“I wish I could keep it a secret but my conscience compels me to say that Peggy was my luckiest and best find since relocating to Decatur. Both Chispa and I were delighted and impressed with her, her home and her Sparks. I know Chispa is in good and loving hands. Peggy is our new BFF.”

About: Fun loving pet owner and pet lover living in Decatur, Georgia. I work from home so I have a flexible schedule. I own one dog and I’m an aunty to two others, as well as god parents to many other pets. Offering boarding and sitting in my comfortable, bright and pet friendly home. I grew up with many pets and I’ve always had a fondness for our furry friends. I’d say I have 30 years experience with dogs, cats, birds, rabbits. I’m more skilled with small to medium sized trained dogs. I have a backyard that pets can play in once leashed and I take all pets for walks in the neighborhood, weather and their ability permitted. Safety first always! Looking forward to hanging with some cool furry friends. I work from home and I have a little dog of my own so your pet is never alone and has a friend to lounge in the sun and eat treats with. I also have a large crate for if your dog requires crate time or if I have to briefly run an errand. My home is a soft space and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I do have a ring camera and doors are always closed and locked for added safety. I always accompany my pet friends for leashed discoveries in my backyard and on neighborhood walks to greet the neighbors.

I’m reliable, attentive, and focused on making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I have a private, fenced in back yard. I will also send a million pictures/videos if thats what you like (I know I do lol). I know how it feels to be away and missing my doggies so no judgement here. :) I currently have a very flexible schedule and am focusing on pet care full-time, which allows me to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day and overnight when needed. About: I am fully remote worker, so your dog has company all day long, no extended lonely hours. I currently care for my own senior Lab mix. Also cared for my diabetic senior Maltese for 15 years, so special needs are no problem. Your pup gets a part time home with me. Drop offs no earlier than 7am. Pickups no later than 9pm. I crate at night and when leaving the house for safety of all pets. Working from home grants me ability to care for my dog and others more closely, with more frequent potty breaks, and play time in fenced yard. I have a fenced in yard and several room spaces to separate if alone time needed, like sleep time or feeding. Your pup will spend days with me in my office while I work Monday-Friday. Other times in family room or yard.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. Carried the responsibilities that come with caring for animals and most recently taken an interest in dog training. I adore my own dog and treat him as a valued member of our family and all dogs who are guest in our home will be treated equally. My partner, Adam and I jointly share in the responsibility of ensuring all our furry guest are treated wonderfully and shown a good time while away from their families. My partner, Adam and I already spend most our time with our dogs, Fisher and Nina. We walk multiple times a day and visit the dog park for social time. We have a large fenced in backyard for play time at home and we don’t mind snuggles on the couch. With a fenced in back yard that the dogs can play in and sniff all the smells. Our dog fisher and youngest pup, Nina are friendly with all dogs and they love to play outside.
About: Hello! I grew up in New Jersey and have called Georgia home for the last 8 years. As early as I can remember, I’ve loved being around animals of all shapes and sizes. I bond easily with most animals because I am a kind, calm, and confident person. My friends call it a nurturing spirit because countless times I have been to a gathering or party and someone's pet decided that I was their new best friend. When I started living on my own in Atlanta, I decided it was time to adopt my first pets as an adult. I adopted two seniors who still had so much love to share. Their names were Brittanica (the cat) and Roberta (the dog). Both were diagnosed with chronic illnesses that required IV fluids and maintenance medications that had to be given on particular schedules. With advice from their care team, I made sure that each interaction for treatment was a positive experience. Sometimes I pulled out all the stops with treats, bundling them in a blanket, and setting up a soothing environment. If your pet requires such treatments, written notes would be appreciated so I can reference the process as much as possible. My current pets are younger than my first two and keep me on my toes! We have a lot of fluffy fun as Stellaluna is a sweetheart, longhaired domestic cat and Sir Waddles Von Wigglebutt is a very friendly, laid back corgi. We have a good routine where the first thing we do when we wake up is pre-breakfast cuddle time! There have been times where we’ve needed to be flexible and eat breakfast first though. My day-to-day is structured so that I can get steps in with Waddles and I can set up enrichment activities for his working dog nature. Often you’ll see us with the Atlanta Corgi group so he can be a social butterfly. If the weather isn’t great or I have a deadline to meet at work, he’ll stay home and do puzzles. Other hobbies that fit in my schedule include playing DND or board games, doing dog training classes with Waddles, and watching TV with Stella. When it comes to taking care of your pets, I will make sure that we keep to the routine they’re most familiar with too! We’ll do videos and pics as much as we can during the visit. My goal with each visit is that your pet is treated well and feels like they’re getting their own vacation even though they’ll be missing you. I work in the film industry in post production and I work remotely from home. I will have plenty of time to play and check on your furry friend for scheduled appointments. When I do not have an active contract, I enjoy taking longer walks and playing with your pet extra with your pet. To guarantee more than 30 minutes of play time, please book my 60 min visits. Safety is a top priority when I am taking care of animals. Regardless of how well trained a pet is, they are animals and are unpredictable at times. For that reason, when walking your dog, I will make sure that it is on leash unless we are in your fenced yard. If your dog is staying over with me, a crate is necessary so they have their own space where they’re safe when I’m not home. I do have a cat so if your dog is not cat friendly, we will not be able to work together. I believe in strong communication and transparency. While with your fuzzy friend, I will send you updates and photos through the app!

