse with over 10 years of nursing experience and a clean license. If you need pet services, I am conscientious, loving and energetic. I can administer pet meds, vitamins, give baths. I am a natural with dogs and cats. I am even willing to care for bunnies. I love taking pictures and videos of dogs or cats fun time and daily routines, and will gladly keep you updated on how they are doing. I would love to take care of your dog/dogs and/or cats and am available 24/7 unless I’m already booked. Please provide a list of instructions (how many walks, food, mileage on walks). I am also available to take care of chickens and other small animals. I am unable to provide services for pit bulls. Thank you and have a lovely day!

Always the best
There aren’t enough stars in our universe to give Melissa a proper review. She is a true blessing from God. I knew from the second she gracefully walked in our home God sent us an angel to watch over our babies. As a matter of fact, it was all 3 of our pets that instantly bonded with her, on her first visit. Melissa has impeccable attention to details. She took tremendous great care of all our pets while we were away for almost 3 weeks! She provided photos and recaps every single day. To a T. More importantly, we could see the happiness in our babies eyes from the photos how happy they were in Melissa’s care. Like they say “a picture speaks 1000 words.” This alone is the greatest comfort and relief and worry free feeling you can have on a vacation, which is priceless. In addition, Melissa took care of our pool, yard, flowers and everything! Even things we didn’t ask for. She treated our home like it was hers. It was such a joy to come back home and all our flowers healthy and everything looked like the day we left. My wife and I are both incredibly grateful for Melissa and Rover. We really look forward in having Melissa in our home again soon. Good is great. ALL THE TIME.
