Dog owner and dog friend. I am experienced with dogs of all ages and sizes.We currently have 1 dog and 2 cats. The cats are in a separate room and do not come out when other dogs are in the house. I have experience with caring for elderly pets including cats. I have had various pets my whole life and have learned to care and love for many types, breeds, and personalities We have been Rover star sitters for over 3 years now but due to our lives becoming more active and some bad experiences with dishonest booking we have become more selective in our bookings. We absolutely love other people's pets and truly give them the best quality of care. We do not board dogs with any separation anxiety or issues going potty inside. We also do no board dogs that are aggressive in any way. These choices will likely cause us to loose Star sitter but we are excellent at loving your pets like our own and would love to meet you to see if we are a good fit

Carla was wonderful! She was very communicative and kept me updated throughout the visits, which I really appreciated. She sent great pictures and thoughtful little updates. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dogs were being so well cared for. Carla was also just very kind and easy to work with. I would absolutely book with Carla again - 5 stars all the way!
Carla & Talia were absolutely wonderful! We have 2 babies that don’t get along and they listened to us and followed what we needed to a tee to keep our babies safe! The check-ins and communication were great and we will definitely be booking again! Thankyou so much!

Schedule
Talia does pet care full time and is able to do drop in/walk your pets when are unable to anytime. Carla works from home full time with a good bit of flexibility to allow for time to play with the dogs that board/take them for walks or just give them the love and attention they need. For boarding in our home, will need proof of up to date vaccinations and dogs that are friendly with others since we have have a dog. Also, we sometimes board more than one at a time as long as personalities allow for that. We make sure each pet is comfortable and feels safe. We have LARGE backyard with lots of shade as well as a grassy area and mulched area for the best possible fetch and sniffing experience.

I would care for your pets just as I care of mine. Learning that animals need to learn to trust you, they need good leadership, but also LOTS of love and attention. I am able to understand dogs personalities. Not all dogs are the same.

A typical day
Walks are great, maybe a little lite jogging for the ones that need it. Playtime, lots of love and fun. I am open to recommended favorite spots/suggestions from the owners.

- I am okay with any extra steps that may be necessary to keep your pet comfortable and happy. My Charlie was pretty particular in his last days. My doodle is the complete opposite and has her preferences.
