About: As a career animal welfare professional, I'm ready to bring my decades of experience in animal care, veterinary care and animal handling to you and your home to ensure you have total peace of mind and your pets are cared for and safe while you're away. My entire professional career has been in the animal welfare field. I've worked as a cruelty investigator in both major metropolitan as well as rural agricultural regions. I've worked on farm animal sanctuaries as well as in city shelters. I'm still very involved in animal rescue through disaster response as well as large scale animal cruelty case deployments. Currently, I work for/co-founded an organization which provides low-cost veterinary care services to underserved areas in the region. As someone who utilizes Rover heavily for pet sitting services while traveling for work, I know just how important it is to have a service like this available as well as what a trusting, reliable sitter can do for peace of mind while out of town and away from you pets. I currently work from home (when not traveling for work) which allows me to devote full days to pet care while sitting nearby in my home office. I have a large, fully fenced yard. Your dogs will be able to spend as much, or as little, time outside as they desire. I have two resident dogs who are very welcoming of all four-legged (and two-legged) visitors and will be more than happy to share all their favorite toys and most comfortable spots on the couch.

I do currently serve in the Navy reserves, so I travel to Denver once a month for a couple days, but I always know my schedule ahead of time. I’m currently working part time in the early mornings so I have tons of time during the day to help care for your pets. If you need me to stay with your pets I’m usually only gone for a 3.5 hour shift so they won’t be left alone for very long! About: I currently own a 5 year old Rottweiler, and an 8 month old Cane Corso puppy. Before them, growing up I never wanted kids just wanted a petting zoo of fur babies. Unfortunately due to not having a big enough house, my zoo is on hold. But in the meantime, I get to enjoy other puppies and watch them anytime at my convenience. I’m good with watching any dog big or small! Currently I work full time at a hospital 3 days a week. Any other time I’m free! I work 12 hours a day. I have a schedule in about 3 months in advance, so I’m okay to book to your schedule and work something out. When watching other fur babies, I like to ask owners their day to day schedule. That includes what time they wake up, what time they like to be walked at and what time they normally have the zoomies to play. Their daily schedule shouldn’t change only because their owner is gone on vacation.
