About: Hi! I have literally had a dog every day of my life since before I was even born. My parents had 2 St. Bernards for 8 years before they had any kids. I was born into the most dog loving family you could know. Early on my parents tasked me with helping feed, water and walk our dogs. As I got older I would watch dogs for neighbors and friends. To me dogs are the best part of life and the best people 😉 I have ever met. Often when dogs meet me for the 1st time they will immediately roll over so I can scratch their belly. My 12 year old GSD Winston, who I had since he was 7 weeks old 🥹, passed away on 10/7/23 from cancer. That was one of the worst times of my life. I would absolutely love to meet your dog baby and help you watch them. Thank you for reading my profile! I am new to Rover, I never thought about joining an app like this until one customer mentioned it. I am excited to be here though! I am available 7 days a week & if possible take same day appointments. The only service I currently do not offer is boarding in my home. As previously mentioned, I currently don't offer pet care in my home, however when I am watching pets in their own home I make sure I know their routine and schedule and I stick to that. I also make sure they get in extra walks and play time and petting. I constantly make sure dogs I watch always have clean water - as we all need to stay hydrated!! I am very conscientious to be neat and clean and make sure everything is left as it was when I arrived.

About: Hello there, I am a seasoned animal lover living in Star with my senior Yorkie, Lucy and kitty, Oreo. I have lifetime experiences including: cherishing multiple family pets, puppy litters, rescuing, fostering, boarding friends/family dogs/cats overnight as well as daytime responsibilities. I also have experience providing care for sick, injured, and post surgery pets as well as senior pets that need special TLC and medications. My Lucy and Oreo are very sweet and loving with other animals in my home, but would depend on your dog's mannerism’s around a kitty. I also love to walk long distances if that is something your pet requires. I have a flexible and accommodating schedule but most importantly, I would love your pet as if they were my own! I am looking forward to your pet cuddles and love! I am currently taking some coursework online and am also a Mobile Notary, allowing my time to be flexible and accommodating for lots of cuddling, daily visits, overnights, long walks, or dog parks! I value you, your pets health & safety and your home, as I do my own. I also value your pets health and safety in my own home by keeping a safe and loving environment for them to feel at home in. I would love for you to feel comforted that your babies are in trustworthy hands, that they are safe and well loved as you are away from home! I am excellent with instructions on all of your specifics to your pets schedules and needs.
16. Kayla J.
About: Welcome to my profile and thanks for looking around! I would love the opportunity to care for your pets. I will share more about me to set your mind at ease while you are away. As a traveler myself, I know it is important to not stress about your pets while you are away. My name is Kayla and I am obsessed with all animals. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule to assure your dog gets the care they need. In my home we have three pups who are always excited to have sleepovers. Our dogs are family and go everywhere with us! My Boston Terrier is in the process of being fully obedience trained and working on titles in Rally and Agility with me as his handler. My other two pups are rescues. Of these, my little one came with a long history of abuse and neglect. We have completely rehabbed him and he now lives his best life. He is an avid hiker and trusting family dog. My favorite breeds: Boxers (shh... don't tell the others) My favorite thing to do with pups: Going on walks first thing in the morning with a nice warm cup of coffee. Why do I provide services through Rover: I always tell people that my husband won't let me have any more pets of my own, so I will watch yours! Rover has been a great way for me to bond with other pets and grow my knowledge of other breeds. I love my Rover pups! What has been the most rewarding Rover experience: Building relationships with my client's has been so fun. I love getting to meet new people and learning about them. I also LOVE getting positive reviews! Check out my reviews to see what client's are saying. I work from home and manage my own schedule so I can easily fit a dog walk or pet care into my day. My home office is set up with a napping couch, dog beds, toys, and all the things a pup could ask for. Your pet's safety is my top priority. We have a fully fenced yard but I do go outside with them to ensure safety. I also monitor all playtime with other dogs or my child. For all my client visits or boarding I also provide daily pictures as well as a quick update on how your pup is doing. I am also always available for contact and would be happy to answer any questions you have.
17. Star C.
“Star is a very sweet gal. She took care of my 2 dogs, std Poodle and Dachshund. Star fed both dogs, took them out to potty and administered meds to my senior Dachshund. She was available on request and on time for the appt. I would highly recommend Star to babysit your dogs/cats and I will be hiring her again and again very soon! Thank you Star for doing a great job!!!”
18. Haili S.
About: I have always had dogs growing up. I have had boxers, German shepherd, pitbulls, cockapoos, and I currently have a cane corso of my own. Dogs have a special place in my heart. I love working with any dog I have on learning basic commands, as well as fun little tricks. I love to take walks, hikes, and go to the river and my dogs love to go with. I currently am working a full time job but I am off by 3pm every day and I have Sunday, mondays, and Thursdays off so I have more time three days a week to love on your fur babies. I can create fur babies when needed, take them on daily walks, give them extra love and attention when you are gone and I can also work with them on any training you would like them to have while at work or on a trip. While they are in my care I will make sure no harm is in their way and they are one-hundred percent safe.
