My spouse (Paroma) and I have fostered and helped rescue all types of cat, from kittens to senior fospice (foster hospice) cats. Currently, my feline family consists of three delightful domestic short-haired cats, aged 10, 7, and 3 years old, as well as a recently rescued mama cat and her six adorable kittens. About: Fun loving pet owner and pet lover living in Decatur, Georgia. I work from home so I have a flexible schedule. I own one dog and I’m an aunty to two others, as well as god parents to many other pets. Offering boarding and sitting in my comfortable, bright and pet friendly home. I grew up with many pets and I’ve always had a fondness for our furry friends. I’d say I have 30 years experience with dogs, cats, birds, rabbits. I’m more skilled with small to medium sized trained dogs. I have a backyard that pets can play in once leashed and I take all pets for walks in the neighborhood, weather and their ability permitted. I work from home and I have a little dog of my own so your pet is never alone and has a friend to lounge in the sun and eat treats with. About: We are retired known in our neighborhood as Dog Mom & Dad because we take care of stray dogs, find their owner, and sometimes take them in if we cannot find their owner. For over 40 years we have had one or more dogs, all from rescue centers or from our local vet who will refer us to owners who are no longer able to care for their furry buddy. Our goal is to replicate the schedule and environment your pet is accustomed to, give the love and attention that your pet gets at home and reinforce the training you have implemented. Safety and security are important to us; consequently, we have developed an intake process that assures other pets in our care have the proper vaccinations to protect our other “guest.” Therefore, a pre-stay consultation is REQUIRED to ensure that the appropriate vaccinations are current, and any special needs are identified. We live in a quiet neighborhood, with very little traffic. We have a completely fenced back yard with cameras to record all activity. We are both retired and assure you that your pet will be supervised twenty-four by seven. Text, pictures, and videos will be sent daily. For boarding in home stays, if you drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening a daycare charge will be for the last day. Hours: Drop-offs and pick-ups accepted at our home from 7 am to 7 pm, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 4 pm to 6 pm Sunday. We will transport your dog (6-mile radius from our home only). Messages returned between 7 am and 7 pm. Meet and greets in our home scheduled between 10 am and 5 pm. We’re both retired and have plenty of time for playtime, hugs and cuddles. We're available to provide short trips and outside walks during the day. We have a completely fenced in back yard and have plenty of time to keep your fur baby happy. About: Hello! I grew up in New Jersey and have called Georgia home for the last 8 years. As early as I can remember, I’ve loved being around animals of all shapes and sizes. I bond easily with most animals because I am a kind, calm, and confident person. My friends call it a nurturing spirit because countless times I have been to a gathering or party and someone's pet decided that I was their new best friend. When I started living on my own in Atlanta, I decided it was time to adopt my first pets as an adult. I adopted two seniors who still had so much love to share. Their names were Brittanica (the cat) and Roberta (the dog). Both were diagnosed with chronic illnesses that required IV fluids and maintenance medications that had to be given on particular schedules. With advice from their care team, I made sure that each interaction for treatment was a positive experience. Sometimes I pulled out all the stops with treats, bundling them in a blanket, and setting up a soothing environment. If your pet requires such treatments, written notes would be appreciated so I can reference the process as much as possible. My current pets are younger than my first two and keep me on my toes! We have a lot of fluffy fun as Stellaluna is a sweetheart, longhaired domestic cat and Sir Waddles Von Wigglebutt is a very friendly, laid back corgi. We have a good routine where the first thing we do when we wake up is pre-breakfast cuddle time! There have been times where we’ve needed to be flexible and eat breakfast first though. My day-to-day is structured so that I can get steps in with Waddles and I can set up enrichment activities for his working dog nature. Often you’ll see us with the Atlanta Corgi group so he can be a social butterfly. If the weather isn’t great or I have a deadline to meet at work, he’ll stay home and do puzzles. Other hobbies that fit in my schedule include playing DND or board games, doing dog training classes with Waddles, and watching TV with Stella. When it comes to taking care of your pets, I will make sure that we keep to the routine they’re most familiar with too! We’ll do videos and pics as much as we can during the visit. My goal with each visit is that your pet is treated well and feels like they’re getting their own vacation even though they’ll be missing you. I work in the film industry in post production and I work remotely from home. I will have plenty of time to play and check on your furry friend for scheduled appointments. When I do not have an active contract, I enjoy taking longer walks and playing with your pet extra with your pet. To guarantee more than 30 minutes of play time, please book my 60 min visits. Safety is a top priority when I am taking care of animals. Regardless of how well trained a pet is, they are animals and are unpredictable at times. For that reason, when walking your dog, I will make sure that it is on leash unless we are in your fenced yard. If your dog is staying over with me, a crate is necessary so they have their own space where they’re safe when I’m not home. I do have a cat so if your dog is not cat friendly, we will not be able to work together. I believe in strong communication and transparency. While with your fuzzy friend, I will send you updates and photos through the app!

