About: As a career animal welfare professional, I'm ready to bring my decades of experience in animal care, veterinary care and animal handling to you and your home to ensure you have total peace of mind and your pets are cared for and safe while you're away. My entire professional career has been in the animal welfare field. I've worked as a cruelty investigator in both major metropolitan as well as rural agricultural regions. I've worked on farm animal sanctuaries as well as in city shelters. I'm still very involved in animal rescue through disaster response as well as large scale animal cruelty case deployments. Currently, I work for/co-founded an organization which provides low-cost veterinary care services to underserved areas in the region. As someone who utilizes Rover heavily for pet sitting services while traveling for work, I know just how important it is to have a service like this available as well as what a trusting, reliable sitter can do for peace of mind while out of town and away from you pets. I currently work from home (when not traveling for work) which allows me to devote full days to pet care while sitting nearby in my home office. I have a large, fully fenced yard. Your dogs will be able to spend as much, or as little, time outside as they desire. I have two resident dogs who are very welcoming of all four-legged (and two-legged) visitors and will be more than happy to share all their favorite toys and most comfortable spots on the couch.

Regarding house sitting for pets, I stay within close proximity of the pets throughout the night just in case something happens or they need something.

About: I've been taking care of pets for most of my life. I worked at a doggie daycare & boarding business for a couple of years. I'm now going out on my own and would love to take care of your fur babies while you're out. I've been around all breeds and sizes and understand their many different traits and personalities. I love playtime and walking. It is as much fun for me as it is for them. I've administered meds and worked specifically with dogs that needed specialized medical attention. Communication is important to me, as it is to you, so please let me know what you expect. No detail is too small. I can provide updates and photos if you request it; otherwise, I will not take up any of your time while you're away unless a concern arises. I have two dogs of my own, so I’m used to walks, playtime, feeding, and keeping a good routine. I love being around animals and easily fit pet care into my day. I try to keep things as close to the pet’s normal routine as possible. I follow instructions carefully, give lots of love and attention, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. About: There has always been a dog in my household. I grew up with both indoor and outdoor dogs and cats. We had cattle, chickens, and a number of other animals growing up. Since living in Denver, we have had Willis (my Weim), chickens, a bearded dragon, and a cat. Animals are a part of the family and always will be. I worked at a Vet clinic in High School and College, was raised on a farm, and showed cattle most of my life. I have an extensive background in pet healthcare, and love animals. As someone who travels often for work, I often need and use pet sitters, dog walkers, and/or house sitters. have a high expectation for those who take care of our animals, and I would give nothing less than what I expect for mine.

About: Im 41 and I've loved and owned animals for as long as I can remember. I was in 4-H my entire childhood and am comfortable around farm and domestic animals. I CAN love your fur babies just like they are my own! I cant wait to get to know you and your furry friends! If you need a drop in or a walker. I'm more then happy to help make it easier on you and your fur baby. Hope to meet you soon! Im currently available after 6pm during the week, Monday/Friday and full time availability sat/sun. Im willing to provide cat care as needed every night of the week. Doggie care too. I have a Handsome kitty cat here at home. Unfortunately no other animals here but him. In your home i will provide fresh water, food , snuggles and play. I also stay alert to help with anything you may need while im w animals. I have a 7 year old who loves dogs and will most likely be helping me on puppy adventures!
