About: I have loved animals for as long as I can remember and have more than 27 years of hands-on pet-care experience. My parents allowed me to adopt my first cat from a shelter when I was seven, and she remained my beloved companion until she was 14. When she developed diabetes, I learned to administer her insulin injections twice daily. With consistent care, she lived three additional happy years beyond what we initially thought possible. I have always felt a special connection with animals of every kind, including both cats and dogs. About: Hi! I’m 26, a Boise State graduate and former Honors College student, and I’m currently working toward my master’s degree. I also work at St. Luke’s three days a week, which gives me a really flexible schedule and plenty of time for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and pet sitting. I’ve been around animals my whole life and have experience with pets that have very different personalities and needs. I grew up with a cat, lived with a very reactive Pit Bull in college, and now have a 6-month-old Lab puppy of my own. I can do whatever is needed for your pets and I am very flexible in what you need done! I can take them for walks or do house sitting. I am just unable to watch them in my own house due to landlord rules! I am able to do whatever is needed for your dog. I have a lot of free time in the day to check on your dog. I currently only work three days out of the week so have plenty of time to watch your pets! I like to take dogs on walks or take them to the park if they are allowed.
