“It was our first time leaving our cat for more than a few days (about two weeks) and our first time using Rover as well. L was the best cat sitter we could have asked for. Even though we were out of the country, L’s communication was amazing and we were able to relax knowing our kitty was taken care of. We got pictures daily and came home to a happy and thriving kitty. If you want someone who will give your cat lovins and attention while you’re gone, while also making sure they’re well cared for, L is your sitter. 10/10 would hire her again.”

“Aaron did a marvelous job caring for our little cat! We are so thankful for him helping us while we were out of town. Aaron was very caring and thorough and did everything we asked for our little guy. We received a summary of their time together for each visit and soo many sweet pictures of our kitty! I highly recommend contacting Aaron for all your pet needs. We will absolutely be booking with him again. Thank you Aaron <3”

“Jordan did a fantastic job with our drop in visits! She arrived on time and made sure our pups had ample play time. She provided photos and a summary after each visit. Highly recommend!”
About: Ive taken care of all types of animals from dogs of all shapes and sizes to cats to horses. I love to care for others, especially animals now that I'm retired from caring for people. As a retiree, I have plenty of time on my hands that needs to be occupied. What better way to fill that time than caring for animals and helping owners. I will do exactly what your instructions say on how to care for your animals. You as the owner know best. I'm familiar crates, potty training, feeding, ECT.
“I highly recommend Emily, she was great with our pit bull puppy Pearl! Pearl seemed happy and well taken care of. Emily is obviously not only a dog person, but an animal person; our two people shy cats even came out to see her. She will definitely be back to take care of Pearl.”

About: Huge animal lover. I just graduated college and in my free time love being around animals. I have a cat of my own and he just turned 5! I currently work full time but love making time to care for my pet or my friends animals. Being around animals is more of a free time activity. I do not offer care for pets in my own home. But I do offer caring for pets on walks and other services listed in my profile.
About: I’ve grown up caring for three family dogs and a cat, and I love giving pets the same love and attention I give my own. Reliable, friendly pet sitting you can count on! I’m currently working a full time job - I am available weekday mornings before 7am and weeknights after 5pm as well as the full weekend. Your dog’s safety and happiness come first with me. I create a calm, loving environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for. You can trust that your animal will be treated with patience, attention, and the same care I give to my own pets.
“Ashley was fantastic. She showed up with a C notebook, took notes, asked all the right questions. She stayed in communication with us about the cats and left the most adorable drawing of the kitties for us when we got home. 10 out of 10!”

About: I’ve had many pups in my life but right now I do not have any pups living in my home. I’ve been enjoying spending time with all my rover friends! My home has a fenced backyard and a common area dog run. I work from home so I will be around to play, give treats and go on walks all day! Dogs are allowed on the furniture and beds here. Working from home means I will be hanging with the pups almost all day every day except for errands. Walks every couple hours and lots of snuggles on the couch! There are no children in the home. I have a fenced yard for running and playing. I have a large kennel/crate inside the house in case your pup needs it and have lots of toys and dog beds for lounging. Stop by for a meet and greet if you would like before booking! I typically only leave the house for an hour or so a day to use the gym down the road. The pups are free to roam my home as if it was their own while I am out. Doors stay locked and no one enters unless the pets are secured so no one darts out the door! Food stays off countertops so there are no human snacks available to be snuck. Poop is scooped after every go!
About: Animals have been a huge part of my life. I pay close attention to their needs and always give them the best care. I will make sure they are taken care of the best way possible I work full time but am available at night and durning the weekends. I can also swing but at any time to make sure they are happy. I will follow all instructions while watching your loved one in your home. I can also bring them to mine if needed for a short time.
About: What sets me apart is the level of patience, attention, and genuine connection I build with every dog. I focus on understanding their personality, keeping them calm, happy, and engaged. I treat every pet like family, with consistent communication and reliable, loving care. I’m currently on an open schedule looking for work and side hustles. I am very flexible & adjustable to working around things, & I would love to work with your furry friends ! I have a a Pitbull at home & he’s a very good dog. Well trained, very gentle & disciplined. Rawlo is named after the Cleveland show he’s 11 years old.
“They are the most wonderful sitters ever! Worth every penny. They helped put away our grocery delivery that occurred earlier than anticipated to make sure the food didn’t spoil. They refilled our bird feeders! And of course took exceptional care of our pup! Thanks so much for a great visit again! They come highly recommended by my partner and I!”

“Madison was great with our dogs! From the moment she arrived, it was clear that she was not only professional, but also had a genuine love for animals. She asked all the right questions about routines, feeding, and what activities they like the most. While we were gone, Madison kept us updated with photos and messages, which gives me peace of mind. I love seeing my pups' happy little faces. :) When we returned, both Cali and Willow seemed content and relaxed. Apparently, they had played quite a bit in the backyard, then napped hard, which means they felt comfortable and safe with Madison. I can tell our dogs already adore Madison and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and experienced dog sitter.”

“Molly watched my two cats for a week and I came home to happy well fed kittys. She texted me any questions she had about their care and sent me pictures daily. One of my cats needs twice daily medicine and Molly had no issues with giving her the medicine. I highly recommend Molly as she is caring and trustworthy and I would definitely leave my cats in her care again!”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of August 2026, there are 660 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Leone. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Leone. On Rover:
- 90% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 95% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
