About: As a career animal welfare professional, I'm ready to bring my decades of experience in animal care, veterinary care and animal handling to you and your home to ensure you have total peace of mind and your pets are cared for and safe while you're away. My entire professional career has been in the animal welfare field. I've worked as a cruelty investigator in both major metropolitan as well as rural agricultural regions. I've worked on farm animal sanctuaries as well as in city shelters. I'm still very involved in animal rescue through disaster response as well as large scale animal cruelty case deployments. About: I have 3 dogs of my own of various sizes and 2 cats. I love taking care of pets and have experience pet sitting and volunteering at the animal shelter. I am a teacher; so I am available very frequently in the summer and on the weekends, but have less time during the school year. I can care for your pet in their own space where they are already comfortable. I am happy to continue the routine you already have going with your animal. If you have them sleep in your bed, I am happy to do that. If you let them out to potty at 3 am, I’m there. Your pets are my pets while you are away! I also am very communicative and will let you know if there are any concerns and love to send photo updates of your animals!
