About: I've been caring for animals for years, both through personal experience and by helping family members. I currently have a cat of my own and previously cared for my family's beloved dog throughout his entire 14-year life, giving me experience with every stage from playful puppyhood to senior care. I'm also the only sitter my sister trusts to care for her three dogs, so I'm comfortable managing multiple pets at once while making sure each one gets the attention, exercise, and affection they need. I treat every pet as if they were my own and I'm always willing to learn more about a pet's individual needs and temperaments. About: I grew up on a farm, which is pretty much where my animal obsession began! I was surrounded by cows, pigs, horses, chickens, cats, dogs — basically if it had fur, feathers, or hooves, I probably helped take care of it. Growing up around so many different animals taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and how every animal has their own unique personality. About: Growing up my parents would not allow me to get a dog. I walked the neighbors dogs and they said that was the same as having my own. Not really. Lol. My professional animal care experience began as a teenager working at Pine Ridge Pet Resort, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
