About: I understand animal behaviors and aspire to be a trainer eventually. While working in a boarding facility I noticed the dogs were not happy, uneasy and confused. Some wouldn't eat for days, some wouldn't go potty outside, and most would desperately look for their owners during our walks. And don't even get me started on how disarrayed the cats were. From that experience I knew I wanted to encourage pet owners if they must leave their pets, leave them at home, or in a homely environment, where they can be undividedly attended to, loved and cared for. I am a stay-at-home mother/wife, writer, artist, and animal lover with ample flexibility throughout the week. I like to plan my days at least 24 hours in advance to ensure efficiency in all my duties. Nature, nurture, and animals are part of my purpose for living I believe. Therefore, their wellbeing is what I care about. I am disciplined, forthcoming and honest, and enjoy interacting with others of similar character. Even though I play heavily with animals when they want to play with me, I also create an atmosphere of mutual respect and order, usually upon 1st introduction. This allows the pet to follow my lead and trust in me as a child would a parent.

About: Hey there I’m Ben, an Atlanta native and animal lover for life! I’ve been a pet sitter for 5 years to families all around the city. Photography’s been a hobby of mine for twice as long, and I wouldn’t mind giving your furry friends a photoshoot as well. My work schedule is very flexible so I’m available to sit or walk all days of the week. What works for you works for me. When pet sitting or walking I think communication is key. About: I’ve been taking care of pets for 14 years now, including my own and many friends, neighbors, and family. I work as a veterinarian. I’m willing to bathe your pets in addition to their basic needs. I know how to administer injections and other medications your pet may need. I take my currents pets out 3 times a day, and feed twice daily. I like taking them to parks once to twice a week if the owner is okay with that. I would take them out as many times as you see fit before and after class. If your pet is social they can play with my 10.5 year old and 3yr old. Both are very dog friendly and easy going. I do request them meeting outside before I bring them in. I do not believe in leaving your pets with mine while I am gone. Therefore the will be seperate when I must leave.

About: I am a wildlife biologist for the Georgia DNR working for the Urban Wildlife Program. I have years of experience dog-sitting, primarily for large- and medium-sized dogs in the Chicago area. My work schedule is very flexible, allowing me to take my time to care for your critters! A large part of my job is responding to wildlife emergencies using years of experience and best-judgment decision making, which makes for a great pet-sitter. I am a wildlife biologist that works from home in Decatur. My workload is quite low so it is easy to fit pet care into my schedule throughout the week. My flexible schedule affords me ample time to provide proper attention to animals. I have a calm demeanor with strong attention to detail when it comes to care instruction. My experience as a wildlife biologist has trained me how to monitor animals for emergencies and how to be calm in the face of the unknown or unexpected. About: Beyond my four years of on and off fostering of cats and dogs, I have cared for an array of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, fish, and small rodents throughout my entire life. Being someone who is not only interested in having fun with your pets, I am also interested in improving their development, physically and mentally! I am currently raising a four month old puppy, and with pet schools being sky high I have developed my own little methods of keeping pets busy and happy throughout the day to ensure your pet will sleep peacefully all night long. Although I am not a professional trainer and am someone who has just learned from experience, I will try my best to assist owners in any corrective behavior or skills you'd like to develop. I look forward to both spending time with your pets and keeping them busy and happy! :) I am currently a college student, but I have plenty of time throughout the week and weekend for your pets! Monday-Thursday, I am available for boarding, dog walking, and drop in visits (after 3 pm), and Friday-Sunday I am available all day for any service you might need. I am also available for holidays or any extended time period you may need, and can't wait to hear from you! I have a spacious apartment with plenty of activities for your pets, and also large crates that will keep your pet company if they aren't very social. I also have a very friendly, german shepherd puppy who loves making friends with both cats and dogs. I am also in close vicinity to many large parks and trails, ensuring your pet will get ample outside play time as well! I am also available for in-home and walking services, and will provide any equipment you are missing, so no worries!

About: I've had pets my entire life and love animals. I treat them with love and respect as well as positive reinforcement. I am familiar with dog training and crate training (I have trained my last three dogs). I give lots of love, walks, and affection. I am a stay at home mom and all of my children are in school now. My main obligation is taking the kids to and from school, and other than that, I'm completely free to play with pets. I have a large fenced in yard and an awesome trail to walk in my neighborhood for dogs who love to walk. My dog is crate trained and likes to spend a few hours of quiet time in his crate every day. I am currently raising kittens who are crate trained but mostly like to roam freely.
