About: Fun loving pet owner and pet lover living in Decatur, Georgia. I work from home so I have a flexible schedule. I own one dog and I’m an aunty to two others, as well as god parents to many other pets. Offering boarding and sitting in my comfortable, bright and pet friendly home. I grew up with many pets and I’ve always had a fondness for our furry friends. I’d say I have 30 years experience with dogs, cats, birds, rabbits. I’m more skilled with small to medium sized trained dogs. I have a backyard that pets can play in once leashed and I take all pets for walks in the neighborhood, weather and their ability permitted. Safety first always! Looking forward to hanging with some cool furry friends. I work from home and I have a little dog of my own so your pet is never alone and has a friend to lounge in the sun and eat treats with. I also have a large crate for if your dog requires crate time or if I have to briefly run an errand. My home is a soft space and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I do have a ring camera and doors are always closed and locked for added safety. I always accompany my pet friends for leashed discoveries in my backyard and on neighborhood walks to greet the neighbors.

About: We are retired known in our neighborhood as Dog Mom & Dad because we take care of stray dogs, find their owner, and sometimes take them in if we cannot find their owner. For over 40 years we have had one or more dogs, all from rescue centers or from our local vet who will refer us to owners who are no longer able to care for their furry buddy. Our goal is to replicate the schedule and environment your pet is accustomed to, give the love and attention that your pet gets at home and reinforce the training you have implemented. Safety and security are important to us; consequently, we have developed an intake process that assures other pets in our care have the proper vaccinations to protect our other “guest.” Therefore, a pre-stay consultation is REQUIRED to ensure that the appropriate vaccinations are current, and any special needs are identified. We live in a quiet neighborhood, with very little traffic. We have a completely fenced back yard with cameras to record all activity. We are both retired and assure you that your pet will be supervised twenty-four by seven. Text, pictures, and videos will be sent daily. For boarding in home stays, if you drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening a daycare charge will be for the last day. Hours: Drop-offs and pick-ups accepted at our home from 7 am to 7 pm, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 4 pm to 6 pm Sunday. We will transport your dog (6-mile radius from our home only). Messages returned between 7 am and 7 pm. Meet and greets in our home scheduled between 10 am and 5 pm. We’re both retired and have plenty of time for playtime, hugs and cuddles. We're available to provide short trips and outside walks during the day. We have a completely fenced in back yard and have plenty of time to keep your fur baby happy. Our furry friends are free to roam around as they please. Your pet will be fed at least twice a day (morning & afternoon) unless on a specific diet/regimen that will be followed.

About: Hello! I grew up in New Jersey and have called Georgia home for the last 8 years. As early as I can remember, I’ve loved being around animals of all shapes and sizes. I bond easily with most animals because I am a kind, calm, and confident person. My friends call it a nurturing spirit because countless times I have been to a gathering or party and someone's pet decided that I was their new best friend. When I started living on my own in Atlanta, I decided it was time to adopt my first pets as an adult. I adopted two seniors who still had so much love to share. Their names were Brittanica (the cat) and Roberta (the dog). Both were diagnosed with chronic illnesses that required IV fluids and maintenance medications that had to be given on particular schedules. With advice from their care team, I made sure that each interaction for treatment was a positive experience. Sometimes I pulled out all the stops with treats, bundling them in a blanket, and setting up a soothing environment. If your pet requires such treatments, written notes would be appreciated so I can reference the process as much as possible. My current pets are younger than my first two and keep me on my toes! We have a lot of fluffy fun as Stellaluna is a sweetheart, longhaired domestic cat and Sir Waddles Von Wigglebutt is a very friendly, laid back corgi. We have a good routine where the first thing we do when we wake up is pre-breakfast cuddle time! There have been times where we’ve needed to be flexible and eat breakfast first though. My day-to-day is structured so that I can get steps in with Waddles and I can set up enrichment activities for his working dog nature. Often you’ll see us with the Atlanta Corgi group so he can be a social butterfly. If the weather isn’t great or I have a deadline to meet at work, he’ll stay home and do puzzles. Other hobbies that fit in my schedule include playing DND or board games, doing dog training classes with Waddles, and watching TV with Stella. When it comes to taking care of your pets, I will make sure that we keep to the routine they’re most familiar with too! We’ll do videos and pics as much as we can during the visit. My goal with each visit is that your pet is treated well and feels like they’re getting their own vacation even though they’ll be missing you. I work in the film industry in post production and I work remotely from home. I will have plenty of time to play and check on your furry friend for scheduled appointments. When I do not have an active contract, I enjoy taking longer walks and playing with your pet extra with your pet. To guarantee more than 30 minutes of play time, please book my 60 min visits. Safety is a top priority when I am taking care of animals. Regardless of how well trained a pet is, they are animals and are unpredictable at times. For that reason, when walking your dog, I will make sure that it is on leash unless we are in your fenced yard. If your dog is staying over with me, a crate is necessary so they have their own space where they’re safe when I’m not home. I do have a cat so if your dog is not cat friendly, we will not be able to work together. I believe in strong communication and transparency. While with your fuzzy friend, I will send you updates and photos through the app!

About: I am fully remote worker, so your dog has company all day long, no extended lonely hours. I currently care for my own senior Lab mix. Also cared for my diabetic senior Maltese for 15 years, so special needs are no problem. Your pup gets a part time home with me. Drop offs no earlier than 7am. Pickups no later than 9pm. I crate at night and when leaving the house for safety of all pets. Working from home grants me ability to care for my dog and others more closely, with more frequent potty breaks, and play time in fenced yard. I have a fenced in yard and several room spaces to separate if alone time needed, like sleep time or feeding. Your pup will spend days with me in my office while I work Monday-Friday. Other times in family room or yard.

I work from home most of the time and have a flexible schedule, which means plenty of attention for your pet. My Border Collie loves having furry guests, and they’ll enjoy frequent potty breaks in the shared backyard, daily walks, and playtime at the community dog park located right behind my unit. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a clean, pet-friendly environment with close supervision throughout the day. I follow each pet's routine, feeding schedule, and any special instructions provided by the owner. I also provide updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for.

I also live about 20 min from the airport so even if I'm far from you and you need to travel and need boarding, my place is very convenient for drop off and pick up from the airport. Our animal care philosophy is simple: when your animal is with us, I (we) ensure they know they're loved, well-fed, and have plenty of play time, walks, and/or good company, no matter where they are. I am currently available for full time dog/cat sitting (our house boarding or in your house overnights), in-house/apartment visits, walks, play time, or anything besides certified training and grooming. I am available all seven calendar days in the week. I have a fenced yard, two sweet dogs and a cat to keep your creature company. If your dog or cat prefers their own space, I will absolutely ensure they have it in our home. When we schedule an appointment, I will gladly schedule a complimentary "meet and greet" for your pet(s) and I to get to know each other. During our "meet and greet," I'll ask you all of the questions related to your lovely pet's care. I’m a teacher—I typically let my dog use the bathroom each morning in the back yard and then give him 1-2 walks when I get off ~3.
