“This is the second time I’ve had Kriz take care of my cats and she is amazing! I was gone for quite a long time but I came back to two very happy little guys. She played with them daily, cuddled them, brushed them, and overall just took excellent care of them. I loved getting photos from her and hearing how they were doing, and my house was so clean when I came home. She is probably the best sitter I’ve ever found and I highly recommend!”
2. Cheyenne F.
“Cheyenne dogsat for Violet at my house for two nights, and took such good care of my girl! She was in frequent communication, sending photos and updates. She was prompt, followed all of my instructions and Violet warmed up to her very quickly. I am sure I will be booking her again soon!”
3. Brandi M.
“Brandi was so patient and sweet with our spoiled, slightly hyper babies! I was nervous to leave them with a stranger as we typically ask friends to help out, but house sitting was a much better fit for us. Both dogs were happy and healthy when we returned from vacation. She went above and beyond and even left beautiful flowers! She will be our go-to sitter from now on.”
4. Lauren B.
“Exceptional Dog Sitter! We were fortunate to find Lauren and she truly exceeded all expectations in caring for our beloved Ozzie. From the moment we met her, it was evident that her passion for dogs ran deep. Throughout Ozzie's stay, she went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and happiness. Regular updates, complete with photos and anecdotes, provided us with peace of mind knowing he was in the best of hands. Not only did she tend to Ozzie's basic needs meticulously, but she also tailored activities to his preferences, whether it was leisurely walks or more frequent potty breaks than typical. What truly sets her apart is her innate ability to forge a bond with dogs. Ozzie wasn't just another client to her; he became a cherished companion. Her genuine love and attention made Ozzie feel right at home, evident in his enthusiasm each time he sees Lauren. In summary, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. If you're seeking someone who will care for your dog with the same level of devotion as you would, look no further. We wholeheartedly recommend her services and will undoubtedly entrust Ozzie to her care again in the future.”
5. Mikaela C.
“Mikeala is wonderful. Buddy loves her, she keeps us informed while we are gone, and leaves the house nice and tidy.”
6. Elizabeth M.
“Elizabeth recently took care of my 8yr old Golden Retriever for 1.5 weeks. She is truly an animal lover and did an amazing job. My Golden was well taken care of and happy. She also is excellent at giving medications that my dog needed. She is great with all animals and has cared for large and small animals (horses, cats, fish, rats).”
7. Karmen L.
“Karmen was amazing. I came home to happy pups and a spotless house.”
8. Elaine P.
“Elaine was amazing and even took my pup for puppy ice cream!”
9. Jessica S.
“Jessica was a perfect match for our extremely hyper dog. As far as dog and house sitting she went beyond the call of duty! I never worried once about my dog’s wellbeing. I will use her again and ask for her in the future. She is very easy to work with. When she was leaving my dog bolted out the front door. Even though she was off duty and leaving she stayed and walked the neighborhood, found the dog and brought her home. I trusted her and will trust her again with my house and my fur baby! She is priceless!”
10. Andi B.
“Andi was amazing! Took such good care of our two pups and our home. Kept in touch with us and sent pics and even called to make sure it was OK to give one a benadryl when she was stung by a bee. We will definitely use Andi in the future!”
11. Dario F.
“Dario is a perfect match for our Husky, Boris. I needed to travel overnight for work and had not left Boris overnight unattended before. I was having a difficult time to find someone that wanted to go on long walks. Dario walked Boris 7 miles the first day and 4 miles the morning before I returned, WOW! He sent pictures, watered plants and spent the night on the daybed cuddling with our dog. I am so glad we met him and will use him next time we travel. Thank you!”
12. Maritza V.
“We had a last minute change in our pet sitting situation just a few days before we went out of country. Maritza not only responded quickly, but collaborated to make adjustments to fit our needs, timeline, and budget. She was stellar at caring for our animals while we were gone, cared for our home and hopefully was also able to relax and enjoy our home. She helped us navigate a health issue with our cat that came up and promptly took our cat to the local vet and came back to continue her care. Maritza was communicative, collaborative, kind, respectful, followed our instructions spectacularly and was open to feedback that made everyone feel comfortable and supported. So happy we found her last minute and hope to keep using her as often as both our needs and schedules permit. She did fall in love with our little dog, so who knows how many little doggy friends she might have now - this really speaks to her love of animals for sure! So grateful for all she did for our large crew of animals!”
13. Katherine C.
“Kat is the most reliable pet sitter and walker I know. She has over a decade of experience working in the veterinary field. So if an emergency were to happen I trust her completely in knowing what is needed. From being a vet tech and beyond, Kat takes responsibility and takes extra consideration to the needs of pets and their humans. I can guarantee clear communication and all needs met with her. I've seen her walk with my dogs and she is grounded instilling confidence with my dogs when other dogs approach. Traveling without my furry babies is scary but with them under Kats care I know they're physically safe and more importantly loved as if I never left.”

About: I've dog and cat sat since I was a teenager, sometimes staying in folks' homes for periods of time, sometimes coming over several times a day for walks etc. In recent years dogs have been increasingly fun for me to spend time with especially outdoors. I don't currently live somewhere where I can have my own dog, or dog sit at my home, but I have really been wanting to spend more time with them still, since I can't have my own! I grew up with cats too and love all their quirks and special qualities. I work seasonal jobs, and sometimes have more time in chunks, and sometimes closer to where I currently live (out of my airstream trailer) I could do day-time care here and there. Mainly though, house sitting would work for me since I often travel to do photography, or gather herbs to make medicine, since I work with wild plants a lot. I'm a botanist, ethnobotanist and ecology educator so I'm out on the trail and in the field a lot. Dogs could come along sometime if it fits with location, needs etc. I can't host in my home right now because the landowners don't want dogs. If I were in someone else's home, it would be my main purpose to make sure they feel comfortable and their needs met with a stranger who is new to them. Walks, bathroom breaks, food and play! Whatever their schedule usually is, I likely could accomadate.
