About: While I'm new to Rover, I have years of animal care experience behind me. Before moving to GJ, I was in charge of the enrichment program for a luxury dog boarding and daycare facility. Before that, I worked for a business that did running, hiking, and walking for dogs. While most of my current life involves dogs, I grew up with cats and have a soft spot for them too. I would be happy to take care of your critters, I know how stressful it is to go on trips without them. I'm also no stranger to farm animals and have years of experience taking care of chickens, goats, sheep, cows, horses, ducks, pigs, and donkeys. Whether you need drop-ins or boarding, I'm happy to help care for your pets. I’m available throughout the week and weekends. I’m not working another job currently and can be available for last minute scheduling if needed. I already have a dog and would be happy to fit your pets into our routine. I have a fenced yard and 2 acres of unfenced space. It's perfect for running around off leash. There is also a 1.7 mile neighborhood loop that my dog and I frequent. If your dog likes to play, they will have a buddy to hang out with. A normal day at our house looks like some outside play time in the fenced area followed by breakfast. Then midday, we go on a walk or have supervised off leash time in the big yard. I have licky mats, and tons of toys and treat puzzles to play with. In the evening, we do one more play sesh outside and then wind down. We can always adjust to your dog's needs and activity levels.
