About: I have had a dog my whole life and love animals. I love the chance to spend time and care for other's animals as well. I currently work part time because I just moved to Idaho and have availability to care for pets in my free time. I would love to play and walk your dog when I am not at my other job and would love the opportunity to provide overnight care too. About: I am a veterinary assistant and have worked and surrounded myself with animals my whole life. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters, worked with vets, and was a dog handler and a doggie daycare over the past few summer years. I have experience with cat, dogs, fish, rodents, reptiles, and more. I love hiking and spending time outside as well, so hikes with dogs are more than welcome! I recently moved to Boise and am excited to get to know the area, so taking your dog on walks is the perfect excuse for me to explore ;) I work Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm so i before and after my shift I can take care of your furry, scaly or slimy friends! I also don’t work weekends at all so my availability is wide open! When working with animals in their own homes, I think it’s important to understand you’re coming into their space and to work slowly to earn their trust! I have worked with many different animals and know how to read body language, so if your pet is uncomfortable I know how to work with them and listen to their needs.

We arranged a meet and greet with Ciera and James before our trip and felt confident that our 15 year old dog was going to be well taken care of while we were away for 10 days. Ciera and James kindly took care of Kiki and exceeded our expectations by sending pictures and assuring us, every couple of days, that things were going well. The communication was great and they were very respectful of our home. Everything went well while we're away and Kiki was herself when we returned. Of course Kiki was excited to see us, but not stressed, and we are so thankful for the compassionate care they provided, we highly recommend Ciera and James!

We had a wonderful experience with Suzanne! She took great care of our dogs and our home while we were away. Our Boxer was on activity restrictions, and Suzanne was very attentive to those needs and made sure she followed the restrictions. Our other dog is very anxious and high-strung, and she was incredibly patient and understanding with him as well. When we came home, the house was clean and tidy, and both dogs seemed happy, relaxed, and very well taken care of. We also really appreciated that Suzanne stayed a little later with them, which gave us extra peace of mind. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after, and we felt completely comfortable having her in our home. We will absolutely book with Suzanne again and highly recommend her!
Daniel was amazing with my 9 y/o husky, which he had for a full week! He was super communicative, polite, and sent me pictures throughout his stay, which I really appreciated. He got tons of walks and attention, and I came home to a very happy pup! Daniel also left my house so clean and even washed his own sheets, which was such a nice surprise.
