“Amazing sitter in all categories. She dropped in onto look after our 3 pups twice a day for a week and took excellent care of them as well as our house! She even agreed to look after them an extra day when our flight home was cancelled. Very reasonably priced and will definitely look to her in the future. Book her now!”

About: With 15 years as a professional groomer and ongoing pet sitting experience, I’ve worked with all kinds of pets and personalities. I treat every animal like my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. My schedule is very flexible, allowing me to be available most days and times. I occasionally do DoorDash and babysit on Mondays and Tuesdays, but I prioritize and plan around my pet sitting commitments. I care for pets in their own home where they feel safest and most relaxed. I follow your pet’s routine closely—meals, walks, playtime, and medications if needed—and make sure they get plenty of attention and affection. I treat your home and your pets with the same care and respect I would my own.
“Brinna is great! Our animals all love her, and she is so accommodating! Every time I have asked her to do something additional or different she is happy to help and wonderful about doing it! We have had her back several times now.”

“Spencer did a terrific job making sure my cat was fed and taken care of while I was away. He went above and beyond by giving her some extra food when my flight got delayed a day, so she would survive a day alone. Super Responsive and sent pics every day. Highly recommended!”

“We had never used a dog sitter before and Alyssa was so great. We met before our vacation for a meet and greet which put our nerves at ease. We have a medically complex dog and Alyssa was very thorough with following her mediation schedule. She sent pictures at every stop in visit and answered texts promptly. We will definitely use her again in the future.”

“We had such a great experience with Christina! Throughout the stay, we received regular updates, photos, and little notes that showed just how well our dog was being looked after. It was clear our dog was happy, relaxed, and getting lots of attention, and love. We especially appreciated the reliability and professionalism, everything was handled exactly as discussed, and even a few extra thoughtful touches went a long way. Coming home to a happy, well-cared-for dog made all the difference. We would absolutely recommend Christina to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable dog sitter. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“Alexis did drop-in visits for 5 days for us. She communicates with us daily. Is prompt, considerate of Rovers policies and our pets needs. Set us some very nice pictures of our dog and was able to add additional days to our schedule when we couldn’t get home as planned because of snow. I Highly recommend her service.”

About: I provide calm, home-based dog boarding and daycare where your pup is treated like family, not just “watched.” I am generally home all day and host one dog or one family at a time, so your pet receives personalized attention, a peaceful environment, and plenty of love, play, and one-on-one care throughout their stay. No crowded boarding situations. No overwhelming chaos. Just a safe, cozy home where dogs can settle in, relax, and feel comfortable. I have almost 30 years of hands-on experience, caring for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, energy levels, and unique needs. My experience includes: • Owning and training dogs since I was 18 (almost 30 years) • 15 years fostering and helping to rehabilitate abused and neglected dogs • Animal behavior and handling training through Best Friends Animal Society and Salt Lake County Animal Services • Volunteer experience as a dog specialist in high-stress shelter environments • Pet First Aid & CPR certification • Experience administering oral and injectable medications • Currently enrolled in the GoodPup Dog Training Course to continue expanding my knowledge and skills My goal is simple: for you to feel completely at ease while your dog feels safe, loved, and right at home. I am generally home all day. I adjust my day around your pup(s). Energetic and needs a lot of exercise? We'll go for walks, hikes, and play to their hearts content. More of a couch potato? Laid back couch snuggles are one of my favorite pass times! Fur babies are rarely left alone. If I do need to step out, it is typically only for a short period of time, usually no more than a an hour or two. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my priority. Dogs staying with me enjoy a calm, home-based environment with plenty of love, attention, and one-on-one care. There are no pets or children in the home, which helps create a quieter, lower-stress environment for dogs who prefer a little more peace and consistency. My family are all dog people, so pups are always surrounded by people who genuinely love and enjoy them. We have a fenced patio/run where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time, stretch their legs, and take easy potty breaks throughout the day. I also have a secure lead setup in the front yard where dogs who enjoy the outdoors can safely relax, sunbathe on the outdoor bed, sniff around, and enjoy some fresh air while supervised. We’re also surrounded by some of Daybreak’s best dog-friendly parks, walking trails, and green space, including areas near the lake, which means lots of safe, leashed walks, fresh air, sniffing, and enrichment. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I require a meet & greet for all new clients to make sure we are a great fit before booking.
Oquirrh cat parents share their Rover experiences
I can’t recommend Kara enough! She did such an amazing job taking care of my bunnies and gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She was incredibly attentive, made sure they were well cared for, and kept me updated with great communication. She’s also very easy to work with and super flexible. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. The buns & I are so grateful for her help! 🐰💖

Kimberly was the best cat sitter we’ve ever had. We were gone for a few weeks and she did an excellent job taking care of our two cats. We didn’t have to worry at all. She even helped us water our plants. We’d definitely love to book with her again next time we’re away.

Ellie is amazing! Extremely helpful, flexible, and did a great job taking care of my cat. While I was gone, a repair needed to be done in my yard for a sprinkler system that required someone to be there. Ellie agreed to stay longer than she was booked for to make sure they could do the repair. She’s great!
