About: I volunteer at Happy Cats Haven and have worked with kittens, middle aged cats, and senior cats. I’ve had two cats and one now named May, I also had two Golden Retrievers. I’m an animal lover and enjoy giving them love and attention. I love kitty cuddles and playing with cats and dogs. I’m free all days of the week. I provide basic cats needs, food/water, litter box cleaning, playing etc. Whatever the fur baby mom or dad needs me to do. Also applies to dogs.
About: Hi! I'm Angela, a loving pet sitter in Colorado Springs. I've had my rescued dog (from the Humane Society) for 5 happy years — he's my best buddy and taught me so much about patience and care. I also volunteered at PetSmart with adoptions, where I walked dogs, helped with events, and supported pets finding their forever homes. I bring that same gentle, patient energy to every sit — whether it's a quick walk, drop-in visit, or overnight stay. I’m reliable, send photos/videos during visits, and always follow your routine exactly. Free meet-and-greet so you and your pup can feel comfortable first! Available evenings after 6 p.m., and weekends. Message me — I'd love to meet you and your furry friend! 🐾" I'm currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pup. I'm happily available for pet care in the early mornings (before 11 a.m. most days), evenings after 6 p.m., and full weekends. I take care of pets in your home by treating your space and your pet like my own — with gentleness, respect, and close attention to detail. I care for pets in your home by following your routine exactly — feeding, walks, play, meds, and potty breaks. I keep everything safe (doors closed, hazards checked), send photos/videos during visits, and leave your home tidy. I’m gentle, patient, and treat your pet like family while respecting your space completely. Free meet-and-greet so you and your pet feel comfortable first!
About: I love animals. I have taken care of my family and friends' dogs over the past twenty years and have been entrusted with both housesitting as well as walking, bathing, and administering medications. I have had many different pets growing up and housed over 30 cats in my lifetime. I volunteered for 7 years at my local nature center as the animal caretaker growing up and currently have a year's worth of volunteering at the Wild Blue Sanctuary in Colorado Springs. I am very passionate about all animals! I treat every animal with respect, patience, and love - knowing it may take them a moment to feel comfortable with a new person. Animals quickly warm up to me because of my compassion and sensitive nature, and if you allow me to care for your fur baby I will show them as much attention and love as I know you give them! *Extremely punctual for all appointments, even a bit early!* *I am very strong on communication and send many pictures during care time* *I will retrieve your mail and packages left at the door, as well as water plants if needed* I currently work remotely from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am very familiar with the Colorado Springs area as well as animal-friendly parks and pathways. I do not need much notice to help you with your animals and home, and I don't mind last-minute cancellations, as I know life happens! I am available when you need me - days, nights, weekends, or week stays (we can discuss if you need longer). I also will put your pet's care as a priority so if they require something like specific attention or multiple walks a day, I am here to help! I currently have a cat at home - but she is indoor/outdoor and I have multiple indoor facilities on my property so mixing your pets with mine will not be an issue. Your pet will be taken care of at my home as if it is my own! I do not have a fenced-in yard but I live in a more forested area of the city with many dog-friendly hiking trails so we can stretch your fur baby's legs frequently on a leash, so that's not a problem. If I am caring for your pet at your house - you set the rules, and I abide. I am here to help in the way you need.
About: I have had dogs and cats for along time. First was pomeranian, dachshund, two golden retrievers. One golden(Nala) lived to 13 my other golden (Jude) lived to be 12. I love having a dog. Need time to heal. That is why I would love taking care of your dog. If your fur baby loves to go on trail walks I am your person. I used to walk with my dogs on trails almost every day. Red Rocks,Garden of the Gods, Bear Creek dog park. I own a jeep so dogs are always welcomed. I am retired. I am home the majority of the day. Plenty of time to cuddle, play, walk, ball throwing anything your furry baby would like to do. I have a fenced yard. Plenty of room for them to run around and play. I have one cat. Your fur baby would need to get along with cats if boarding in my home.
About: I enjoy dogs more than people. When I used to live on Guam, there was a period i was watching 4 dogs, 2 of which were mine. One happened to be a pit bull, and another happened to be rottweiler. The other 2 were medium sized. Now, that I am no longer in Guam I have 3 dogs that me and my wife take care of. I have my 2 from Guam. I havent been around all types of dogs, but I really enjoy them all. I find their different personalities and their energy levels interesting. I enjoy walking my dogs, so I think it would be fun to walk other peoples dogs. When I’m not working and time permits, i like taking my pups hiking in the mountains with me. Thank you for checking out my profile ! I walk my three girls at least five days a week. And when I have a day off, i love taking them into the mountains. Each dog is different. Different pup parents have different plans for their babies, so their rules come first. But if permitted, i would love to share the same trails I explore with our four legged partners.
“Dixie was attentive and caring towards Levi. She asked tons of questions to make sure she gave him the best care possible. I plan on using her any time I need help watching my dog!”

