She followed all our doggie care and home instructions, it was such peace of mind. She sent frequent photos and videos which showed us that our adopted and often timid beagles trusted her, felt safe with her and were actually being their true goof ball selves. Most sitters think they’ll try to “fix” their issues which never works and creates a tense dynamic, but Qishu didn’t appear to judge us for all our instructions and expectations. She respected our requested level of care and the beagles and her bonded. Thank you Qishu!!”

He takes cute pictures of them and spent time with each one, make sure they get all the attention they need. Jessica is such a delight and was an amazing cat sitter when our original sitter had to cancel very last-minute. She was incredibly patient as we walked her through every little detail of our spoiled cat’s life, asked great questions, and of course/most importantly, took amazing care of our cat while we were away. Lulu is a domesticated street cat - she’s indoor/outdoor and prefers outdoor when we’re not around. Jessica managed to get her inside at night, sent lots of updates, and put up with her meowing. Jade was a wonderful caregiver to our three beloved pets. It was incredible how quickly our dog and two cats took to her as evidenced by the immediate lap sits occurring on her first day. And the gifted mouse by the cats the next day. We couldn't be happier, the house was cared for and pets very happy to have Jade as their new friend!
We absolutely recommend Diana as a sitter and would have her again. From our initial meeting to the moment we returned home, we had good communication and quick/easy resolution of any questions. Our senior dog, Diesel, took to her immediately and was in good spirits when we returned home. The photo and video updates and detailed messages were a wonderful touch. We could see Diesel was not just being cared for, but truly loved and enjoyed. Our sitter maintained his routine, including adjusting to his slow pace and chill time in the yard. Coming home to a spotless house was the cherry on top. Plants were thriving, mail was neatly organized, and it was clear our home had been treated with the utmost respect and care. Anyone would be lucky to have such a trustworthy, professional, and genuinely caring person looking after their precious pets and home.
Mara took care of our cat and dog in our home for a week, even with a last minute addition of a regimen of eye drops for my dog who does NOT take them easily! I came home to calm and happy pets and a clean house, she kept in touch throughout the week with updates and questions, and I’m very happy! Would definitely hire her to watch my boys again!
Charlii really stepped it up this time. Our dog had an injury and became medically complex right before we left for a non-changeable vacation and she literally nursed him back to health better than we were able to! It completely changed the vacation knowing we basically had a doggie nurse at the house. She handled meds/PT all on her own. Incredible!
Alison is absolutely wonderful! She took such loving care of our two dogs, and we could tell they were happy and comfortable while we were away. She was reliable, attentive, and trustworthy. We came home to happy pups. I live in the San Diego area and I am sad that Alison doesn’t live closer to us, but will definitely ask her to sit for our pups next time we’re in San Francisco! Aman is quick to reply and very communicative. It's clear our pit bull, Munchie, loves spending time with him, which puts our dog parent nerves at ease while we're away. He takes the extra time and effort to bring her out and about to other parts of town for a diversity of walks, which we appreciate because car rides are one of Munchie's favorite activities. With Aman, you'll come home to a happy and healthy dog.
Alix did an excellent job taking care of Cassie. She was prompt and friendly and very responsible. When our plane was delayed, she was very sympathetic and stayed longer than requested to make sure our dog, who has separation anxiety, was not left alone too long. We will definitely be using her again.
Hallie took great care of our dog! We have a very energetic dog who loves hikes and needs nourishment throughout the day. She did everything we asked and defiantly tired him out with long hikes each day! Communication was fast and easy and she left our house clean and in the same condition as when we left. We would definitely recommend and use again … oh and they even went and got a pup cup lol. ☺️
Casey did another awesome job at caring for our family pets ranging from 1 year old puppy to our super senior dog and cat. She was flexible and really tuned into their unique and special needs. Juliana did an excellent job taking care of our two dogs. They got lots of walks and when she sent pictures, which she did a lot, they were smiling and looking so happy. She was also willing to stay at our house. She's a great communicator. She let us know how things were going during each day. I highly recommend her.
This was our second time booking with G’la, and once again, she absolutely knocked it out of the park! She took care of our dog Finn and cat Tuna while we were in Mexico for our wedding, and knowing they were with someone they already loved made all the difference. Our boys adore her!
