About: I've been a dog owner for the last 20 years. All my dogs have been rescues, several have been shy dogs that needed extra TLC. I have a special talent connecting with shy dogs and helping them come out of their shell. I also love working with extroverted dogs who love to play and interact. I have a full-time mostly WFH job. My home offers a safe, playful environment, and I prioritize regular exercise and mental stimulation. With my flexible schedule, I can accommodate last-minute bookings, and I offer photo updates so you can see your furry friend’s adventures! I currently work during the week, but I have full availability on the weekends to accommodate your furry best friend and their needs. I’m also able to accommodate boarding during the week as we are a very pet friendly household and there’s always someone at home to ensure your pet feels comfortable and well taken care of. I have a fenced yard, and the most adorable labradoodle at home to keep your best friend company. I’m also able to provide a crate if needed, and I am able to take your pets on as many walks as their heart desires.
About: Hi! I’m Gianna and I am a lifelong animal lover with years of hands on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I grew up in a family that always had two or three dogs, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Over the years, I’ve owned and cared for German Shepherds, Schipperkes, and Chihuahuas, and I’ve also looked after Shepherds, Pit Bull mixes, Labrador Retrievers, and many other breeds. Whether your dog is large or small, energetic or laid-back, I’m committed to providing them with the attention, love, and care they deserve. In addition to dogs, I grew up horseback riding and spending countless hours on farms surrounded by horses, goats, chickens, barn cats, and farm dogs. Being around animals has always been one of my greatest passions. I treat every pet as if they were my own family. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while you’re away, giving you peace of mind knowing they’re in caring and reliable hands. I am currently a teacher on summer break, so I have a very open and flexible schedule to dedicate to pet care. When the school year begins, I am still available before school, during lunch breaks (if your home is close enough), as well as after school and in the evenings. I care for every pet as if they were my own. Whether that means cuddling on the couch, relaxing together, going on long walks, or visiting dog parks, I always tailor my care to meet each dog’s individual needs and personality. If your pet stays with me, they will have free access to my apartment and are welcome on the couch and bed if that’s what they’re used to. I want them to feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home during their stay. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I will treat your space with the utmost respect and keep it clean and just as you left it. I aim to maintain your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and secure while you’re away.
About: I can’t remember a time when a dog wasn’t in my life. I love pups and I can love yours too! Taking dogs on walks and taking care of them throughout the day, I will be able to create a bond and relationship with your pup to give them the stimulate they need throughout the day. I trained my now 7 year old mixed lab, who was not an easy puppy; but through much consistency in training she is a well behaved dog who can walk on leash very well and listen to 10+ commands. I grew up with German Shepherds as well, so plenty of experience with big dogs. In high school, I volunteered over 50 hours at our local animal shelter, finding myself walking dogs, cleaning their kennels, giving them food and doing the 24/7 care for them I’m a current student in university so in between classes throughout the days I am available to give your pooch a nice walk and breeze from the great outdoors. I go at the pace of the dog and always carry poop bags and water in need of rest. I will be sure to give plenty of snuggles and affection to your pup! I can also double leash when walking in case of emergencies if the client wishes.
