Kara was super dependable while we were out of town. She followed through on everything we discussed during our meet and greet in terms of our pets needs and schedules. From the photos, Lucy and Ozzy (our dog and cat) really warmed up to Kara and enjoyed her visits. We would 100% rebook with Kara in the future.

Kara took great care of our pets. Communication was great. Will definitely use Kara again!

Kara was amazing. I’ll rebook her every time. She is kind and trustworthy. She listened and followed special instructions but most importantly she took the best care of my precious cat. She was open with communication and cuddled and loved my sweet kitty. I really appreciated the special attention she gave my cat and his needs.

Kara was very kind but unfortunately fell short of our expectations. We had a meet and greet and went over all the care information for our cats including how to give our elderly cat her medication. I sent her a message the day before our trip with an overview of the care instructions. Day 1 she had multiple questions about the care and told me she didn’t take notes during the meeting and greet. She also had questions about info I had put in my message. The first few days seemed to go well but then she mentioned she hadn’t seen 1 of the 3 cats during her visit. She didn’t send a message or call, just left it in the notes. She did this again the next day which I felt was too long to go without eyes on one of the cats she was watching, this is also when she stopped noting if the older cat had taken her medication or not. I sent a family member to my house who spent over an hour looking for the cat and found the cat actually stuck behind our dryer where she had been unable to get out. I let Kara know this and she seemed unbothered. I told her how the cat got back there and that my SiL had pulled the appliances forward so if the cat went back again she at least wouldn’t be stuck. Kara called me the next day and I reiterated where the cat had accessed behind the dryer. She then taped cardboard between the washer/dryer and countertop above the appliances, which is maybe a 4” gap and not where I told her the cat accessed the back of the appliances. During the meet and greet she had also offered to water my plants, I showed her the hose and the water turn on/off, I came home to mostly dead plants outside so I think that was also left off the notes, though is not what I booked her services for, so I won’t hold that against her. Kara was kind and my cats are all okay but very glad to have us back.
