“I am so happy we found Jennifer to walk our dog. She's a very caring and responsible person. She asked great questions when we met for introductions. She was on time and let me know of schedule changes and was flexible in rescheduling. Our dog loves her. I highly recommend Jennifer to care for your pets.”

About: I’ve always loved animals my whole life! I’ve always been very passionate about caring and learning about animals, especially dogs and cats I’ve worked at kennels for just over 2 years, but have been taking care of dogs and cats for around 3-4 years I love meeting all the new/reoccurring pets I have multiple family friends that come to me to take care of their fur babies I take my time getting to know each and every one, especially the nervous/shy ones. I’ve taken care of senior dogs for years, including my own who unfortunately has passed. I also have experience with disabled animals from working at kennels I work full time in Middleton as a Manager/Owner of WoofGang Bakery & Grooming, i will be working around 35-40 hours a week there from either 12-7:30 or 2-7:30 depending on the day. My shifts aren’t very flexible anymore, but I’ll try my best to accommodate both sides! If weather conditions permit and/or their activity levels, i can walk your dog from 30 minutes to 1 hour, giving them enough time to go potty, but also get enough exercise. I pay very close attention to body language from dogs I ensure your cats are safe, present, and happy while caring for them

About: Hi, my name is Alex and I just graduated from law school and started practicing law. I work from home - so am happy to spend all day with your pups. I have walked and sat dogs since I was very young. Growing up my family has always had dogs and I have always loved that. I hope to spend time with your pups and spend time exercising with them. I enjoy walking and sometimes running with dogs because I spend quite a bit of time sedentary and reading because of the nature of my work. I am punctual and a hard worker and will certainly take great care of your puppies. I am willing to work with all types of dogs of all ages and breeds. I am flexible with most schedules and will try to work with all! I work remotely so I spend a lot of time at home. I like to take walks throughout the day to break up sitting inside. I only take dogs from one home at a time. I travel a lot so can’t have a dog of my own but love having the company of your dogs and cherish their stay with me!
“Thoughtful, flexible, friendly, easy communication, patient with the pupper (& with me). My lil guy really likes her. Definitely planning to stay with Nina for awhile! She's pupper approved.”

About: I’ve been helping care for my families dogs since I was little, doing things such as cleaning up after their messes, giving them their meds, taking them on walks, and simply just spending time with them and giving them the interaction they need. I’m currently looking for a part time job aside from Rover, so I’ll have as much time as needed to come help care for your pets! Nearly anytime of the day, I can come over and walk your pets, feed them, clean up their areas, or just simply spend some time with them. I’m able to come over nearly anytime and watch your pets, feed them, clean them, or whatever you need! I can give them meds, crate them, walk them, etc.
“Maggie is fantastic! She is kind, compassionate and extremely reliable. She patiently listened to our instructions regarding our pup and was more than happy to follow everything we requested. It is clear she has a love for animals and is very trustworthy and competent. Our pup was completely comfortable with her and getting belly rubs within the first few minutes. Our furry friend was so excited to see her when she returned for another walk! I can't say enough good things!”

“Laura was fantastic. We did a meet and greet the day before she started, and Hambone took to her immediately. Laura was prompt and responsive. She walked our dog while she stayed at my elderly parents house, and they were thrilled to have her. She was friendly and warm. I would not hesitate to book walks with her in the future.”

“This was Lauren's first time walking Cara. She did a wonderful job, arriving on time and taking Cara for a walk and feeding her. Cara also got a great belly rub. Thanks Lauren.”
About: I'm a lifelong dog lover with experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I've spent years caring for my own dogs and family dogs, and helping friends by pet sitting and caring for their pups when they're away. This has given me hands-on experience with everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs needing a little extra attention and support. In addition to my personal pet care experience, I have clinical experience working in veterinary offices where I learned about animal health, behavior, and handling. I'm comfortable caring for dogs with a variety of needs and can provide attentive, reliable care while you’re away. I understand that every dog is unique, and I strive to make each pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I look forward to meeting your furry family member! As a remote worker, I have the flexibility to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day, ensuring your dog receives plenty of attention and care while you're away. I'll provide attentive, personalized care in the comfort of your pet's own home by maintaining their normal routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, medications, and plenty of affection. Because I work remotely, I have the flexibility to spend more time with your pet throughout the day and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away.
About: My wife and I have owned and fostered dogs (including puppies) for the past 12 years. We are adept at giving medications including injections as well. We care for each animal in our care as if they are family. My wife and I both work from home with flexible schedules. We are able to accommodate many care situations as a result including daily walks during normal working hours. We have a fenced in yard and a 7 month old dog of our own to keep your companion(s) busy. We have crates at our home to utilize for your dog(s). In your home or walking we like to use as many of the pets own products as possible for comfort.
About: I've been around dogs my whole life! I'm familiar with dogs of various sizes and ages, and enjoy spending time outside or inside playing with them. My own dog, Chloe, is a 13 year old little diva that keeps me on my toes. She has 3 pills twice a day and is spoiled with treats throughout the day. Although I have little "formal" dog care experience, I have interacted with dogs with many different personalities. I'm definitely not afraid to have to throw a chuck-it for an entire visit or walk a couple miles. The black lab I have sitted for in the past is very treat motivated for walks and needs to be convinced to go in the right direction. I will be writing my Master's thesis this summer, so I am extremely flexible with when I'll be able to visit and go for walks! This is a way to have some fun with dogs and take a break from reading literature and writing lots of pages! When completing visits and picking up for walks, I will make sure that I am on time and I enter the residence calmly and slowly, especially for the first time! When in your home, I will only use what you ask me to, and not go in any rooms not approved. I'm there to play with your pup, not have a tour - it's your personal space. If your dog is crated, I will make sure that they return to the crate before leaving. I will make sure to double check that doors are properly locked again before leaving. For walks, I'll go whatever route your pup is most used to. I know switching it up isn't ideal for some dogs - my dog, Chloe has only one route she will walk in our neighborhood. I'll let your dogs set the pace, and sniff all the smells! That's how pups see the world! I'm not afraid to walk in rain, but of course, storms are a no-go. I'll make sure that I have a water bowl and bottle for your pup, especially as it gets warm this summer.
“Mac really loved his walks with Sean and Sean was very understanding of Mac’s history and responsive issues. He took a lot of fun photos, and went above and beyond getting him ready for the walks when we were out of town.”

About: I’m an incoming veterinary student and pet owner. I’ve grown up taking care of my cat and dog and love spending my time with animals. I have worked as a veterinary assistant for the past 3 years. Daily dog walks are an important part of my routine and I have a flexible schedule. I love meeting new people and animals on the island! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and am an active person. I also keep my dog leashed and am amenable to dog’s specific needs.

Oregon dog parents share their Rover experiences
It was excellent having Nina watch Delta while I was away on a work trip. Nina confirmed an entire week of availability with short notice and made time to come out for a meet and greet prior to the trip. Nina ensured she had all of the relevant details and remained both prompt and responsive the entire time. The family members of mine that met Nina at pickups had high praise and mentioned her professionalism. Great experience and would certainly consider booking Nina in the future!
