The passion and level of care she gives for your four-legged friend is unmatched. One conversation with her and you'll know instantly that your pet is in the best hands they can possibly be in. From diet to play-time/exercise to medication, she will specifically address each and every one of your needs and concerns. My 3-year-old, 70 pound puppy Radar, has never gravitated towards anyone watching over him as much as he has with Nikole. The communication throughout the day was perfect! She will meticulously plan out an itinerary for the day to let you know any and all activities your dog will be involved in. She will also keep you up to date throughout the day / evening with pictures and videos, so you don't have to worry about whether or not your dog is getting the best care...because she understands your dog is not just a pet...they are family. And because their family, you know you can't just leave them in the care of anyone. Dogs, like people, feed off of energy and you'll notice when you pick up your dog, they will be happy because they were loved and cared for while you were away. I booked one day and before the day was through I rebooked again. All I can say is that I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge, her professionalism and Radar absolutely adores her.
