“With a last minute request, Dooku spent a weekend with Lindsay and her family. From the onset, Lindsay was very prompt with responses, she was very communicative, pleasant and positive. I expressed a concern about Dooku being susceptible to heat exhaustion because he is a black Lab with two coats and the days were very hot (100 to 105 degrees). Lindsay put me at ease and made it clear that she would take care of him, exercise him lightly and monitor his behavior. Knowing Lindsay and her family had a swimming pool, I cautioned her about Dooku’s love for swimming (it’s a lab thing 🐕🦺🐾) and that she would be challenged keeping him out of the pool. Throughout the stay, Lindsay sent me updates, photos and in no time at all, she informed me Dooku was swimming in her pool with her family and they were having fun! There is nothing like putting your cherished pup in the hands of someone else and knowing they are safe and well taken care of. Dooku will certainly be back and Lindsay comes highly recommended! They sent pictures of Trey having fun throughout the trip, kept me in the loop with how he was doing & sent Trey home with a personalized goodie bag of toys, treats (for both Trey and I), and my favorite part, a wallet sized Polaroid photo of Trey. That was thoughtful, takes effort and sets them apart. I would recommend them without hesitation! That’s what I gave them a 11/10 instead of 10/10, because they went the extra mile even though they didn’t have to!”

About: I want to learn more about how to help animals, so I recently started volunteering at the local humane society again, after a long break when life got busy. While I love all animals, most of my experience was with dogs, giving them walks and assisting with socialization playgroups to help alleviate their kennel stress and help them get more likely to get adopted. In addition, I took behavioral classes for dogs at my time at the humane society. I also had dogs of my own, including one who was very reactive to his environment, which I also went through training for. I also had some experience in helping my dogs through illness during their lifetime. They were my babies, and I understand how precious pets are to their families. While I can't replace a pet's loved one when they aren't physically around, I want to be there for them during those uncertain times. I'm available at any time, as long as I don't have a prior commitment! Hanging out with animals is probably way better than what I was going to do anyway. While I am fairly new to petsitting in this capacity, I have petsit for friends' cats and dogs in the past. I enjoyed the process of gaining the trust of the animal by respecting their space, and giving them affection whenever they wanted to try coming up to me. I always appreciated getting as much information from the owners as possible, so I knew whether the animals had any allergies, or what bothered them, or if they needed any special kind of care. I loved texting the owners photos of what their pets were doing, as well as providing updates.

About: I was always the one growing up that took on the caretaker role when it comes to animals. Making sure all animals are fed and have clean water and bowls. My favorite part of caring for pets is walks and playing with them. When my dog had babies I was there the entire time making sure mama was doing well, giving attention and making sure i could give support when needed. I grew up with multiple dogs at once and I understand it takes time and effort to care for them. I am available after 2pm monday through Fridays and on weekends I am free all day. I am looking for some companionship with cute dogs as I don't own a dog currently. About: I love dogs of all sizes and breeds. I am a true dog person through and through. I have four of my own that I care for as they are like my children. I currently work full time but would like to hangout with some fluffy friends on the side whenever I can. I am able to come take dogs for a walk after work or have them stay with me during my work day since I work from home as long as they are friendly with other dogs. My dogs are all up to date of vaccines as well. The weekends I usually am pretty open for drop by visits and dog walks. About: I have been taking care of pets snice I was 9 years old. I have care of fish, dogs, cats, ferrets, and mice. I feed them make sure they have water. I given them baths as well. I love playing with pets and making sure they have a great time with me. I also love giving walks as well. I am free all the time. I also have some pets of my own which is a ferret and some mice. About: I have always had at least one pet since birth. We now have 3 dogs, 28 chickens, 2 rescue horses and a donkey. We have 5 children all of which love pets. My 16yr old has even taken puppy training classes on her own and would love to help on any bookings if it’s ok. We live on half an acre, our dogs are primarily kept inside but enjoy running around and playing outside as well. I’m a stay at home mom who homeschools so our schedule can be pretty flexible. I’m able to work our schedule around just about anything. Some of the kids have extracurricular classes but they’re only an hour long. We have a fully fenced yard, we do have dogs but they are kept in a separate section of the house and yard, our front yard and back yard are separated by a fence. About: Like many animal lovers, I raised cats and dogs the majority of my life. Even raised 9 pups from my own dog! I’d like to help take care of your pets with you. My previous work had me travel for 3 years so I understand how challenging it can be to have someone watch your pets. You wonder if they’ll be as nice, gentle, caring, and active as you are with them. (Or if your pet will pick them over you for being away so long!) I will be as, if not more, attentive to your pets while you are away. Like the title says - I’m a realtor! My schedule is open and most of my work can be done through my phone or laptop. I do go to the gym and can adjust my schedule to be morning or evening depending on your needs. Early start for my dogs! 5am walks to start their day along with clean bowls before every feeding! I use a filtered water system for them, but that’s also cleaned weekly. If your pets are like mine then all that hair is a bit messy. So, brushing is a must! They do like to get on the couch so vacuuming is a must too! No kennel for them. Just their own cots. As for bathing and grooming - as needed.

