Andrea was amazing! Our Pomeranian is a high-energy and also high-anxiety dog, and our normal local sitter was out of town. We have had so-so results in the past getting a backup dogsitter on short notice, but Andrea went above and beyond. She reached out to figure out what would work best for his schedule (letting me know when she planned to be out of the house, etc. and making sure he would be okay being alone for whatever period), was extremely attentive, befriended our nervous dog surprisingly fast, and gave him a ton of exercise. Every picture we got (and there were many!) was extremely reassuring, as he looked increasingly happy and relaxed despite his new environment. Andrea was super meticulous about asking if he had any special feeding/walk/play/sleep schedule - he did not need any special attention in this way but the fact that she proactively inquired demonstrated how seriously she took taking care of him. Andrea was very flexible with drop off/pickup and was very communicative. Her place was safe, clean, and she took great care in trying to arrange blankets/etc. to make Sesame more comfortable (which he clearly was!). She gave us total peace of mind the entire trip and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, reliable dog sitter!
Scotch review A great pet sitter. Scotch had a one-on-one positive 3 night experience staying with Chenyang. She took care of his walking, feeding, administering medication, and play time, all documented with pictures so I could see throughout the day his happiness. Her responsiveness to my questions or concerns was extremely helpful and fast. Scotch felt comfortable enough to sleep on her bed which meant the world to me. The 3 night stay had a positive impact on both Scotch and I. Highly recommend Chenyang.
My puppy so enjoyed spending the night in Ely’s family’s big house with a perfect, spacious backyard! Ely and her family were so welcoming, even insisting on making me the most delicious cup of Cuban coffee I had ever had. Ely was very communicative and sent lots of pictures of Hallie during the one night she stayed there, something that really eases my mind as someone who feels a bit anxious about leaving my pup with someone new. Hallie slept in the bed with Ely and received the level of love and affection that a family dog would. She put anything that could be toxic away in a closet and puppy-proofed the house so Hallie could be completely safe roaming freely around the home. Puppy was relaxed and calm in the morning when I picked her up.
Tiffany was fantastic- our 2 pups loved her and even cried looking for her on the way home after picking them up! I guess they fell in love and wanted her to come home with us. Thank you Tiffany, for taking such great care of out fur babies. We appreciate you and all the updates throughout their stay.
When we leave our elder dog with Jennifer, we are confident that Jennifer will care for our pet with same love and attention as we would provide. During our recent boarding, our pet needed to go to the vet for an urgent matter. Jennifer kept us updated regarding our pet’s condition, the results of the vet appointment, and the rapid recovery of our pet; it provided us with great peace of mind and assurance that we did not need to fly across country to address the matter.
Velina has once again provided excellent dog sitting for our Licorice while we were on vacation. She followed our instructions for her meal prep and administering meds after dental surgery. Velina checked in every other day with an update and some pics. She is kind and loving to our senior dog and we are so thankful!
I'm reluctant to rave so much about Oksana and her husband in fear I won't be able to book with them. It was like literally leaving our dog at her grandparents house (even though they are too young for that). She was cared for so well and spoiled rotten. They won over our usually reluctant dog on the first day. I received constant updates and even some recommendations based on their experience with senior dogs. I can't recommend Oksana enough.
Ashley was amazing with my senior pup, Riley! She went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. She was super communicative throughout the stay and handled Riley’s medication with ease and confidence. I could tell Riley had a great time and felt right at home. I’d absolutely recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a thoughtful and experienced sitter.