About: I am located in beautiful Belvedere park with lots of outdoor green space. For active pups, I have a large fenced in yard and the location is great for daily walks in the neighborhood. My 12 year old pup Leo passed away 🌈 recently and it has been a comfort to have furry friends in the house to keep me company! Being a dog lover who travels frequently, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your dog. I will be sure to keep your dog well fed, active, and loved while you are away. If you would like, I would love to send you pictures of your precious pup while you are away so you can share in their fun! I would be happy to schedule a meet and greet with your dog before your time away to discuss any special needs or care that your dog may require! I work 100% of the time remotely and can take your dog out during the work day for a stroll or potty break, or give them some playtime in the backyard. I currently live in a house with a large privacy fenced backyard for dogs to roam around and get exercise. Whether we are playing fetch or tug of war, there is always something to keep your pup entertained.

About: I am a wildlife biologist for the Georgia DNR working for the Urban Wildlife Program. I have years of experience dog-sitting, primarily for large- and medium-sized dogs in the Chicago area. My work schedule is very flexible, allowing me to take my time to care for your critters! A large part of my job is responding to wildlife emergencies using years of experience and best-judgment decision making, which makes for a great pet-sitter. I am a wildlife biologist that works from home in Decatur. My workload is quite low so it is easy to fit pet care into my schedule throughout the week. My flexible schedule affords me ample time to provide proper attention to animals. I have a calm demeanor with strong attention to detail when it comes to care instruction. My experience as a wildlife biologist has trained me how to monitor animals for emergencies and how to be calm in the face of the unknown or unexpected. I am used to following strict research protocol, so following along for the care of your animal will be a breeze.
“Alexandria communicated with me wonderfully! I appreciated her coming so last minute to take care of my dog. You can tell she really loves animals. I'm always going to book with her in the future.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs on and off for more than 10 years, helping family, friends, and neighbors whenever they need a reliable extra hand. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. I live in a dog-friendly neighborhood with plenty of space for walks, as well as a large fenced-in backyard that’s perfect for playtime and exercise. I’m also close to several scenic walking trails and dog parks, giving your pup plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun and enrichment. While I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I regularly spend time with my brother and sister-in-law’s dogs when they visit. This has given me experience with a variety of personalities, energy levels, and care needs. I also have a designated space available for a crate if your dog uses one, helping them feel secure and at home during their stay. Please note that I work in the office Monday through Wednesday and am not home during standard business hours. If your dog requires constant supervision or cannot comfortably be left alone during those workdays, I may not be the best fit. However, for independent dogs who are comfortable with a hybrid work schedule, I’m happy to provide a safe, loving environment with plenty of attention before and after work. While I am not home Mon - Wed, I make sure every dog in my care receives plenty of attention, exercise, and affection before and after work. My day starts with a morning potty break followed by breakfast (for pups who eat twice a day). Before leaving for work, I ensure your dog is comfortable and settled in for the day. Once I’m home, the focus is entirely on them. Evenings include another potty break, dinner, playtime, and a walk around the neighborhood. I believe regular exercise and outdoor time are essential for a dog’s well-being, so I make it a priority to provide opportunities for physical activity and mental stimulation. On weekends, WFH days and days off, I can offer additional walks, backyard playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment where your dog feels at home while you’re away. I care for pets in my home by making sure all potential hazards are put away, since I know how curious fur babies can be. When I’m home, I keep a close eye on them while also giving them the freedom to explore and relax as they need.
“When I tell you she is absolutely amazing I mean it !! Not only did she put a puffer jacket on my dog when it was below 30 degrees outside without me saying anything ,she treated my dog like he was hers . I would hire her over and over again .”

