About: I have always had 4-8 animals. Have fed, walked, bathed and trained all of them. Charlotte, Oliver, Tipperary, and Kieran put a smile on my face every day. I have a few repeat dog-walking clients who I see in the afternoon. I work from home the rest of the time (on my own schedule) so I have very open availability. I walk both of my dogs every day and let them outside frequently. I bathe them once a month, giving them a good shampoo and condition. I regularly get my dogs nails clipped. My dogs love to play fetch so I make sure to get at least 15 minutes in every day. My cats’ litter boxes are always clean. I brush them every week and make sure to keep their nails clipped. They love chasing the laser pointer around. I would treat any clients animals the same as my own.

“Rebecca is great! Great communication and always sends me a picture of Eli. It makes my day a lot better when I get to see his cute face when I’m at work.”

About: I‘ve had dogs and cats my entire life and hopefully forever. I currently have 3 adorable dogs and 2 amazing cats that are apart of my family. I have also cared for other pets in my experience working at a Veterinary Hospital and Boarding House. I worked in the boarding facility as well as the hospital so I’m no stranger to caring for cats and dogs (sometimes exotic animals). I also assisted the techs with various procedures. This means I can administer medication orally if it’s ever needed and I have the knowledge to be aware if something doesn’t seem right about your pet. I was additionally in charge of walking the dogs, even those in e-collars and paw protectors. I am working part-time as a photographer, but I will always have time for any animals! I enjoy early morning walks and afternoon play dates! My daytime schedule is between 7 am-10 pm Monday-Friday. I walk dogs usually between 9 am-9 pm to give myself enough time with each animal. When it comes to your pet, because I have schedule flexibility I’ll be able to drop in whenever it’s needed to make sure things are going smoothly while you’re away. I’ll be able to provide your pet with the snuggles and care that they need all the while keeping you updated with notes and photos so you feel confident and comfortable that your pets are being taken care of properly! My animals play daily and get loads of attention! I would treat your pets the same way. I don’t believe your pets are just pets. They’re apart of your family. All of the animals I’ve had have been treated the same way any one of my human family members are treated. Whatever is needed for them to be happy and content I will help provide.

About: I am an experienced dog lover ready for walks, play and care. I have experience working at two different dog daycares in addition to my own experience with my 5 year old golden doodle. Whether its a high energy puppy needing playtime, or a senior dog who needs extra patience and gentle care, I adjust my approach to fit each dog's individual needs. Beyond that, I'm great at communicating with pet parents. I will always keep you in the loop with updated and photos, so you can relax knowing your dog is in good hands. I am currently working a part-time remote job, so I have plenty of time and flexibility to give your pet the attention they deserve throughout the day. Pet care fit naturally into my routine- making it easy to schedule walks, playtime, and check-ins around my remote work hours. Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or visiting yours, I treat every dog like they're my own- with love, patience and consistency. I am mindful of each dog's unique needs. In my home, I create a calm, safe environment with plenty of space to play and rest. When caring for pets in a client's home, I do my best to stick closely to your dogs usual routine to help them feel comfortable and secure.

“Natalia walked our dog Lucy and kept us informed throughout the visit. She let us know when she arrived, how Lucy was doing and when she left. We felt very comfortable with her caring for our dog. We will continue to use her in the future.”

About: Hello! A little bit about me: I’ve helped raise 2 huskies growing up in Connecticut (s/o UConn Huskies 🐾). My fiancé and I adopted Shiloh, a 2 year old mixed terrier breed. We adopted him at 4 months old and know how challenging (and rewarding) it can be to train and raise a puppy. We love going on long walks, playing fetch at the doggy park, and the best of all, cuddling and watching movies together. I have experience taking care and walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. I would love to have the opportunity to take care of your fur baby or take them out for a walk. Open availability until further notice. Both my husband and I work from home, so your pet will be supervised and cared for at all times. I have a fenced in backyard for frequent potty breaks if needed. I make sure I keep your pets safety my priority at all times.

Andrea P.
“To Whom it May Concern: This is a letter of recommendation for Ms. Andrea Pannone to be a pet sitter for your organization. Andrea is, as you phrased it is, "An awesome human being." She balances her work life with her college studies extremely well, while still having time to foster a rich family and social life. Andrea has a strong sense of compassion for animals. Two examples come to mind: 1.) She was driving home from work last year when she encountered a gaggle of geese crossing the road. She, of course, stopped to let them cross. A car behind her, though, got impatient, and passed Andrea, running over two geese in the process. Andrea was incensed and noted as much of the offender's license plate as she could as he sped off. As soon as the remaining geese crossed, Andrea tried to catch up with him to chastise him, but she could not without endangering herself and others. She called the police with as much information as she had, which, led to an investigation by Shelton's Department of Animal Control. 2.) In April, 2021, Andrea was eating lunch on her deck when a bird flew into a picture window. The bird was flying so fast, it bounced off the window and landed two feet away. It lay on the deck with a twisted neck, with one wing flapping. It could not move otherwise. Andrea immediately logged onto Google and researched the best way to treat the situation. She then swaddled the bird in a cloth napkin and placed it in a small box to give it a sense of security. She then called the Shelton Department of Animal Control, but it was closed. Several emergency numbers were given and Andrea called one of them to plea her case that this was an emergency. Her advocacy inspired one of the Vet Techs to suspend her family's dinner to return to her work facility to receive the injured bird-a grey catbird. The Tech administered a pain killer and an anti-inflammatory. Two days later, she sent a video of the bird being released into the wild. The Tech indicated Andrea initiated the actions that saved the bird's life. Andrea has been noted numerouse times for her excellent customer service. She has worked in food service, in several settings, and her managers have always commended her attention to detail, her courteous manner, and her problem-solving abilities. Please feel free to call me if you'd like to discuss Andrea's candidacy further. Regards, Bob Pannone (203) 918-5291”

Alison W.
“I am an owner of a rescue pup who is a pit-bull shepherd mix. She has a tough time meeting new people as she becomes very nervous and anxious in social situations. However when our dog met Alison it was love at first sight! Our dog immediately sensed her calm and loving nature that by the end of the night she was so relaxed she fell asleep on her lap. Its also clear that Alison has experience with dogs and knows how to approach and interact with them. She is a 10/10.”

Orange dog parents share their Rover experiences
Devin was great with my dog, Sailor! I appreciated how she constantly updated me on how she was doing. I also received many photos of my animals, which I loved. Devin understood that Sailor would be apprehensive since it was their first meeting, and gave Sailor the space she needed until she became comfortable, along with some yummy liver treats. Would recommend!

Brandon is very communicative and helpful. Luna seemed to have a blast playing frisbee with him, and he updated me on what and how she was doing throughout the visit. A nice detailed summary followed the visit as well. Would highly recommend Brandon and will be contacting him again!
