About: My preferred name is Leo. I've been caring for animals for most of my life. Growing up, I was responsible for helping care for three family dogs, including feeding, walking, playing with them, and making sure they were happy and well cared for. I also grew up around cats, as my mom had several throughout the years, so I'm very comfortable caring for cats of all ages and personalities. Today, I have a cat of my own, so I understand the daily responsibility and attention that pets need. I'm patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. My schedule is very flexible, and I'm available seven days a week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and overnight stays. I work on my own schedule, so I can usually accommodate last-minute bookings as well. Whether you need someone for a quick check-in, daily visits, overnight care, or extended pet sitting, I'll do my best to be there whenever you need reliable care for your pet. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I keep my home clean, organized, and pet-friendly. I currently care for my own cat, who is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and well loved. I make sure all of my houseplants are non-toxic to pets, keep anything potentially dangerous out of reach, and provide plenty of toys, enrichment, and a cat tree for play and relaxation. I'm attentive to each pet's individual needs and always make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean space, exercise, affection, and plenty of attention. I also have experience helping cats socialize through supervised playdates with friends' cats, so I understand how to create a calm, safe, and positive environment. I'll care for your pet with the same love and attention I give my own.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats (often at the same time) since I was old enough to hold the leash and walk with one of my childhood family pups Hershey on my own. My spouse (Paroma) and I have fostered and rescued dogs and cats of all ages and sizes -- from rambunctious puppies and kittens to senior fospice (foster hospice) cats and dogs -- since 2018. We currently have a Pitty-mix (Mako) our long-legged Jack Russell terrier/Chihuahua/Corgi (Boris) and a sweet orange cat named Cathulu (or Cat, for short). Our animal care philosophy is simple: when your animal is with us, I (we) ensure they know they're loved, well-fed, and have plenty of play time, walks, and/or good company, no matter where they are. I am currently available for full time dog/cat sitting (our house boarding or in your house overnights), in-house/apartment visits, walks, play time, or anything besides certified training and grooming. I am available all seven calendar days in the week. I have a fenced yard, two sweet dogs and a cat to keep your creature company. If your dog or cat prefers their own space, I will absolutely ensure they have it in our home. When we schedule an appointment, I will gladly schedule a complimentary "meet and greet" for your pet(s) and I to get to know each other. During our "meet and greet," I'll ask you all of the questions related to your lovely pet's care. No "special need" or "quirk" will surprise me, so please feel free to share anything and everything with me as we meet and greet. I would be honored to take care of your sweet pet. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. I live in a dog-friendly neighborhood with plenty of space for walks, as well as a large fenced-in backyard that’s perfect for playtime and exercise. I’m also close to several scenic walking trails and dog parks, giving your pup plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun and enrichment. While I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I regularly spend time with my brother and sister-in-law’s dogs when they visit. I also have a designated space available for a crate if your dog uses one, helping them feel secure and at home during their stay. Please note that I work in the office Monday through Wednesday and am not home during standard business hours. If your dog requires constant supervision or cannot comfortably be left alone during those workdays, I may not be the best fit. However, for independent dogs who are comfortable with a hybrid work schedule, I’m happy to provide a safe, loving environment with plenty of attention before and after work. While I am not home Mon - Wed, I make sure every dog in my care receives plenty of attention, exercise, and affection before and after work. My day starts with a morning potty break followed by breakfast (for pups who eat twice a day). Before leaving for work, I ensure your dog is comfortable and settled in for the day. Once I’m home, the focus is entirely on them. Evenings include another potty break, dinner, playtime, and a walk around the neighborhood. I believe regular exercise and outdoor time are essential for a dog’s well-being, so I make it a priority to provide opportunities for physical activity and mental stimulation. On weekends, WFH days and days off, I can offer additional walks, backyard playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment where your dog feels at home while you’re away. I care for pets in my home by making sure all potential hazards are put away, since I know how curious fur babies can be. When I’m home, I keep a close eye on them while also giving them the freedom to explore and relax as they need.

This is not a side hustle for me, but my main focus along with taking care of my dog and cat. I worked in animal rescue and fostering for 15 years and have had pets all my life. I am a certified pet sitter through Pet Sitters International. I will welcome your pets into my home and treat them as my own -they will be my first priority. My job is to help them feel happy, loved and calm while they are separated from their two-leggeds. And to give you peace of mind while you are away. I live in a house with a large yard, the back is completely fenced, and we also have a screened in porch that is great for sunning and relaxing. I am retired and now at home full time, except for when I leave to do in-home pet appointments for others, errands, etc. I have one dog, a senior Jack Russell Terrier. A pre-stay consult is REQUIRED at no cost. Therefore I cannot accept same day requests. Texts, pictures, and sometimes videos if I get something good, sent daily. For in home stays, if you drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening, a daycare charge is added for the last day. Hours: Drop offs and pick ups accepted at my home 8 am to 8 pm. Transport for your dog (5 mi radius from my home only) Nov - March: 9 am to 5 pm . Apr - Oct: 9 am to 7 pm. Cat care visits in your home: 9 am to 5 pm. Messages returned between 8 am and 8 pm. Meet and greets in my home scheduled between 8 am to 7 pm. Meet and greets in your home scheduled between 9 am to 5 pm Thank you! Daily schedules can be adapted to your dog's needs. However, they must be able to sleep through the night. They can be let outside in the morning as early as 6:30 am. Please advise me if their usual schedule can/cannot adhere to that. I have a completely fenced and well maintained backyard. The fence is a 4 ft high chain link fence. Dogs can run and play freely off leash with my dog. For in-home cat care, I am VERY careful when going in and out and make sure everything is left clean and organized. I will interact/play with all cats who will let me!