“Anna has cared for our pets for several years now and she is wonderful. Her pictures and updates are always fun and informative and I never worry about the care our dog Marty and our elderly cats receive. She is a gem that I am so grateful to have.”

“Jax is always wonderful! She takes such great care of our furry babies, keeping us updated and making sure everything goes smoothly. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our pets are in reliable hands. Highly recommend!”

“Trinise was great! Her communication was amazing it was our first time using a sitter and she made us feel comfortable and she is very nice. Definitely will be using her again!”

“Chris took excellent care of my dog, Circe. He was very attentive and patient, and I could tell that she was happy and comfortable during her stay. He regularly took the dogs out to a large park, which Circe really enjoyed and benefited from a lot. Circe got along very well with Chris’s two dogs, and it was clear that they interacted in a calm and positive way. Chris also sent frequent photo updates, which made me feel very reassured while I was away. It was obvious that he truly cares about the dogs he looks after. I felt completely comfortable leaving Circe with him and would absolutely book with Chris again. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”

“Katie took excellent care of Hazel! She sent me daily updates and pictures. Before Hazel’s stay, we had the chance to meet, and Katie ensured that she was fully informed about Hazel’s needs and personality.”

“Alvin was great! I’m planning to book him every time I need a sitter. He provided good, timely updates, made my dog feel like part of the family, and made sure my dog was active. I greatly appreciate him and highly recommend.”

“Yunju and her partner were the best dog sitters I could’ve hoped for. She sent me photos, videos, and updates multiple times throughout the day of their walks, meals and hang time and made sure our dog was loved on and cared for! She is very kind, super communicative, and fast to respond. She lives in a safe gated community with a dog park nearby. I would 100% recommend Yunju to anyone looking for fun and reliable pet care. Will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Our dog came back cleaner than we left her. She clearly had tons of fun and Logan sent a bunch of wonderful pictures. I HIGHLY recommend his services!”

“Lauren was great taking care of our dogs Heidi and Merlin while we were out of town over a long weekend. She shared regular updates and followed our instructions wonderfully. Heidi is an older girl with some medications and some needs and Lauren was great in taking care of her as well as keeping our younger dog entertained and exercised. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Lauren again!”

“Jalil sent pictures regularly and kept me updated while he provided boarding Nipsey. That made me feel so much better while away. I knew he was in good care. Every picture was of my boy smiling and enjoying himself. We love Jalil!”

“Simply cannot say enough good things about Carla. Such a kind and thoughtful person with great concern for pets. Followed instructions for our reactive pup to a tee and even helped us by taking him home. We had an amazing experience and will be booking with her in the future. 10/10. Will recommend her to all of our friends!”

“Barron took excellent care of my Ziggy and sent thoughtful updates and photos for Ziggy's entire stay. Before Ziggy's stay, Barron took the time to get to know Ziggy and his health needs. We just moved to Atlanta and I felt at ease knowing that he was cared for. I will gladly book with Barron again”

“Crispus is the sitter of your dreams. Not only is he a dog whisperer, but he’s a vet tech with a wonderful playground for dogs in his home. He’s communicative, send photos and updates, and spoiled our baby with treats and great food while we had to ship some food to him. Really I can’t say enough about him. We had a long vacation and Nipsey came back healthy happy and relaxed. All of the stars.”

“Briyanna did us a huge favor just by being available for drop off and pick up at crazy hours. Shadow can be a handful but everything went well during his stay! will definitely use her in the future.”

“Thank you for taking such great care of my dogs and providing me updates along the way. As you know I was pretty nervous because my pit bulls are so important to me and this was my first time leaving them. Blessings and many thanks again.”

“MT was incredible and we will be a repeat client. Our dog Blue was so takenncare of and given so much love! He got to go on lots of walks and had fun at the doggie park daily! MT is so wonderful with communication and a very down to earth and genuine human being and dog lover. We felt so comfortable with Blue staying there. Her place is so nice with tons of doggie beds and dog toys. Our only concern was that he might think his home wasn't as cool haha!”