About: I’ve spent my whole life surrounded by animals—growing up with five amazing dogs, two cats, and recently pet-sitting my brother’s cat and her litter of five kittens when I visit family. I’ve learned how to raise, train, and care for animals deeply and intentionally. When we had chickens, I remember training my dog to gently herd them back into the coop while my cat stood watch like a little guardian. I also recall how our dogs and cats would sense when one of my family members—whether my siblings, mom, dad, or grandma—was feeling down and would go over to comfort them. That’s when I realized how smart and intuitive animals can be when we trust and guide them. Over the years, I’ve gained experience dog-sitting for my mom’s friends, caring for my roommates’ cats, and providing care for a friend’s service dog. I’m comfortable with animals of all temperaments and needs, and I always approach each one as a unique soul with their own personality and rhythms. I also know how to bathe both dogs and cats with care and patience (yes, even the cats!). Whether it’s trail walks or quiet time at home, I’m here to ensure your pet feels safe, loved, and totally at ease. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I’m able to give your pet the time and attention they deserve—whether that’s outdoor adventures or simply being a calming presence. I work from home, so my schedule is incredibly flexible and I’m available throughout the week to care for your pets. I can stay at your home overnight, providing consistent care for both cats and dogs. Whether you’re going on a short vacation or need someone for a long-term stay, from weeks to months, I can be there to make sure your pets get the attention and love they deserve. I’m available for stays of any length and can provide both regular visits or extended care as needed. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I understand that leaving your pet in someone else’s care can be a big decision, and I’m committed to building trust by providing the best care possible. I’ll ensure your pets are always supervised, whether on hikes, at the dog park, or just enjoying time at home. I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you have regarding your pet’s routine or care needs. Whether it’s making sure they get to their preferred groomer, giving elderly dogs extra attention with special instructions, or managing specific dietary or medication needs—I’m here to make sure they are well taken care of. I’m also committed to keeping their space clean and comfortable, with daily cleanup and a tidy environment, so they feel right at home. You can trust me to treat your pets with love, patience, and respect while ensuring they stay safe, happy, and relaxed in a familiar routine.

“Jerica is so professional and kind. She took the time to meet my dog and talk to me before her first visit to ensure she understood exactly what was needed. She is very thoughtful and I can tell that she cares a lot for the animals she looks after :)”

“Jessi has been an amazing sitter. Duck loves her and her daily visits on work days, and I can trust that she will always keep me up to date on what’s going on and how he’s doing. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a trustworthy walker.”

About: Leaving your pets is always a little tough, and I completely get that. My goal is to make it as stress-free as possible for both you and them. I’ve spent my whole life caring for my own dogs and cats, and I’ve been dog walking and pet sitting for others for the past 6 years. Whether your dog needs a long walk to burn off energy or your cat needs someone to hang out with and handle feeding time, I’ve got you covered. I'm big on sticking to whatever routine your pets are used to so they feel safe and comfortable. You can count on me to be super reliable, and I’ll always send plenty of photos and updates so you know exactly how they’re doing! I am currently not working since my child is on summer break so I will be available to drop in and check on your fur babies almost anytime! Since I’ll be coming to your house, keeping your home secure and your pets safe is my top priority. Here is how I'll handle it: Respecting your space: I always double-check that doors and gates are locked tight when I leave, and I keep a close eye out for things like loose cords or stray snacks. Safe walks: Your dog stays on a leash, and I stay fully aware of our surroundings the entire time. Watching the weather: If it’s scorching or freezing, we'll swap the long walk for some fun indoor playtime so paws don't get burned or frozen. Emergency ready: I’ll grab your vet’s info before you leave. If anything ever seems off with your pet, I’ll text you right away.
“Daniel has been wonderful for Hobie! He goes above and beyond and has been a bright spot during a stressful relocation. I was nervous about bringing my sometimes anxious dog to a new place but Daniel has made it so that Hobie is now living his best life and has a new bestie!!! Highly recommend!”
About: Hi, I'm Dan! My best buddy Yama was born in January of 2019, he is now a seven year old good boy. I am a former Army infantry medic and am attending graduate school remotely from my house. I grew up on a farm in Oregon where I was surrounded with all sorts of animals from a young age. I love all animals, especially dogs. My style is fairly permissive, especially with other people's dogs, but I am clear on boundaries, redirect when needed, and give lots of love and positive energy. I don't buy into the dominance theory training methodology and am a big fan of Karen Pryor's training methods. I am happy to answer any questions you have on my philosophy. I live and work at home, so we do daily walks, play time in the backyard, mental enrichment activities, and low active / layabout sessions. I work from home full-time, so your dog is never left alone for long and always has eyes on them throughout the day. My home has a securely fenced yard, and I take introductions between dogs slowly and intentionally, reading body language carefully before giving anyone free run of the space. My seven year old dog Yama is a steady, positive presence who helps visiting dogs settle in. I use positive reinforcement exclusively because a dog that feels safe and understood is a dog that behaves safely. If anything ever seems off medically or behaviorally, I'll contact you promptly - that being said, that hasn't ever happened.
“Jennie was very flexible and accomodating with scheduling an initial meeting and walking our dog while we had a last minute trip out of town. He can be a handful on walks and she did really well with him! On top of that, our flight got cancelled and Jennie was nice enough to walk and feed our dog an extra night and morning before we could get home! I really appreciated that she didn't just leave him to fend for himself alone and made time in her schedule to help us out!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Old Colorado City
Tess is the best out there. I can always count on her to not only walk my dog, but to go out of her way to ensure he gets enrichment with puzzles/snuffle pad time even when I do not ask. She puts so much extra care and time into what she does. I can relax and rest easy knowing my pups in good hands when I have to travel. 🤍

Kathryn was absolutely amazing with my dog! I was scrambling at the last second to find someone to help, and she was so so so kind. She was communicative, kind, and clearly cared so much about making sure he was comfortable and happy. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. She went above and beyond, and I could tell my pup loved her. My pup is usually pretty anxious around new people but oh my gosh he loved Kathryn. I would 100% book with her again.

Summer has been so amazing with Henry!! I recently went back into the office for work and Summer has been helping transition Henry to being home alone for the day by walking him a few times a week. She takes him on long walks and makes sure he’s well loved and happy before she leaves. Henry has transitioned beautifully to the new schedule thanks to Summer!! She always sends us lots of cute pictures of Henry too!