Available most hours of the working week and the weekend as well. I do currently have my own home with my dog and my brothers dog, Theo. While taking care of your loved ones I would of course follow their own routine and include plenty of play time or relaxation time depending on each pups needs <3

I am hoping to fill the empty heartbreak by spending time with your dogs in playing catch and cuddling with them! During visits I typically feed, let out for bathroom, play with, and take dogs on walks! I love all animals and will provide high quality and loving care for your pets. In our home now I have 2 cats. I love getting to know each pet individually and caring for them. I have three kids that are comfortable with both cats and dogs. I also can provide a quiet and safe space for dogs that do not wish to socialize. Our fenced backyard allows a safe environment for dogs to run and play without risk. I can also follow any dietary guidelines as needed. I stay home with my kids so I have plenty of time to care for your pups! We may leave the house for a few hours to run errands so I usually ask for owners to bring their dogs crate if they’re crate trained. Our house is fully fenced. We supervise dogs when they’re in the backyard. I also ensure safety away from strangers while out on walks. While doing check ins at a pet owners house I always double check the doors are locked and the animal is secure before leaving. I stay home with my kids so we are able to care for your pet around the clock. Frequent potty breaks and outside time are offered at your pets desire. I am very flexible with scheduling drops offs and pickups. You are always able to contact me during your pets stay and I will be in frequent contact with updates and photos. “With a last minute request, Dooku spent a weekend with Lindsay and her family. From the onset, Lindsay was very prompt with responses, she was very communicative, pleasant and positive. I expressed a concern about Dooku being susceptible to heat exhaustion because he is a black Lab with two coats and the days were very hot (100 to 105 degrees). Lindsay put me at ease and made it clear that she would take care of him, exercise him lightly and monitor his behavior. Knowing Lindsay and her family had a swimming pool, I cautioned her about Dooku’s love for swimming (it’s a lab thing 🐕🦺🐾) and that she would be challenged keeping him out of the pool. Throughout the stay, Lindsay sent me updates, photos and in no time at all, she informed me Dooku was swimming in her pool with her family and they were having fun! There is nothing like putting your cherished pup in the hands of someone else and knowing they are safe and well taken care of. Dooku will certainly be back and Lindsay comes highly recommended! They sent pictures of Trey having fun throughout the trip, kept me in the loop with how he was doing & sent Trey home with a personalized goodie bag of toys, treats (for both Trey and I), and my favorite part, a wallet sized Polaroid photo of Trey. That was thoughtful, takes effort and sets them apart. I would recommend them without hesitation! That’s what I gave them a 11/10 instead of 10/10, because they went the extra mile even though they didn’t have to!”