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats (often at the same time) since I was old enough to hold the leash and walk with one of my childhood family pups Hershey on my own. My spouse (Paroma) and I have fostered and rescued dogs and cats of all ages and sizes -- from rambunctious puppies and kittens to senior fospice (foster hospice) cats and dogs -- since 2018. We currently have a Pitty-mix (Mako) our long-legged Jack Russell terrier/Chihuahua/Corgi (Boris) and a sweet orange cat named Cathulu (or Cat, for short). Our animal care philosophy is simple: when your animal is with us, I (we) ensure they know they're loved, well-fed, and have plenty of play time, walks, and/or good company, no matter where they are. I am currently available for full time dog/cat sitting (our house boarding or in your house overnights), in-house/apartment visits, walks, play time, or anything besides certified training and grooming. I am available all seven calendar days in the week. I have a fenced yard, two sweet dogs and a cat to keep your creature company. If your dog or cat prefers their own space, I will absolutely ensure they have it in our home. When we schedule an appointment, I will gladly schedule a complimentary "meet and greet" for your pet(s) and I to get to know each other. During our "meet and greet," I'll ask you all of the questions related to your lovely pet's care. I’m willing to bathe your pets in addition to their basic needs. I know how to administer injections and other medications your pet may need. I take my currents pets out 3 times a day, and feed twice daily. I like taking them to parks once to twice a week if the owner is okay with that. I would take them out as many times as you see fit before and after class. If your pet is social they can play with my 10.5 year old and 3yr old. Both are very dog friendly and easy going. I do request them meeting outside before I bring them in. I do not believe in leaving your pets with mine while I am gone. Therefore the will be seperate when I must leave.

However, for independent dogs who are comfortable with a hybrid work schedule, I’m happy to provide a safe, loving environment with plenty of attention before and after work. While I am not home Mon - Wed, I make sure every dog in my care receives plenty of attention, exercise, and affection before and after work. My day starts with a morning potty break followed by breakfast (for pups who eat twice a day). Before leaving for work, I ensure your dog is comfortable and settled in for the day. Once I’m home, the focus is entirely on them. Evenings include another potty break, dinner, playtime, and a walk around the neighborhood. I believe regular exercise and outdoor time are essential for a dog’s well-being, so I make it a priority to provide opportunities for physical activity and mental stimulation. On weekends, WFH days and days off, I can offer additional walks, backyard playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment where your dog feels at home while you’re away. I care for pets in my home by making sure all potential hazards are put away, since I know how curious fur babies can be. When I’m home, I keep a close eye on them while also giving them the freedom to explore and relax as they need.

About: Animals are everything to me. Everyday I work with animals, Im a trained vet assistant who is in school to be a vet tech. I have fostered both young and old. If anything were to happen to your pets I can take them into my work place and discuss treatment over the phone. I work full time but my husband and I have every good schedule on letting out dogs. I also have a job that allows me to clock out to let them out midday. My animals are normal fed 7-9 am and 6-8 pm. My house is baby proofed as some of my babies are too smart for their own good. But I do have cameras to be able to see them and alarm systems. All of my pets have been around fosters of all shapes and sizes so pets coming into my home need to be comfortable with that.

This allows me to offer weekday daycare and overnight boarding in my home, where pets can settle into a calm, comfortable routine without spending long periods alone. On weekends, I also offer overnight care in your home. To make sure I can give your pet my full attention while also maintaining a healthy routine for my own pets, I limit these stays to a maximum of three consecutive nights. For cats, I offer 30-minute drop-in visits that can include feeding, fresh water, litter box care, medication, playtime, and affection based on your cat’s personality and comfort level. Cat visits are generally available during the day or evening for homes located within approximately five miles of my home. I also provide dog walks and drop-in potty breaks within my service area. My primary availability is in the morning and evening. Midday visits are more limited, but may be available on holidays or on days when my work schedule allows additional flexibility. I intentionally keep my client list small, which gives me more room to accommodate individual routines and special requests. If your pet’s schedule falls outside my usual availability, feel free to reach out. I will always do my best to find an arrangement that works. Every pet receives care based on their routine, personality, and comfort level. My goal is to create a calm, safe environment where they can relax and feel at home. For boarding, pets have access to a securely fenced yard for supervised play, enrichment, and frequent potty breaks. I have three friendly rescue dogs, but visiting pets are never left with them unsupervised. Pets are separated during meals, when I leave the house, or anytime they need their own quiet space. A meet and greet is required before boarding so we can confirm that everyone feels comfortable and the environment is a good fit. Dogs who prefer their own space can still enjoy walks, enrichment, outdoor time, and plenty of one-on-one attention. When caring for pets in their own home, I follow their usual feeding, walking, medication, play, and bedtime routines as closely as possible. I also send regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. I keep my client list small so each pet receives attentive, personalized care that never feels rushed.
