About: As a career animal welfare professional, I'm ready to bring my decades of experience in animal care, veterinary care and animal handling to you and your home to ensure you have total peace of mind and your pets are cared for and safe while you're away. My entire professional career has been in the animal welfare field. I've worked as a cruelty investigator in both major metropolitan as well as rural agricultural regions. I've worked on farm animal sanctuaries as well as in city shelters. I'm still very involved in animal rescue through disaster response as well as large scale animal cruelty case deployments. Currently, I work for/co-founded an organization which provides low-cost veterinary care services to underserved areas in the region. As someone who utilizes Rover heavily for pet sitting services while traveling for work, I know just how important it is to have a service like this available as well as what a trusting, reliable sitter can do for peace of mind while out of town and away from you pets. I currently work from home (when not traveling for work) which allows me to devote full days to pet care while sitting nearby in my home office. I have a large, fully fenced yard. Your dogs will be able to spend as much, or as little, time outside as they desire. I have two resident dogs who are very welcoming of all four-legged (and two-legged) visitors and will be more than happy to share all their favorite toys and most comfortable spots on the couch.

About: I have been around pets my whole life. I understand wanting your pet to feel safe and happy while you're away. I appreciate written instructions and will follow them precisely! I am a college student so I can drop by in between classes as you need me to. I also own a little fur baby of my own and will love yours just as much. I will make sure they don't feel too anxious, clean up as needed, have plenty of food, cuddles, and affection while you're away from them.

About: I’ve grown up with multiple pets (dogs, cats, fish) since I was a kid. As an adult, I’ve lived with various pets and regularly pet sit for friends and family. I currently nanny part-time during the weem, so my schedule is flexible. This provides the ability to do multiple pet check-ins throughout the day and overnight stays if requested. My preference is to take care of your pets at your home, as this environment is familiar and safe for your pets. If that is not an option, I am more than happy to board your pets at my home.

About: I’ve been an animal lover all my life. I’ve been providing personal pet care for the past two years. I get along with dogs of all ages and breeds. I can keep up with any energy level your fur baby has. I currently only have my schedule on Rover filling my time so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets needs and give them the playtime and/or walks they need daily. I will follow and maintain daily medication and feeding schedules of any complexity. I will follow all instructions given to ensure your furry friend gets the care they need. I just need to know what they can and can’t do and will make sure they are on their best behavior while I care for them.

About: I parent two active cattle dog breeds. I have experienced with senior dogs and puppies! I I am comfortable with administering any medication that is needed or any form of extra care. I’m a teacher so during the school year I can help out in the evenings and anytime on the weekends. In the summer I can do anytime! My home has a large yard with a fence. We do also have a dog door. My aim is to follow any procedures/expectations your pets are used to.

For visits at your home, I follow your instructions carefully: feeding schedules, medications, preferred routines, and any quirks that make your pet feel at ease. I believe consistency is key to keeping pets calm when their owners are away, so I stick to whatever routine works best for them. I treat every home I enter with the utmost respect, and every pet in my care like my own.

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I love animals because they make me happy! What else makes me happy is helping other people out to take care of there fur babies :) I have experience of watching dogs and cats. I am very active and love spending time with animals I work full time! From 7:30 am to 5pm I am free in the evenings and weekends! On Mondays I work half days. I get done at 12pm It is me and my corgi and my apartment. I do have a patio it is unfenced. My corgi is a runner. I take him on walks, dog park or my parents back yard

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life! I most recently had two dogs, a chihuahua and rotty mix. One big and one small dog! I currently live in a tiny apartment, so I try to find ways to get my dog fix in. I regularly volunteer to walk dogs at local shelters here in Grand Junction. I have experience with small and large dogs of all age ranges. I’m punctual with my schedules and can be relied on to make timely visits or give medications/food. I’m also comfortable house sitting your home and keeping up on all your chores/needs while you are away! I work seasonally for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, so in my off season I have lots of extra time to take care of pups I have a gentle demeanor when meeting/walking new to me dogs. About: I would be home with them 24/7; my mom is a dog groomer so I know a lot about dogs! I think it would be super fun to look after your pup! We'll sit and watch movies together or go outside and play fetch or tug-o-war! I would love to look after your pet today and be the best dog sitter you could ever wish for. Whatever it takes to make your pet happy I will do! Just give me proper instructions and I will make their dreams come true ! I would be home all the time… frequent potty breaks and playtime on a very large outdoor property located in Palisade/East Orchard Mesa! Remote area away from busy streets. There is plenty of space here for my dog and your dog to play together! I have toys I throw for my dog and she loves to run on the hillsides. Completely private and blocked off from any traffic or neighbors.

About: I have been taking care of pups since I was a little girl! I used to watch my neighbor's dog, Dasha and that spread to other friends and acquaintances. I have wanted to get back into house sitting/dog sitting for a while now and am excited to meet all the furry friends! I work a full-time job and am also in school online through Arizona State University. In my free time, I don't do much so I want to help others in my community with what I can! To ensure the safety of all animals I don't accept pet-sitting in my home because it is a smaller living space, and I don't have a backyard for them to play in. Making sure the pets are comfortable while following all client's rules is my number one priority.
