About: I have been taking care of family/friend pets through the entirety of high school and afterwards. I have worked with a positive feedback trainer with my dog and have been able to apply those teachings to other behaviors in animals. I also know how to handle medications for dogs, from pills, intestine liquids, and topical creams. I absolutely adore big dogs and will totally let them be lap dogs. I love little dogs, even if they try to be ferocious creatures. I work a part-time job and am focusing most of my free time to medical concerns. I traditionally work in the early morning, 6-12. This leaves my afternoons free for the pets, but I can figure out how to care for them in the morning if necessary. Beyond that, I want to maintain active with the animals, playing, cuddling and taking for walks. I have 3 dogs of varying sizes (8, 25, & 100). They have different diets and activity levels, but all maintain their appropriate body weight. We have a fenced backyard for them to roam around in. The big dog is an anxious creature so he gets put in the crate when everyone leaves the house. I specifically worked with him on it and he has done wonderfully with positive reinforcement. I am able to transfer this knowledge to other animals, it might just take a few tries. Access to treats might help 😋. For walks, I can handle dogs big dogs and the ones that pull pretty well. I refuse to use choke chains and shock collars. If they are wearing one, I would like (with your permission) to switch it for a regular collar during the time of my stay.

About: I was raised taking care of my dogs. I had big and little dogs growing up. I currently have 5 cats that I tend to. I’m very responsible and reliable. I will take extra care when caring for your pet. I’m currently looking for flexibility in my schedule. I am taking a break from teaching full time, so I’m looking for a job that I can do while still attending to my family. I will fill up water dishes and give your pet more food. I’m friendly and responsible to give your pet the care that they need.

About: I’ve grown up around animals and have taken an active role in caring for different animals with various needs. Growing up I have been around Dogs, Cats, Fish, and Rodents. To this day I consistently care for my Dogs, Cats, and Chickens. I understand that animals require empathy and attention. I can handle large dogs down to small critters. I feel comfortable reading an animals body language and being in tune with their needs and vast environments. I work part time, my schedule is not absolute but I typically work Friday-Sunday about 7 hours each day. I am very available during the weekdays however I do have to complete my daily runs every morning. It may be easier to book me after 12:00pm but that is totally negotiable! My two dogs tend to be pretty obnoxious, so I would prefer to care for your pets in their own environment! I can easily navigate new environments and situations with your pets and would love to make them most comfortable.

About: I have taken care of my family’s pets for the last 18 years since getting my cat and had four dogs (puppies and seniors) that I have helped train or significantly taken care of. I’m currently a student doing an unpaid internship in Boise over the summer looking to spend time with animals while making a some money. My family’s pets are back in Wisconsin. I prefer early mornings and evenings scheduling but very flexible and can do drop-ins during lunch/early afternoon. About: I am primarily on this app to be of service to our dog training clients when they go out of town. I am sometimes available to take other pets, but not always. I understand that each animal has their own personality and quirks. I am able to care for pets of any age. I have experience administering medications as well. I work full time at a dog training facility. I spend most of my free time taking care of animals. I am able to bring pups to work with me during the day, so I can potty and let them run around on my breaks throughout the day. I will either bring your pup to my house or go to yours! Whatever your preference is. I do have two dogs of my own, both are friendly to all different types of pets. We also have a cat, so my dogs know how to behave around them (not chasing, bothering, etc.) As I mentioned above, I work at a training facility and will be able to bring your pup to work with me instead of them being home alone during the day. I have lots of experience crate training dogs, and can help continue or start that training for you.
