About: I am a veterinary assistant and have worked and surrounded myself with animals my whole life. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters, worked with vets, and was a dog handler and a doggie daycare over the past few summer years. I have experience with cat, dogs, fish, rodents, reptiles, and more. I love hiking and spending time outside as well, so hikes with dogs are more than welcome! I recently moved to Boise and am excited to get to know the area, so taking your dog on walks is the perfect excuse for me to explore ;) I work Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm so i before and after my shift I can take care of your furry, scaly or slimy friends! I also don’t work weekends at all so my availability is wide open! When working with animals in their own homes, I think it’s important to understand you’re coming into their space and to work slowly to earn their trust! I have worked with many different animals and know how to read body language, so if your pet is uncomfortable I know how to work with them and listen to their needs.

“L took such great care of our adult dog and 12 week old puppy. We were nervous as puppies are a lot to manage but L went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Additionally, we had never had a house sitter before so this was a little nerve wracking hiring someone off of an app. Once we met in person I was put at ease particularly because how my skittish Mini Aussie was surprisingly not skittish with L and as it turns out I know their mom and they live really close to us. I would recommend L to anyone who needs house sitting or animal sitting. L is very good with animals, detail oriented, professional, trustworthy and conscientious. About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember. I've always owned dogs, including German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois, Border Collies, and other high energy working breeds. I also grew up caring for horses, goats, dogs, cats, and just about every other animal you can think of. Along the way, I attended basic obedience classes with my own dogs where we learned clicker training and positive reinforcement techniques. Today, I have a German Shepherd and a cat of my own, and I know just how much our pets mean to us. I am always the person worrying about my own pets and their unique needs when I'm away from the house. This means I will always follow your instructions and care for your pet in extreme detail. Making sure they're secured, have eaten, have plenty of water, ample exercise, any medications needed, and plenty of love and affection. I pay attention to the little things, and will always do everything in my power to ensure their comfortability.

About: My first best friend was an Akita and his name was Marshall Coyote. My parents say, he decided I was his human and we were inseparable. I’ve always had a sweet spot for dogs and all animals. I've grown up with dogs and other animals my whole life and I miss that connection. So I have a lot of experience taking care of animals. One of our family pups just passed away and I know I can put this grief into something positive by spending time around with other pets. I want of pup of my own and I really want one. But I’m not at a place in life to have that responsibility. Because it is a huge responsibility and I believe they deserve the best life possible and be taken care of right. So I’m waiting until I’m more stable with career and have time for it. One day I’ll have created a life that will allow for me to have a fur baby of my own. So I have a lot of extra energy and give your pet love and attention. Help me help you! I’m currently working part time delivering so I drive around for drop in, walks and feeding. I live in a spacious apt. That I’m also happy to have your pet come to me. And can do overnighters. My spacious apartment in Capitol Hill can provide for room to roam. Can be able to crate pup if needed. I have a balcony so fur babe can hang outside and get some fresh air often if needed. No yard but lovely area for walks and parks nearby.

About: Animals have been a huge part of my life. I pay close attention to their needs and always give them the best care. I will make sure they are taken care of the best way possible I work full time but am available at night and durning the weekends. I can also swing but at any time to make sure they are happy. I will follow all instructions while watching your loved one in your home. I can also bring them to mine if needed for a short time.

“Kristi was the very best animal sitter we have ever had!!! Kristi watched our two dogs, (one elderly and the other a 10 month lab), our two cats and seven chickens for 2 weeks. At our meet and greet Kristi came in and instead of sitting on the couch, she sat our floor to be at our dogs level. As she told us about herself she showed constant attentiveness to our furry animals giving lots of pets and snuggles. Kristi is a great mix of calm, confident, intuitive and intelligent. She’s very good at her attention to detail as our animals require a little more maintenance being on a raw food diet. While we were away we received almost daily updates on how the animals were doing with cute stories and pictures. Our kitties whom rarely sleep with us, found comfort sleeping beside her which says a lot! We had a bad experience before with a different animal sitter which you think would make us feel uneasy being away for so long, but honestly we never worried when Kristi was there. We KNEW our home and animals were in the best care. After we returned home I had neighbors calling me with how impressed they were telling me how they always saw her walking our pups (even when it was super cold outside). We feel like we found a gem and feel so lucky to have found Kristi. Without a doubt I highly recommend her!”
