Professional and courteous pet sitter. She even brought extra help to keep my cat busy (of course she asked if this was appropriate before hand). If I ever need someone to provide Jeff with food and company, I am sure to contact Kayla again.

About: Hi! My name is Anna, and I have over 3 years of experience working as an assistant manager at a dog boarding facility. In addition to my professional experience, I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and have always had a strong love and understanding for animals. Through my work, I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities, including high energy and working dogs such as Police K9s. This experience has helped me become confident handling a wide variety of temperaments and behaviors while always prioritizing safety, patience, and consistency. I strive to make every pet feel comfortable, secure, and loved while they’re in my care, and I’m happy to provide regular photo updates and communication throughout my time with your pet, so you can feel confident they’re being well cared for. A little more about me personally, I moved to Idaho from Washington in May of 2025 and married my college sweetheart in August of 2025. Outside of pet care, I enjoy hunting, camping, hiking, and photography. I also own a 19 year old Quarter Horse named Opie, so caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I would love the opportunity to care for your pup like they’re one of my own! I currently work a full time job from 8–5, but I’m available for pet care before and after work and make it a priority to fit appointments into my schedule. Outside of work, I spend a lot of my free time caring for my own animals, including my dogs and horse, Opie! Safety is my highest priority, given my experience at a dog boarding facility I know the best ways not only to keep your dog safe and healthy, but happy as well!

Kimberly was super communicative and responsive, she was also friendly and her mom was willing to jump in and help out with my medically complex kitty when needed for the first couple of visits while my kitties got comfy and familiar which was a huge win for us all I think! I’m so grateful to them both for being willing to help me out and watch my boys, I’ll absolutely be asking to book again :) Thank you Kimberly!

About: I’m an all-around animal lover! I love taking dogs for walks and offering them enrichment that keeps their minds and bodies active. This includes cats and other animals like bearded dragons, birds, and snakes as well! I’ve been pet-sitting for about 12 years for periods anywhere from a few hours to a few months! I currently have two Jack Russell Terriers who are amazing. In the past five years, I’ve picked up over 20 runaway dogs and reunited them with their original owners, as well as volunteered time with foster cats and dogs at a shelter close to my office. I work from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, but other than that, I’m free! I have lots of experience with many, many animals. I love, love, love animals and I already know I love yours, too! I am currently working in the Meridian/Boise area from 8-5 Monday-Friday, but other than that I am completely free! If you live in the area, I can leave my office multiple times a day for walks or potty breaks, or just drop-ins! I have a completely fenced and secure yard and a 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier who is full of life! I can easily read pet body language and can de-escalate stressful or anxious situations with pets and can easily administer meds or crate times depending on what the owner and pet needs!

Christina was wonderful with our cat Tommy. Tommy had never been alone before, and we now had to leave him for 17days due to a business trip. Christina gave him lots of attention and snuggles. He did really well with her and was not lonely or stressed when we were gone. We gladly recommend her to others!

I offer feeding, walks, playtime. cleaning up after pets, and making sure they feel safe and cared for while your away. I understand how important routines and attention are for pets, and I always treat every dog like my own. Pet care fits really naturally into my weekly routine it’s something I genuinely enjoy making time for. I’m pretty flexible and available throughout the week, so I can easily fit in walks, feedings, playtime, and check-ins when your pet needs it most. I’m available most days, with the exception of Sundays, which I keep reserved for myself. The rest of the week, I’m happy to build my schedule around your pet’s routine so they get consistent care, attention, and a friendly face they can look forward to seeing 💛 Whether it’s a quick visit or a little extra cuddle time, I make sure every check-in and walk feels calm, comfortable, and cared for. I provide care through dog walks and inhome dropin visits, focusing on keeping your pet safe, comfortable, and cared for in their familiar environment. During each visit, I follow your instructions closely for feeding, fresh water, litter or potty needs, and any specific routines your pet is used to. I also take time to check in on your pet’s overall wellbeing, give them attention and companionship, and make sure they’re calm and comfortable before I leave. My goal is to provide dependable, safe care so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands while you’re away.

Kimberly did an excellent job! I hired her to do four 30-minute drop-in visits at my home over 1 1/2 days while I was out of town. I have two dogs. Through the Rover app, I received texts from her of when she arrived, when she left, and photos and comments of her visits. She played ball fetch with them and kept them very happy. I definitely will recommend Kimberly to my family, friends and neighbors.

About: I have had a pet of some sort ever since I could remember. Dogs primarily. I have owned dogs, cats, bearded dragons, hampsters, birds and fish. I have also been around horses and cared for them a bit as well. I have experience giving dogs pills on a daily basis. I know how to handle a small dog while it’s having a seizure. I have dogs at home that are used to everyone coming and going at different times. My dogs are all friendly and love to make new friends. In my home dogs will be able to be with me in my home and will be given potty breaks when needed. Crates are a great way to ensure your pet is safe while I’m not at home. I have a doggy door and a fully fenced yard. Water is provided indoor and outdoor. Pantry doors and bathroom doors will be closed at all times. I play outside and inside with them.

As of July 2026, there are 1,537 sitters on Rover offering Pet Sitting across Middleton. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

A pet sitter can provide focused care sessions, help your pet’s routine stay on track, or keep you updated on your pet’s mood and energy levels.

Whether you’re at the office for the day or traveling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer potty breaks during a Middleton stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. For daytime services like walking and drop-ins, you can also request sitters to send a report card with every visit.

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Middleton. On Rover:

  • 89% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
