About: I've been taking care of pets for most of my life. I worked at a doggie daycare & boarding business for a couple of years. I'm now going out on my own and would love to take care of your fur babies while you're out. I've been around all breeds and sizes and understand their many different traits and personalities. About: I have 3 dogs of my own of various sizes and 2 cats. I love taking care of pets and have experience pet sitting and volunteering at the animal shelter. I recently quit my full time job so I have a variety of time to help out with dog sitting and walking. I can be flexible during the week and some weekends! I currently live in a tiny apartment, so I try to find ways to get my dog fix in. I regularly volunteer to walk dogs at local shelters here in Grand Junction. I have experience with small and large dogs of all age ranges. I’m punctual with my schedules and can be relied on to make timely visits or give medications/food. I’m also comfortable house sitting your home and keeping up on all your chores/needs while you are away! About: As a career animal welfare professional, I'm ready to bring my decades of experience in animal care, veterinary care and animal handling to you and your home to ensure you have total peace of mind and your pets are cared for and safe while you're away. My entire professional career has been in the animal welfare field. I've worked as a cruelty investigator in both major metropolitan as well as rural agricultural regions. I've worked on farm animal sanctuaries as well as in city shelters. I'm still very involved in animal rescue through disaster response as well as large scale animal cruelty case deployments. Currently, I work for/co-founded an organization which provides low-cost veterinary care services to underserved areas in the region. As someone who utilizes Rover heavily for pet sitting services while traveling for work, I know just how important it is to have a service like this available as well as what a trusting, reliable sitter can do for peace of mind while out of town and away from you pets. I currently work from home (when not traveling for work) which allows me to devote full days to pet care while sitting nearby in my home office. I have a large, fully fenced yard. Your dogs will be able to spend as much, or as little, time outside as they desire. I have two resident dogs who are very welcoming of all four-legged (and two-legged) visitors and will be more than happy to share all their favorite toys and most comfortable spots on the couch.

About: I have been housesitting since I was a teenager. I am in my late twenties now and have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 reptiles at my own house! I am a high school teacher and have a lot of free time in the summer. I have experience caring for both senior dogs, puppies, and cats and am comfortable administering medications. I have given insulation shots to animals and have assisted with elderly dog routines. I am a teacher; so I am available very frequently in the summer and on the weekends, but have less time during the school year. I can care for your pet in their own space where they are already comfortable. I am happy to continue the routine you already have going with your animal. If you have them sleep in your bed, I am happy to do that. If you let them out to potty at 3 am, I’m there. Your pets are my pets while you are away! I also am very communicative and will let you know if there are any concerns and love to send photo updates of your animals!
