I’ve been a lifelong cat lover, but 12 years ago a sweet pup joined my family and changed everything. After completing both private and group training classes with her, I became deeply interested in animal behavior and positive-reinforcement training. What started as learning for my own dog grew into a genuine passion for caring for and understanding animals. A few years ago, I retired from a career in technology to focus on the things that bring me joy — and working with pets is at the top of that list. As a longtime Rover client myself, I truly understand that our pets aren’t “just animals” — they’re family. I know how important it is to feel confident and at ease when someone else is caring for them. I’m a mature, reliable, and responsible sitter who will treat your pet like my own. Fantastic sitter! Deb took great care of my cats while I was away and gave me peace of mind throughout my trip. I really appreciated the updates and photos from each visit. I came home to two happy, well-cared-for cats. I will definitely book Deb again and highly recommend her as a sitter!

She always takes amazing care of my kitty and provides detailed updates that give me complete peace of mind while I’m away. She is reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about the pets she watches. My cat is always happy, well-fed, and comfortable when I return home. Deb has been great with our dog. They do weekly walks and some drop in visits. She asks good questions and makes sure our dog has everything she needs and is comfortable. :-)

Programa
I am semi-retired and have a very flexible schedule so I am able to accommodate many requests, even last minute, as well as holidays, mid-day and weekends.

I will treat your home respectfully and be discreet, as I would want that myself. I will follow your specific feeding, medicine, walking or handling instructions so that your pet feels safe and relaxed in my care. I will also send photos or note any fun (or not so fun) things that happen along our visit, to keep you aware. If your pet stays in my home, be advised I have 2 adult male cats. They are dog-friendly and very chill, but can and will separate for everyone's safety and comfort. When boarding, your pet(s) will have an entire bedroom to themselves, or will be free to roam in my home (separated from my kitties), depending on the pet. I welcome a meet n greet in my home, prior to boarding, so you feel comfortable. During the visit, I also offer access to view a camera set up in your pet's room, so you can check on them anytime of day!
