SCHEDULE: This is what I do full time. I am as flexible as I can be with bookings and requests. I do try to mimic your schedule with your pets so they can receive the care and attention they are used to. At this time, I cannot take on last minute requests for brand new clients/clients that have not done a meet and greet. Please remember there is a real person responding to your message and be mindful of the time of day you are messaging your sitter.

Pet care experience
BUSINESS HOURS: 9am-6pm daily Requests/inquiries sent after 6:00pm will be responded to the following day. Important Notes for New Clients (Please Read ❤️) I am currently open for new clients. My calendar fills up quickly—especially for house sitting—so please try to reach out and book well in advance. For all new bookings, I kindly ask that we schedule a meet & greet and an animal assessment so I can learn your pet’s needs, routines, personality, and comfort level. This helps ensure we’re a great fit and sets everyone up for success. Thank you so much!! Background & Experience: Animals have always been a central part of my life. I grew up with 6 dogs, 4 cats, ducks, emus, and a whole menagerie of reptiles and amphibians (including my tarantula, Harriet!). I’m extremely comfortable with pets of all breeds, ages, temperaments, and sizes — from pit bulls to teacup chihuahuas. Professional experience includes: -- Working in a veterinary assistant role -- Experience in a private boarding kennel -- Work in an animal shelter as an adoption specialist -- Hands-on experience with animals with behavioral challenges -- Training and assisting alongside behaviorists from Cornell University -- Administering medications, vaccines, and specialized diets -- Caring for special needs pets, including diabetes, paralysis, cerebellar hypoplasia, cancer, amputations, anxiety disorders, etc. I have also worked extensively with animals who have abusive/neglect backgrounds and those needing extra patience or space. I am here to work alongside you to provide the very best care and love to your fur family! I look forward to getting to know you and your furry (or scaly!) friends! My Care Philosophy: My goal is to give your furry (or scaly!) family member the best possible care, comfort, and respect. I work with your pet’s natural behavioral cues — whether that means giving them space, offering gentle reassurance, or keeping their routine exactly how they like it. Every animal deserves kindness, clarity, and compassion, and that’s how I approach each pet I meet. ❤ Frequently Asked Questions: Can you walk Buddy for me tomorrow/in an hour? Very likely no, I cannot. I require meet and greets for all new clients with dogs for my safety and comfort as well as theirs. Many animals aren't cool with strangers walking into their space and home and I would be no exception. Plus, don't you want to meet first and make sure it's a good fit? The time slot you need may not be available last minute, so please don't wait! Do you stay the night for housesittings? Yes, I do. Usually cuddled with the animals I am caring for if they are cuddlers. Is this what you do full time? Yep, sure is. How does your schedule look for [dates/time frame/year round]? I book up pretty quickly, year round for housesitting requests specifically. If you are planning a vacation in June, the earlier you can send me the dates you need, the better. Send them in December if you'd like! I have clients who regularly do this and high demand dates and holidays reserve quickly. Do you have experience with ____? Probably, yes. I have trained animals with mild to severe behavioral issues, and rehabilitated animals with illnesses of all breeds, species, sizes, and ages. Note about Rover: When you confirm the booking, you will need to finalize payment. This does not mean that your sitter is paid ahead of the booking. Sitters receive payment once all services have been rendered several business days after their completion. Rover charges an 8% convenience fee to you for the booking and takes 20% of the sitter's rate for the service they are providing you. Quick and dirty tips to make your booking smooth and easy for everyone including your pet: -- make sure you have spare keys, key fobs, and door access codes sorted prior to the initial meet and greet -- additional in-person meetings to get keys are not something I offer -- backup/spare set of keys left with a neighbor or friend -- have an empty and clean kitchen sink -- cleaning supplies like a broom, vacuum, paper towels handy -- if you have multiple litterboxes, a designated scooper for each one -- be personally available by phone or text at the start time of the first visit; especially if this is your first booking -- all necessary medications in one area with correct current dosage schedule

Aubrey once again has taken the absolute best care of our kitties. I am so grateful to know that my cats are not only in the care of someone capable and caring, but that the kitties love her so much they are excited to see her when she comes to visit. I am always impressed by Aubrey’s thoroughness in cleaning and note-taking. I can’t ask for a better pet sitter.
