About: I've owned and cared for all kinds of animals my whole life. Professionally, I have experience working as a dog handler, kennel attendant, dog bather, and groomer. I also have extensive experience working and caring for cats, horses, and various small animals. My +3 years working at a dog daycare facility had me safely handling a pack of up to 25 dogs; providing exercise & engagement, soft corrections, and positive reinforcement. To do so, it was necessary to be observant and in tune with the dog's behavior and always on the lookout for any signs of stress or aggression. As a bather and groomer, I was focused on hygiene but a large aspect of the job relied on my knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques. I've owned cats my entire life and have worked with a TNR rescue the past few years getting pregnant females and unneutered male cats fixed and adopted. I also have pet care insurance with animal baliee coverage in case of emergencies. I always care for every animal as if they are my own and I understand how important it is for them to feel comfortable and loved. I work part-time on the night shift, so I'm out of the house between 9:30pm and 3am Monday through Friday. Outside of that- my schedule is flexible. I am available on most weekends and holidays. I only book one client at a time for boarding, so your pet(s) will have my full attention. I live in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a huge, unfenced yard. I own a variety of animal care supplies and equipment including lunge-line leashes to keep dogs safely on my property.

About: So far, the longest I’ve taken car of a dog is 10 years. Other than that, I’ve been around many other dogs who seem to like my presence. I currently am part time and my schedule is usually pretty flexible so I can stop in whenever is needed to let the dogs outside or to walk them. I always want to make sure that the animals are comfortable with me so I think a meeting before the job would be beneficial. Any schedule you have would be appreciated and followed to the letter.

About: I have had personal pets for as long as I can remember!! Not only that but I also volunteer at various animal shelters in the Chicagoland area :) In the fall I will be going to college to become a veterinarian!! I’ve had a plethora of different animals and dog breeds throughout my life including ; pitbulls, boxers, shih-tzus and labs just to name a few!! I have my own little dog currently who I walk daily. I also play with and take care of the dogs at the shelter I volunteer at! Every morning I take my dog out of his playpen to completely clean it out. Not only that but I always wipe off his paws and mouth after our walks so he’s not tracking dirt around
