About: I have been taking care of dogs (and cats) since I was old enough to walk. I have extensive experience with younger dogs and senior dogs. My senior dog passed recently, but through her I gained experience in handling leash and dog aggression, administering medicine, and making her comfortable in later years. I am trained in leash walking aggressive dogs, and I have experience with being firm for training. Your dog will enjoy long walks, lots of pets, and playful energy staying with me. I love animals and I always look to put their best interests first. I work full time from home, which allows me flexibility through the day to care for pets. While I have other hobbies, one of my favorite things to do is walk through Richmond, so your dog will be happily exhausted after staying with me! I live in a two level, large apartment. I do not have any other pets or children, so your fur baby will be our number one priority! My home is near Byrd park and other great neighborhoods to walk in. Your pet will be allowed on the couch, but I am happy to crate them if you’re more comfortable. I do not smoke and keep a very tidy home, so your pet will be safe under my care.

About: I have experience caring for both puppies (even during potty training) and senior pets with special medication or mobility needs. I have pet sit for numerous families with senior pets and have been successful in meeting all of their needs and providing the best care possible. I would love to do the same for your pet! I am in my 4th year of medical school, so my schedule is more flexible than an average full time job. I often have odd shifts or hours, so I can often tend to pets at times where others may not be able to! I am willing to fit caring for your pet into my schedule however I can. About: Hi, I'm Emily! I've been drawn to animals of all kinds since I was a kid! I grew up taking care of both cats and dogs, and have had a dog of my own since 2021. I'm well-versed in animal care; in addition to the basics (walks, feeding, play), I'm familiar with many common needs, like medication administration, training/behavioral reinforcement, and gland expression. I have a flexible schedule and typically respond to requests within a few hours. I'm able to spend a lot of my time at home; usually when I'm out of the apartment, it's for no more than about four hours or so at a time. My standard schedule is to provide three walks a day (morning, midday, evening) plus a quick potty break before bedtime, but I can adjust that up or down depending on your dog's needs. Dogs staying with me can expect lots of pets, cuddles, and playtime. I do allow pets on my furniture and bed, but if that's a behavior you're trying to limit, I can take that into account while your pet is staying here. At all times, and especially when outside, the safety of your pet is paramount to me. During walks, I actively monitor for dangerous situations/behaviors, like encounters with unfamiliar dogs or trying to eat things they shouldn't. About: My name is Nick and I am a teacher in Chesterfield county looking to use my love for animals as a way to make some extra money over the summer. I have had dogs and cats growing up my whole life and currently have a dog named Bagel and a cat named Friday. I also have lots of experience dog/cat sitting for friends and family over the years ever since I was in high-school. I am a teacher so I won’t be working during the summers so I will have unlimited time during the day/night to take care of your pets and their needs. About: I’ve had pets nearly my whole life and have been known to struggle to walk past an animal in need. This means rescuing an injured squirrel, a Cooper’s hawk, an opossum, and more, going the extra mile even when it was deeply inconvenient for me to do so. I also grew up attending zoo camp and then volunteering at a zoo from age 5 to 14, caring for a wide range of animals. I have worked with high energy pitties, a blind and anxious German shepherd, birds, cuddly kitties, fearful kitties, diabetic kitties, rabbits, and others.
